Ty (the GM) and his team are the reason my husband and I are regulars at this establishment! Ty is always so warm and welcoming, you can see this in hushed employees as well. My drink of choice is the Greens & Ginger, I would highly recommend this drink because it doesn't have as much sugar like the other drinks while being refreshing and healthy. The service was good but the place could use some cleaning. I would not feel comfortable eating there as there was trash everywhere and the ground was sticky. I got a strawberry banana smoothie but the fruit tasted unripe so it was very bitter. I couldn't even drink it as the bitter taste was too bad. My friends got a fruit bowl and they said it tasted good. Maybe there was a difference in the fresh fruit vs the frozen fruit? Those new peanut butter coconut bowl thingies look awesome but they're thirteen bucks and 700 calories understandably. It's a local smoothie place here in Natomas! And I always interact with the GM Tarik when I come in bright and early around 7AM which is when this particular one opens. Which makes for one happy Momma. All the employees are happy and smiling and I'm always greeted warmly when I enter this location. The store has some indoor seating as well as 2 tables placed outside for those sunny days with umbrellas for shade. The ambiance is quiet...lol relatively speaking except for the hum of the blenders and the toaster ovens. But all in all a great pit stop to start my day. It really sucks when you find people that make your smoothies really well and has great customer service and then the company moves them to another location. I really miss Ty and Pete. This is the second time I came to this location with new employees and the atmosphere in this place does not feel lively at all, minus Alysha as she was very accommodating and friendly when I came in the first time. I came in there today to get a smoothie for my friend and I. I asked the shift leader that made mine why mine had a different coloring? And he said that a strawberry accidentally fell into where the bananas were, and he was gonna serve that to me anyway! Shocked at what I just heard, I said that I would taste it. I didn't like it so he did make me another one, but that was very disappointing how he was going to serve me an altered version of a PB banana smoothie. Yes they have a drink called, White Gummy Bear and if you love the Caribbean Passion like myself then you will love the White Gummy Bear (it's a secret item on the menu). It's been a while since I've done a review of my fave, local, nearby Jamba Juice. Same great location. Same high level of service, even after all these years and myriad of young kids who have worked here. But my main reason for updating my review begins and ends with my fave employee here...MELVIN!! He is just beyond awesome, and Jamba Juice is lucky to have such a fine young man working for them. His customer service skills are top notch, and I can tell from his interactions with his coworkers that he is great to work with and would no doubt be great to work for. Are y'all in Jamba Juice's HQ and/or higher echelons hearing me? Melvin is exemplary, and you would be CRAZY not to offer him some sort of management/lead position with your company. He so deserves it, and y'all would be doing yourselves a favor by taking this industrious, loyal young man and grooming him to part of any leadership program in any location. Of course, I would miss Melvin terribly at my fave location here in Sacramento, but sometimes the greater good is what's important. P.S. This location has the fastest and most cheerful morning crew of any Jamba Juice I've ever been to. The first time I went in, they just opened and before I even finished paying for my order, my drink and waffle were ready to go. Today I came in and inquired about which drink had the most potassium. Rather than just winging it and guessing, the cashier walked me over to the nutrition book and made a few suggestions. We looked up the potassium content of her suggestions before making my final decision. When the drink was ready, the other staff member asked me to try it first to see if I liked it before I left the store. That made my day! read more

I'm not the biggest fan of Jamba Juice because they don't have organic juice. When you juice it needs to be organic otherwise it's like drinking a concentration of pesticides. If you are juicing for health reasons this can be a major issue. This Jamba Juice is close to my work and I came here more often for juices before I found out it wasn't organic. Every time I came there was an issue. My order was wrong or took forever. What bothered me most was that I try to avoid ice because of how it makes my stomach feel and every time I went I asked for no ice. I always got ice. One girl was very rude about it and said, "that's just how we do it." And turned away coldly. I stopped ordering juice from here and I just wait until after work to go somewhere else. I started only getting ginger shots. I went in during my 30 minute lunch and I waited about 20 minutes for my ginger shot (people who came after me received their smoothies and left). I went up trying to say something but the workers just kept talking to each other. When they finally saw me they asked if I had a question. When they realized I was waiting for my shot they were apologetic and made me the shot. I feel after so made mess ups and waiting they could have offered me something as an apology but they didn't. I did ask for the leftover ginger they were going to throw away and they gave me that so that was nice of them. read more
