I just started to walk into this place as I just discovered it. I'm from SoCal but have been on peninsula for several years now. I love the ambiance. Cool and relaxed. They play music that sets this cool mood you cannot describe until you are physically. They just remodeled I see and it's freaken cool. New seating with a few tables to play games or when I happen to bring my laptop and what not, all in all I will definitely go here to relax and do some work on my laptop. GOT CHARGED 480$ from Towing without my mistake. I don't like writing negative reviews usually. I'm a regular customer here, I come almost every other weekend and also watch warrior games here. Tonight, We parked car (Ford Mustang) behind the hookah place where sign says Reserved for 1350 el camino real. We ordered two hookahs. When we came back found out car has been towed. We called Police department and found car been towed to 980 Montgomery Ave, San Bruno (Courtsey Towing). We went to hookah and asked because we thought car has been stolen. Here is the thing 1. They called Towing company. Person who called was Shadi ( we came to know this when we went to Towing company ). They LIED saying usually Towing company tows them self 2. Second LIE they said was they asked customers inside ( we been sitting there and never left our place even for bathroom) 3. When I called from Towing company place, they showed no help. Said they can't do anything even though I have receipts from hookah place and time when I ordered it. I had to pay 480$ Never ever going back to this stupid place again. All they say is lie. You can direct message me if you want more proofs. I had to take lyft to Towing place. Needed to wait 20 mins in cold outside Towing place (usually they close Saturdays and Sundays) but they had number to call and after a callback they opened Towing company gates. Glad I got my car back without another two days additional storage charges. read more

I had too check this place out because my guinea pigs name was cloud, r.i.p Cloud. WEll..plus the music sounded great from el camino. They have a great selection of drinks and hookah here. Your average hookah spot. Decently priced. I tried the glass hookah which they bring chilled. I think it was like $35 or so. Came here to kill time to avoid traffic after a work meeting on the peninsula. Staff is very nice, but you kind of have to wave them down to have them replace your coals or when they see you fiddling with your coals. Drink selections in the fridge are nice. I love Voss water and they had the carbonated ones!! Clean bathroom too, but they gotta do something about that shoddy lock that looks like it's only being held in place by less than a millimeter, or just change the door knob lock lol either works. Cloudz is super chill. Went for the first time friday night. The boyfriend and I went after dinner on Burlingame Ave and decided a little hookah would be a nice relaxing place to kill some time. (**side note: We actually went to another hookah place before this one in Burlingame but after we asked them about getting a table for hookah and they never came back with an answer so we left- anyway that's for another review) After seeing on yelp the great reviews for this place we decided to check it out. I'm happy to say we weren't let down. They have lots of comfortable lounge furniture and most of the staff there are nice and helpful! Lots of great flavors to choose from! We got the Z's mix (I think its called) and it was really good! A nice mix of fruity and minty. There was one worker there who was super attentive and would check up on us pretty frequently and change our coals and such- two thumbs up to him! I even thought he might be the owner because he seemed to genuinely care about all the customers but he was just a worker (we asked). Overall and great experience. They have really great customer service, ambiance and music is good. Prices are pretty average. read more

Great, lounge feel. Comfortable, clean etc. decent prices for hookah with attentive attendants that will make sure your hookah has coals. A number of TVs with sports and news and a cooler with beverages for sale. I wish it was a little cooler in there, I felt that it was stuffy and that maybe their ventilation system was off or not working to speed. All in all, love this place and will come back. read more

Definitely the best lounge in northern California! I'm from Southern California and have had some of the best hookah and this lounge is even better. I'm someone who smokes at home everyday and this place has become home. The owners are extremely personable and treat everyone that comes in like family. I think I love the new location - we are finally not freezing out butts off while enjoying THE CLOUDZ of hookah smoke from one of their super-creative hookah heads (I heard pineapple and bananas - can I go bananas now?) with a numerous selection of witty-names mixes (we usually let them decide our fate with the special). Also - when the owners care - it shows! The place is very clean and tasteful, the music is just light enough to enjoy & allows for a conversation, they have TV's for all you sports fans out there - you can smoke and watch - just don't knock that hookah down as you cheer. The couch are very configurable - you can have privacy for two or move tables together for a large group of people. I just love when businesses put though in their space and customer service. Oh, customer service - let me just say - it's great! The only "problem" is a pending alcohol license, hope they get it soon! Would love to enjoy a good glass of wine. There is no kitchen, but the solved the problem by ordering from Seniore's pizza down the street. It might take a little longer on a weekend night, but I am sure if you call in advance, you can place an order. Rarely do you come across a hookah bar that knows what they're doing. Cloudz definitely knows. I'm sitting in the establishment currently just to write this review after a long day of sight seeing. Regular hookah - good stuff, long lasting, and flavorful packing. They have a list of premade mixes that involve all of their flavors. Tangiers flavors - this is a company based in San Diego with one delivery guy who takes some getting used to. If you want some great tasting shisha, it's worth it. I used to work at a hookah bar with Tangiers in L.A. county, and I know what it takes to make a good mix. Cloudz adds a great dynamic to their selection by having tangiers, but it really takes a great amount of skill to pack it properly. The reason this is a fantastic hookah bar, is because they actually know how to pack a tangiers bowl properly. 5 stars due to an awesome owner, great staff, wonderful flavors, and skillful bowl packing. I live in the area and had heard of this place multiple times. I looked it up on yelp and saw that it had 5-star reviews so I was pretty excited to check it out! I finally got around to coming here and was impressed by the lounge. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was very nice as well. The reason I am giving this lounge 2 stars is because their main product, hookah, is not that great. We ordered a special mix suggested by one of the workers, which at first tasted great, but was burnt out in 10 minutes. So I told one of the employee what happened and he agreed to make us a new bowl on the house. The new bowl took about 20 minutes to come out, and when it did the same thing happened. It got burnt out in about 10 minutes and tasted like coals. Hate to say, they need to learn to pack better bowls so they last longer. read more
