Service was overly AMAZING. Workers treated me with respect and did their best to meet my needs. There was a wide selection of tobacco that I just appreciated so much. Compared to other smoke shops in the area this one Is definitely top tier. read more

Been shopping here for a year, I always appreciate the service. They have all the zana you can find lol and glass youve never seen. The workers are awesome, never me over some change read more

Ray is the absolute KINDEST person!! He is always energetic and smiling! Very pleased in helping you find what you need! If I could recommend this smoke shop to everyone I WOULD!!! read more

This is my go to spot for my vape juice, they always have a good selection and wide variety. If you ever go in when Raheel is there just know he's going to make you feel like you don't want to leave. Dude is super chill and friendly. read more

There is too much going on... the smoke section is great though.

My number one shop to get vape juice aka ejuice.. Very big selection of mods the staff is knowledgable and fairly priced I also love the fact that they have a huge selection of incense and different sizes too and they do not jack up the prices too much This shop is never too crowded and never noticed them being out of stock on any of the items I usually get.. But some of the incense are empty all n all great store nice staff read more

Quality glass! Real American made. Not like other shops in the area. This place has some of the best thick glass pipes and dab equipment. Ive been going here for years and they're always really great to deal with and have good prices. They have another store in Davis CA that is just as good! read more

I am so glad to see so many people saying exactly what I have to say. They are awesome! Decent prices, enormous selection, will special order what ever u ask for just about, u can sample, I can touch, you get just overwhelmed with the variety that never seems to end. When I first started Vaping, this was the ONLY store that had anything worth a crap. They STILL are in my top 3. U can't beat them for customer service, product quality, return policy, and price all together. Absolutely worthy of 5 stars. read more

Illusions is downright the most chill. Their vibe is so welcoming and I am always happy to walk in and be greeted like family. I recommend wholeheartedly David is a man amongst men read more

Illusions Smoke Shop - Great cap!!! - Vape Shops Near Me - Rocklin, California

I would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased a belly button ring aprox a week ago & it broke within two days of wearing it. It wasn't an easy fix even if I would've tried! Anyways, so I called them and told the guy the issue and he was brief and a little rude but managed to tell me if I came in he'd let me switch it out for a new one. Well, a day later (I live 40 minutes away) I make my way there & this man is very abrupt and loud explaining to me that I spoke with him & he wasn't going to allow this. I nicely told him I drove 40 minutes to come and get a different one and spent way too much for a piece of jewelry that broke. He finally (after cussing) let me swap it for a new one and as I was about to leave he said "I don't want that shit, so get out of here.". Super super bad customer service & bad product. Waste of time! read more

Hands down the best smoke shop around! The staff is super knowledgeable and very helpful. My husband and I have shopped there many times and it's the only place we will go. The prices are always right, they have high quality items and a great selection! read more

Came in expecting a great selection of cigarettes. I did ask Google that. The cheapest large variety of cigs in Rocklin. My brand not in. Mostly out of cigs. Disappointed in Google. Get your facts straight. My business if I want the cheapest way to cancer. A head shop is a head shop. Not the owner's fault. read more

Big shop, but we didn't make it to the counter in back because of the cloud of tobacco smoke. If they don't care any more than that about their customers, then I don't care to be a customer. Zero stars if I could. read more

Extremely friendly owner who is always willing to help you out. Great prices on everything. Has a HUGE collection of glass pieces, pipes , and bongs. There is also an amazing collection of hookahs as well as tobacco for them. The glass pieces are all pretty high quality, and the store is generally getting new shipments often. Best shop I've been to in a long time read more

See all

If I could give more stars I would! The owner, Ray, was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about everything. The selection is unreal, whether you're on a budget or looking for unique one-of-a-kind gifts or top quality items. He went above and beyond and took time with me and made sure that I was very happy. He even gave me a thank you gift after my purchase! I recommend coming to this smoke shop no matter where you live. read more

The guy who helped me was super chill. He was pretty savvy with knowing the products. I wasn't pressured at all to buy which is a huge deal to me. The prices were a bit on the high side but when I commented on it, he immediately got on the phone to call his boss and ask for a break on price. Which they did however it was still a bit more than I could afford. Overall thou it was a great place and when I do have money to spend, I'll come back! read more

Went in looking for a pollen press. They only had one kind and when I said "Ahh I'm not sure." he took ten bucks off the price. Nice and clean shop. Not as big as mellinium but their about half of the price. I would recommend checking them out first. read more

These guys are always sooooo friendly to my boyfriend and I! We moved out of the area and only really go there when in town and he always remembers us. Usually willing to give you deals even if you're a newbie to their shop, but they treat regulars like family. Never met nicer people in a head shop! read more

Best smoke shop around town hands down! I spent a lot of money here and I won't go anywhere else! Their prices are competitive with other smoke shops. Sometimes I find stuff cheaper elsewhere and I'll tell him and he'll sometimes lower the prices. Next time anybody goes in here tell him " Raymond sent me!" And he'll hook you up!!! 4 out of 5 stars only because their stuff may be a $1 or more expensive then the other smoke shops! But the blunt wraps here are super fresh! read more

I would have put 5 stars because the shop is awesome BUT I didn't appreciate being told that I'm being given all of these deals ($5 off this, buy this and get that for free) only to find that I was charged full price for everything. Thought that was so ridiculous that I don't think I'll shop here again. read more

Such great customer service, really helpful and kind sales associate and a great owner! Easy, quick, and a great selection. Thank you! I'll be coming again soon! read more

So I came in and bought a new vape cus mine was toast. I had $47 cash after I made a deposit into my checking account and pulled $100 out of my savings. I work in cash handling so my arithmetic skills are very sharp. I had counted my cash twice before going in and once at the counter so I'm 100% sure I had $147. Ray was the man running store and the total came to $150, told me I was good on the $3 and I averted my attention from the cash as I turned to walk out the store. He then stops me and says I only have $127. I couldn't prove he swiped a $20 bill when I looked away but I tracked my cash flow statements and verified the amount I had that evening. You stole from me and after talking to other people they have had similar experiences at a place called illusions expect them to pull some slide of hand shit. Fuck you Ray I know what you did and I'm telling everybody to stay away from illusions. Hope the $20 was worth the free advertising read more

Owner hooked it up just found this smoke shop because we moved from Washington State to Auburn and this the best smoke shop around!

I love these guys! always so helpful and they remember what i like so they are able to point out new things for me to try. I only go there for the hookah supplies but they have a ton of things. i definitely recommend them! read more

Great place! I've only stopped by a couple times and the guy there always hooks it up! Very professional and always carry the best merch !! I honestly go out of my way and pass 3 smoke shops on my way just to go here! read more

This is my favorite shop in Sacramento, the owner is unbelievable, nicest guy you'll find and always gives a killer deal.

Love this place. Very accommodating. Good selections. Good people. I've been coming back here for years, and I used to shop in their store they owned in Chico, ca. Reasonable prices. And they have my favorite incense read more

The graditude and the professionalism of this store is uncompared! I've been to many establishments in rocklin and Roseville this one by far is the best. I recently invested in a water pipe perc. I was very pleased with my purchase wich sadly had a crack in it I had noticed after I left the store. I was pissed and figured I probably was not going to get any sympathy from them, it was 2 days later when I actually took it back. They where completely perfessional about the situation and helped me to the fullest of there reasonable power. I highly recommend this establishment for all your smoke accessories and equipment. As for me and my folks we all go there and continue to be extremely satisfied customers. Stay concentrated read more

Customer service=wow. They were so great to me that I'm not even going to tell you yelpers, suffice it to say... they took care of my complaint and more than made it up to me. I've never been disappointed going here. Got gifts and stuff for myself. read more

great costumer service...bought a nice hookah which i got a great deal on and went home and tried it out and realized there was a tiny crack and i called him and he stayed open late just to switch it out for a new one...AMAZING!!! Will def buy from again and if you are ever in Davis they have another shop with great deals read more

I don't buy glass really, mainly hookah shisha and charcoal, maybe papers and blunts on occasion, so that is my main focus with this review. Prices are on par with online stores for Starbuzz so screw waiting for shipping as well as paying for shipping... I know Starbuzz is kind of the defacto choice for most shops but I hope the owner gets more of the old school stuff in Stock eventually. I saw he carries Tangiers as well so that's a plus in my book but looking forward to more AL fahker in the future. But my main reason for the 5 stars is the guys work ethics. Small business owners all know you need to step your customer service up of you want to compete with the big guys, and I like this man. Remembers his regulars, very polite and personable, and that's enough to earn my 5 stars. I'm not putting down ALL the other chain smoke shops because there are some good ones, but I grow tired of owners who can't control their employees who are busy dicking around with their ecigs and talking about personal matters in front of waiting customers than to simply give them what they want promptly with a friendly demeanor. Cheers illusion, ill keep coming back and hopefully I can refer people your way. Keep it up! read more

Excellent smoke shop! Super fast service always super helpful! Won't go anywhere else but here!

Ray is the shit. I always have a good experience here always good deals and good prices and excellent merchandise.

Best smoke shop around! We have been coming here for years and have never left disappointed. The owners are extremely friendly and always willing to help you out with whatever you're looking for. Recently I bought a piece only to come home and realize there was a small crack in it. Came back the same night and the owner was very understanding and helped us out no questions asked - wonderful customer service! I will always recommend this place to others - support your local businesses! read more

Been coming here for a while buying hookah accessories shisha tobacco and coals. I went in there recently and bought some hookah that he recommended he said "this shit has great flavor" lol well he definitely over exaggerated that i took it home packed a bowl and started it up immediately it tasted HORRIBLE and i knew i was 1 throwing it away and saying screw it ill just buy a new can later or giving him a call to see what he could do. Well i called and i told him that it tasted like crap and asked him if i could possibly switch it with another can. He said no to that but offered that i come in and he would give me a free can of a smaller 100G container of some hookah. I still lost money on it but i don't think any other smoke shop would ever do this for anyone i wont ever go anywhere else. Side note he did warn me that he would never do it again because obviously if he did he would run out of business so no i don't recommend that if you get a crappy hookah flavor from him don't take it back. He did this for me because i am "a regular". Anyways great shop great shisha selection. And a great environment. THANK YOU read more
