We came here with some friends as they recommended it. Firstly I am not the biggest Hookah person so wasn't really too sure what to expect. I explained to the staff that my wife and I are new to this and they really took the time to explain the different flavors etc. That stood out for me considering they were busy. This is my go to place, i love every aspect about it from customer service, cleanliness, and quality. They use top notch tobacco and i just found out yesterday that they released, Regal hookahs, which is the ONLY lounge in the bay area to use these high end hookahs. Go try it and you will have the experience of your life. Ambiance is great for a date, family outing, boys night out, or just an alone time. One of the best spots in the Bay, the hookah is always smooth and they have endless flavors. Most importantly, their hookahs are always clean and I never get a headache. You also must Try the Tangier's, not many hookah lounges have it and if they do, they don't pack it as good as cloudz. I can never try any other lounge. I discovered Cloudz about a month ago and have gone back almost 3 times a week. This is a very clean and relaxing hookah bar with good music that's not overly loud. They have great flavors and hookahs. You can also get the Fumo hookah for about $10 more which I highly recommend. I get the Fumo every time I go. I believe this is the only hookah bar around that gives you this option. The Fumo gives a smoother feel on your throat, very very thick clouds, and a better taste. There's over all a good vibe at cloudz. The staff is kind, attentive, and over all amazing. Always walking around with more coals asking if you need some or anything else. I would have to say that the lounge has a nice environment. I come to Cloudz a few times a month with a couple of my friends. One thing we are not too happy about it is that 80% of the time, we would have to wait 20 minutes to get our hookah, and another 10 minutes to get coals whenever we needed some. There is one person taking the orders, making the hookah, and serving coals to all the customers. Once there are at least 4 hookahs out, the guy is just running around like crazy trying his best to serve all the customers. We feel bad for the guy; and we hope he gets paid fairly for the craziness he has to deal with. Poor service + so-so hookah = not so good. read more

Celebrated my 18th birthday here and I was originally planning to only stay for an hour or so max but I started loving it SO much from the minute I got there that we ended up stayed for 3 hours and it was hard to leave! The customer service was AMAZING. I have never been catered too and taken care of this well anywhere. They were all incredibly nice and very generous. Constantly checking up on us and making sure we were okay and made sure had everything we needed. We really appreciated that! Got the usual mix - white gummi red gummi lemon mint but it didn't taste anything like I usually smoke at shisha nights in hayward. The coals were super tiny and the smoke wasn't even thick. The owner suggested shadys mix but that was sub par. The place was empty at 10pm on a Friday night. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is I like their leather couches lol..Overall I wouldn't reccommend this place. read more

Love this place. I used to go to the old cloudz and was really excited to hear they moved their location. The hookahs are great-really tasty and the staff is amazing. Love the owners and the staff! They are always very generous and make sure to interact and check on customers often. They make you fell very comfortable. I can't begin to explain how this place is so amazing. When first entering this establishment, I didn't know what to think of it, being a hookah critic and a middle eastern. Of course every middle eastern thinks they make the best hookahs themselves at their house in their gararge or some part of their house that their mother won't smell the scent. I must say their hookahs are excellent not only are the mixes rare and unique, but they also hit very well. The crowd is very diverse and the staff is amazing. I met a couple of great people since I've been here a few times, Shadi, Z, Gabby are all great with top notch customer service, and the staff all together are just amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that knows what a good hookah is, and for everyone that hasn't had one, you are better off coming to CLOUDZ first so you set your bar high. read more
