Not as bad as the one star reviews say, not as good as the five star reviews say. About the only place in the area where you can get flavored vapes, though as another reviewer said, you need to be careful when making online purchases. The absolute worst smoke/headshop in the area. Took their no exchange policy quite literally when we purchased some cigarillos that turned out to be dry and crusty. The lady would not exchange the cigar, even though we have not moved from the register yet. All we did was give her the money. Nothing opened, literally at the register and would not let us exchange. Do not take your business here, as there are several better spots around the city. There's a better Millenium on Riverside Auburn but this Rocklin location is trash. Shame on you guys. read more

Like other reviewers they tried to upsell me on a bad product. I knew what I wanted but I generally try to hear out the person behind the counter as most places would have someone who knew the products better than me. But the pen that he sold me was not only gross and leaking but it lasted less than half as long as it advertised. There are a lot of headshops that don't care but this one takes not caring to a personal level. I won't even try going back to see if they've improved. There are so many other options. read more

You might want to hire employees at actually know what your selling. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted since I did my research. The employee tried to tell me something completely backwards and wrong. Needless to say I bought a vape mod that she swore was "bigger and better" than the one i wanted and said was the same rechargeable no batteries needed...what do you know I got home to see the mod had no batteries in it at all!!! 100$ wasted. I didnt want to buy special expensive batteries. The other store was just as bad when I went to buy e-juice and the expensive batteries. If I could give it less than one star I would. The larger lady who works there helped me. First off all their swishers were dry and they didn't have what we wanted. Instead I bought Dutch masters thinking ok these should be alright. Well right after the transaction I felt the pack of cigars and to my surprise it was also dry. *Update: The device they sold me is AN OLD MODEL. Pods had COTTON WICKS. Go to any vape website or the smok website and you will see that the current devices come with CERAMIC pods. Beware. The prices on the website are DRASTICALLY different than those in store. I bought an item that was going for $29 on their website, and they charged me $50. I called and called and was told nothing could be done. I only wanted my $20 back. I'll be taking this up with my credit card company and Millenium lost a customer it's had for years. This is for the location on foothills and pleasant grove. Thought I had a good experience, bought $150 worth of items to stock up. Turned out one of the vapes didn't work(flum brand). So I do what any sensible person would do I go back the next day because their hours are already so bad(they close at 7pm everyday). The person working there was able to see my order and see who ordered it. The person who sold me the vape stuff that day didn't follow their store policy and ask me to try my vape to make sure it worked. Even though they acknowledged that they should have asked I wasn't given an exchange. The vape wasn't even blinking to indicate that the battery died or anything it was just DEAD. Doesn't matter how much you spend there, they are obviously not trying to build customer loyalty. I am going back to tobacco 4 ever, idk why i even decided to give them a chance in the first place my fault i guess. They had the audacity to then give me 10% off on ANOTHER OF THE SAME VAPE LOL. not only was that the biggest F-you, it just cemented in my mind that this place doesn't care about providing good service, they only want your money. and even then for their customers that pay a lot you are still left disrespected. Often has no idea what they're selling. Also is often closed during hours they are supposed to be open. And there is one employee who is very rude, although most employees I've met are nice. If there were any shops closer to me I would definitely visit there instead read more

I Called to speak with a manager on 7/10/2020 and a guy answered an said hes not here and I asked if he knew the next day or time he would be in and the guy starts to question me and asked me what am I selling and when I told him I were talking to a manager about getting a sample package of our products sent out to him the guy immediately cut across me as I were speaking and said ok yea goodbye man and hung up while I were still talking. That is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire 25 years of life and would never want to do business with people who can't control their attitude at work nor knows how to greet and show respect to a potential customer or partner who was going to help bring money into your shop and increase foot traffic and also give you over $750 in free product. read more

Worst customer service ever. Purchased a new electrical item at this shop. When home opened it and it was not working at all. Went right back to the shop where the manager proceeded to tell me that there was absolutely nothing he could do. Even though we came defective in the box he could not help me whatsoever basically told me to go pound sand. Said he would sell me another one if I want it. Even though I have been a long-term customer and the sales rep agreed with me about the item being defective the manager basically kept telling me to leave the store. I can see if I was a 16-year-old out of his mind or something. But I am in my mid-50s and not buying cheap equipment looking for the best. And yet $300 down the tubes and absolutely no help not even in contacting the manufacturer. I will without a doubt dispute this charge on my credit card and let them figure it out. I paid $30 for a garbage battery (that didn't come with a charger, I had to ask and then pay an extra $6) came back the SAME day, unused, and would not let me return.
