Great Hookah lounge. I wouldn't say its a Hookah bar tho as advertised. They do not serve Alcohol, so anyone 21 n up, be prepared to visit the local alcohol shop next door or buy pop sodas and water. Their hookah is excellent tho, cannot argue with that. Customer service is on point as well. 2 people per hookah and we only spent about 38 dollars plus tip. Employees are down to earth. I've been coming to Cloudz since their old outdoor location! I've been a follower since then. This is a spot where I constantly drop in at least a few times a month. The hookah here is always smooth. It is a great late night spot on the peninsula to catch up with friends. This place honestly has one of the best customer service offerings as far as hookah lounges go. Shadi goes above and beyond! Hands down a honest and genuine business owner. As a plus, they sell top notch imported candy (kinder, yum) The ambiance is great too, if you want to catch the final quarter of the warriors game, you can do so here. As a regular here, might I suggest the Shocker or the Spinner. Add a large black tea to the mix, and you're good for the rest of the evening. read more

Cloudz hookah is absolutely my best and go-to place for hookah! I love hookah and I've been to a lot of places in SF. Very good vibe and great Crowd. The place is very clean and quiet. Cool music and a very helpful staff. I've made friends with most of them and they are super friendly! I'm usually sceptical with hookah lounges I don't know, as I am from LA and there are a fair share of terrible lounges, but I have been to my fair share of great ones as well. I am in San Fran for business staying in Milbrae and I'm so glad I took a chance on this spot. I was promptly greeted and served and the staff was extremely attentive to my coals and making sure I was good. I really appreciated the service. The staff here is always friendly and attentive I always have fresh charcoals. I mainly like coming here because I feel safe when I'm here. This hookah lounge has to definitely be my favorite spot around all the Bay Area. Not only do they have the best hookah, they also have wonderful customer service. You are welcomed in by a worker as soon as you walk in and you are treated excellent. They really do make sure that the hookah is perfect for you and do whatever they can to make you feel comfortable and satisfied. I have been coming here since July and I have not had one bad experience and I always feel like the workers treat everyone like family. The music is good, the seats are comfortable, the lights are dimmed to just the right amount. I had my birthday here a couple days ago and the workers was super cool about it and it was an successful night. I love this place and all the workers so much! I do not have any complaints. These guys know how to do hookah right. The hookahs hit smooth all night, wide selection if flavors, and most importantly they have great service. Definitely a chill hookah lounge and very professional. The staff comes and checks up on you when they can which is great, unlike other spots where they abandon you and you have to hunt them down. Everyone is friendly, from the staff to the people you meet sitting next to you. I noticed that everyone knows each other in here so well, which is cool! It gets packed pretty quick when 10:30-11 comes around and I've been here on Friday nights most of the time so be prepared to look for parking and seats! Worst first experience ever! We were 4, smoking 1 hookah and having large tea. Where he told us to leave and cant hold our table if we didnt order more hookahs. His way of talking was so RUDE! Will I front and claim to be some hookah guru? No, I won't. Will I claim to be a stickler for great service and snazzy ambience? Yes, I most definitely am. This place I have to say excels in every aspect of making you feel welcomed and at home. Workers are very personal and not phoney robotic and always are concerned if you are in need of anything. Not once did our coal burn to pebble like status. They were always attentive to things like that along with prepping and testing the lamps thoroughly before leaving it with you. Lighting was easy on the eyes. Not too light and not too dark. Music was playing at the right level where you don't have to scream at the person right across from you and not too soft that you can't decipher what song is playing. Just right. Lastly, any place who has the owner stepping up to greet people and replacing coals is solid in my book. Overall an experience that is pleasant for both long time smokers and new alike. Their hookah is ok but the problem I have with it is why there hookahs tend to burn very fast because every time I smoke there my hookah lasts between 20 to 30 minutes a bowl, than I have to order a refill come on I don't want to keep paying for refills when my bowl should at the least last me 1 hour to 1 hour and thirty minutes. read more
