From the amazing hookah to the amazing staff, this is my GO TO SPOT, i drive from Santa Clara all the way to Millbrae because the hookah is that good! they have this amazing crew that is always there smoking and playing cards, maybe one day I will introduce myself and get to hang out with them, LOL!!!! anyway a MUST TRY for sure, I am as picky as they make them and I guarantee you will not be disappointed! my TOP 3 are Princess, Queen, and Shadi's Mix, All a little different but all good :). read more

I like this place only because it is 10 minutes from my house. Pros - Good music, they have two huge TV screens that they play interesting shows on (though you cant hear a thing coz of the loud music), great music and great hookah flavors. They also have a non tobacco hookah option. Cons - No windows, and the door is closed all the time so there is no ventilation. It can get stuffy and suffocating sometimes. But this is a good hangout spot to hang out for an hour or so especially because it is quite spacious and there is never a wait. read more

Hookahs are really good, variety of flavors and some really good special mixes. Not like many other hookah lounges they use good coals and their hookahs hit amazing. Service was really good, nice atmosphere and employees are friendly. I got the legend mix because many of my friends recommended it, and it was delicious. As an avid hookah smoker I can appreciate a lounge with actual knowledge about hookah. While the tobacco selection is limited the packing skills of the hookahtenders here exceeded expectations while keeping the price reasonable. Cloudz has a wide selection of beverages from red bull, Gatorade, glass bottle coke and even hot tea which is my personal favorite. After my first visit I was made a fan of the staff and their speedy and knowledgeable service and will ALWAYS return to this location for my hookah fix while in the Bay Area. Good hookah and chill environment. No food but that's okay because it is less chaotic. They have a variety of flavors and they're always going around replacing the coal. My boyfriend and I go often! My friends an I have been here quite a few times, and each time we leave having a good experience. The owners are always very friendly and courteous, they constantly walk around to ask if everything is ok and to change any coals. The one Saturday I was there they had a DJ, but regardless of the day they have music playing. There are two t.v.'s on each side of the lounge, although no sound. The tea is very good, with nice glass cups and a big tea pot. Definitely recommend it for a nice, relaxing low key night out with friends. read more

I've been slacking on writing a review for this place. I've been here multiple times and receive top tier service. The owners are a great group and really are focused on providing their customers the best hookah experience. I always get the Shadi's mix which isn't sweet or fruity and has a smooth base. The inside has great ventilation, hooked up flat screens for either the sports fanatic or the news fanatic and another flat screen that projects their social media accounts with customer tweets and pics. Nice feature by the way. The couches are leather and comfy. The music is a mix of hip hop or Arabic music. The volume is just right where you are able to carry a conversation and not feel overwhelmed by the noise. Parking is easy on right on the street of el camino real. Open late as well! read more

If you like hookah, this spot plays awesome music and they have super friendly staff as well. I ordered tea, and skipped hookah but overall we had a good time here. The guys had hookah and said it was great. My problem is just the lack of ventilation, the scent was so strong that it made my head hurt. Great Hookah lounge. I wouldn't say its a Hookah bar tho as advertised. They do not serve Alcohol, so anyone 21 n up, be prepared to visit the local alcohol shop next door or buy pop sodas and water. Their hookah is excellent tho, cannot argue with that. Customer service is on point as well. 2 people per hookah and we only spent about 38 dollars plus tip. Employees are down to earth.
