The parking lot is pretty large, and we've always found a spot pretty easily. Inside, Sprouts has the healthy grocery store smell and this location is organized similarly to other locations we've visited. We pick up a hodgepodge of items here like essential oils, their cooked turkey, deli meats, fresh produce, fun snacks and soups, and sometimes some quick meal items. When they have cheese curds we always pick up a container of them. Sprouts tends to be a more expensive option when we stop in, but everything has been great quality and we always enjoy our purchases. On our latest visit I picked up their Sprouts Caesar dressing from the refrigerated dressing section and it was delicious. I'll definitely be back for more.

I stood there for a bit until a young man noticed and kindly stepped in to take my order. I really appreciated his attentiveness and friendliness. While waiting for my two hibiscus lychee green teas, I noticed some confusion behind the counter. The employee preparing the drinks couldn't find the green tea and had to keep asking the same woman for help. She eventually took over, but the drinks didn't taste right. There was no green tea flavor, or lychee only hibiscus (I'm not saying she didn't add it, it didn't taste like it.) Honestly, the bigger issue for me was the lack of customer service. The previous location I used to visit always felt welcoming, so this was disappointing. A simple acknowledgment like "I'll be right with you" would have gone a long way. That said, I DO want to give credit to the employee who stepped in and helped me--he was polite and attentive. As for the woman with short hair, I hope she works on her customer service approach. I bought some Nature's Pain Remedy Tincture not only for pain and inflammation but for restlessness, which is indicated on the bottle. I've always had a hard time sleeping, but since getting a hysterectomy last year, my forced menopause has made it worse - despite taking a common menopause symptom relief medicine. Before taking the Nature's Pain Remedy, my dog would wake me up at all hours of the night. I would stay up a couple hours each time because of restlessness and racing thoughts and be lucky to get a few hours of sleep. I'm overweight so my body is constantly sore when laying down also.. But what Nutrishop has that gnc and vitamin shop doesn't, is persons like Joe that are very knowledgeable on all the products in store. Since switching my Creatine source from GNC Beyond Raw Hydrochloride to Nutrishop Cre-Alkaloid, I saw results on the first workout. I ask Joe honestly for what he would add and he recommends stuff I never heard before. And best part is, everything is safe and I don't have to worry about contamination from black market pro hormones. Joe recommend the Lipo Carnitine Fat Burner to mix with Bucked Up pre workout. The lipo is caffeine free and offsets the caffeine in the Bucked up. Then recommended taking the phosphates which maximizes the benefits of protein. I take that with the Creatine Alkaloid and it's a killer, pump, workout and fat burn. Post workout shakes I substitute PB2 artificial powdered peanut butter for real peanut butter. I was putting way too much skippy in my protein shakes. This one recommendation on the peanut butter alone by Joe as well as a few others diet wise has dropped my saturated fat consumption on the month 160-200/grams and overall fat consumption was reduced over 1000 grams. They're always trying to sell me something, but with Jack he treats you like family, not a dollar sign. Jack's wife and sister work there too and they know their stuff. I could call in and ask the price on whey isolate, what flavor, how many g's of protein per scoop, how many scoops and their quick. I walk in there and Jack's not there, no problem. They know what time it is. It's also cheaper here. If Jack didn't know jack about supplements and had crappy customer service, I'd still come because the prices are so cheap. Just sayin'.
