Came here to try out the new boo ice cream and it was pretty good! It's black all over and kinda tastes like cake batter pretty nice. Staff was super nice and friendly ice cream came out quick and delicious. Great area I love it here since there is a lot of food options as well as this really cool playground area that kids can play in. It's also surrounded by tables in a semi circle so parents can watch the kids and eat peacefully very nice here will be back again to this location. read more

Great ice cream. Service is a bit on the slower side although I'm never in much of a rush. Places to sit outside lots of options to choose from. One thing I did not like was simple each order I was placing I'm very clear in speaking not one but 3 different employees ask you if you want the big size right after you say the other size you want. I pointed it out the young man dismissed it. We had four separate orders shakes and ice cream. read more

Heading home from dinner and developed an out of nowhere sweet tooth. Cold Stone to the rescue...so I hoped. Traditionally I've stuck with the Cold Stone Creamery classics or maybe simple create your own. This day I was feeling fancy and ordered the cornbread blueberry jam. I thought it was a "unique" blend but I decided to go for it. Did not deliver at all. The cornbread was nice sweetened to any degree. Texturally, the cornbread and the ice cream did not marry well together and the entire dish was bland..bland bland. I was already home and stick with my ice cream choice. I will stick to the classics next time. read more

Sign up for the app as you may get a BOGO up front. This is a consistent chain offering quality ice cream just the way you like it. For me the ice cream bowls were slightly overcooked. Flavors were great, service was god with a happy smile and pleasant demeanor. Seating inside and outside. Since we were later afternoon it was not yet quite the rush. read more

Stone Cold slow. Ice cream is great but waiting in a line of one person is painful add it feels like a longer line of many. Arden mall is way faster and it's the same thing. So, be prepared to wait. Also, have a hand wash station because there's no bathrooms when the ice cream melts all over your kids and you. read more

The service was pretty good fast and friendly. Though the attendant didn't get I wanted a cone. I ordered butter pecan. Probably the worst I have had. There was crystallization in the ice cream. The flavor profile was not traditional. Typical franchise clean with traffic, with a spot for kids out side, so not so quiet and clean outside. read more

Love coming to this location! This is one of the few places I actually enjoy the young team members. Everyone who has ever mad my ice cream is super friendly and engaging. They listen to exactly what you want them to make and get you in and out pretty quickly. The outdoor seating is perfect to enjoy a nice treat outside during the summer. Definitely visit this location, you will not be disappointed. read more

All of the workers here are awesome every single time. They are always so busy within their last hour of business. Seriously, every single time I've been here (week day and weekend) the line wraps outside the door. Despite the busy flow, the workers are always so sweet!! One face that really smiles and is sweet is Malakai. Another male worker that was there tonight was also great but I didn't see his name tag. I always tip. Thanks for the great service!! read more

Big shout out to store owner Jenn and store lead Malik. My wife and I had placed an order for a birthday cake for our son's 3rd birthday. There was a mixup or error on the store's end, but Jenn called us personally and apologized for the mistake, she accommodated us more than she had to, we appreciate the both of you. Hubby and I are had a random sweet tooth, so we found ourselves here at Cold Stone Creamery. Welps, it was either this or Baskin Robbins, so Cold Stone Creamery clearly won that battle. If you haven't tried Cold Stone Creamery before, you are completely missing out. As soon as you walk in, you're immediately immersed in this sweet, heavenly smell. There are sooo many different combinations on the menu or you can create your own creation. There's a ton of toppings to choose from too. The ice cream served here is different; it's so creamy and smooth. My favorite flavors are cake batter and cookie dough (cookie dough lover for liiiife) with the graham cracker pie crust sprinkled on top. I would highly recommend this location for the customer service and cleanliness of the store. One particular team member which made my first time visit memorable at this location would have to be, Monte! Her positive attitude and warm-welcoming was very genuine. read more

Cold Stone Creamery has great ice cream with great service! Cold Stone Creamery is a well-known chain ice cream store. What makes them different than other ice cream shops is that they have their workers use a lot of manual labor to add mix-ins to your ice cream. They have a ton of mix-ins to choose from, including brownies, candies, cookies, and cereal, and have a good selection of ice cream flavors. If you can't decide on your own ice cream creation, they have pre-designed signature creations to choose from. They also have smoothies, shakes, and ice cream cakes. What also makes them unique is that the workers sing when you give them a tip. I came to this location on a Saturday afternoon and there was a long line out the door. It actually took quite awhile to get through the line. We ordered the coffee ice cream with brownie mix-in and the strawberry ice cream with strawberry mix-in. The worker that mixed our ice cream was enthusiastic and provided great customer. It looked like a lot of muscle went into the mixing of the ice cream. The cashier was also really friendly and helpful. There were a lot of workers that were working really hard and they all seemed to be very positive and in great spirits. Both flavors of ice cream were really delicious. We ordered the Gotta Have It Size for both to-go and ate them over a few days. The strawberry was soft and creamy and the coffee was really enjoyable with the brownie pieces mixed in. Sweet treats are good eats! We love cold stone creamery. It's our traditional go to for ice cream goodness. It makes it so much easier than having to bring home numerous different flavors of ice cream from the grocery store. Cold stone creamery is a fun way to create your own unique flavor and enjoy it. You jump in line and pick from anyone of their dozen plus flavors, and then let the games begin! You get to select a number of different add-ins, and the staff will take your ice cream selection and your candy, fruit, etc. add ins and mix it all together for you. Your creation is mixed right there on a cold stone slab. Hence the name. Each creation is just that... A true ice cream creation that you can have made to take care of any sweet tooth. They do have their own creations and you are more than welcome to order based on that as well. They are rather costly, but you are getting an experience along with your own mixed flavors. Parking is free and depending on the time of day/evening that you were there you may need to be a little bit patient to find a parking space. The lot is shared with a number of other eateries, which absolutely impacts the close to the door parking spots. I was in the shopping center and had a rare craving for ice cream. So I thought I would treat myself to Cold Stone. I rarely buy anything here because I think the prices are a a bit high for the end product. I visited on a rare occasion that the line was not out the door. But now my quandary begins... where does the darn line start?!? I just saw a bunch of people clustered in front of the ice cream display in the middle of the counter. To the left and right are cash registers and counter displays. There were 4 associates running around behind the counter helping the people in front of me. There are two black ropes with a gap in the middle. Well I found out you start the line at the middle of the gap, move up, and over. The fella helping me had to ask me to repeat my order twice because he broke into singing the tip song and didn't remember what I told him previously. Oh well. He was super friendly and had a great smile. If you tip them in cash and put it in the glass jar, they will sing the song. The ice cream was creamy, rich, and decadently delicious. Most chocolate varieties have no corn syrup, most other flavors do. Plus the syrups and majority of toppings have HFCS. All said and done, the small scoop with no mixins and upgrade waffle cone, totaled ~$5. It ain't cheap. Not really affordable for a family. It is a nice occasional treat. read more

I've been going to cold stone since I was 14 years old. I am now 31. Never have I ever experienced a cold stone such as this. I noticed that upon entering all of the employees greets each customer. I mean every single employee greets each customer. I thought that was pretty awesome! Vanessa helped me today and she was extremely friendly. Never have I ever tipped a cold stone before, I'm not sure why , but I felt extra obligated to leave a tip today because of how friendly everyone was. I give this store, this specific location, an A+, for the positivity upon entering, and even leaving. I am very satisfied with these young people! read more

UPDATE: I had a call from management explaining the issue and they took complete responsibility for it and apologized. Someone drove the cake to my house and brought it to my door along with a complete cash refund for the cake. I appreciate their understanding and realizing how upsetting the situation was and their sincere want to fix the issue. I had a cake to pick up for my daughters BIRTHDAY TODAY it was already paid and I went to pick it up and your business is CLOSED. No call nothing. I'm out a cake for her birthday and need to go pay to buy another one. Don't shop at this place. read more

Poor customer service and snooty kids who clearly aren't trained very well. Cannot stand how inconsistent their portions are. Try explaining to your kids why one of them has a bowl with half the amount as the other's. And when you complain, the little teenager shrugs. Even worse, the management couldn't care less. It's clearly a cost saving tactic. Ughhhh... Will avoid it as much as I possibly can. Gunther's (Franlkin Blvd) has much better ice cream and customer service anyway. Worth driving the extra 7 min. read more

The last 2 times I got a strawberry milkshake. They are made with real strawberry ice cream.They were good both times. I always get the large. If not you will be left with a empty cup and wanting more. Just a note the topping is not whipped cream, it's whipped topping and it's a mystery. The whipped topping lasts a day. This is by far my husbands favorite ice cream shop. Today I was next door at jacks and decided to come get some. I chose the dark chocolate and Oreo cream filling flavor with almonds. Yum!' The employees are super friendly, give theI opinions on the flavors, and even sing to customers if you tip them or donate for a special cause! They also have outdoor seating which is always great for a nice warm day!!! Coldstone is next to a variety of restaurants such as jacks, sushi elite, teriyaki maki, and a taqueria! Their ice cream is delicious as always (cake batter all the way)! The service isn't terrible but ordering from the counter is so painful right now with the combination of social distancing, masks muffling everything being said and the ambient noise which sounds like a grade school cafeteria. Cold stone should strongly consider installing order kiosks for people to input orders more easily. Native English speakers don't realize how problematic communication is during COVID for non-native speakers. App ordering and kiosk ordering really alleviate this burden. read more

this is the best ice cream shop I've been to in my entire life! the ice cream tastes like heaven and I also like how u can put toppings on ur ice cream. But the cakes are to die for because I got 2 cakes from cold stone which was delicious. the cakes that I recommend is mmmmmint chip and the Oreo cake.also the service is very nice too and this place is really clean and the people who are in charge of ur ice cream are very nice and they are NOT rude. Cold Stone Creamery is actually better than Baskin Robbins. and not only do they have really good ice cream options that are to die for, they also have smoothies and milkshakes that might taste good even though I didn't try it yet. this place is already really good and it it is a great place to take ur kids because there is a park outside for ur kids to play and ice cream options they might like. Depending on when you visit, the line can get absurdly long (almost out the front door), and I've experienced slower service and even had my drink mixed up with another customer's order once. Since I order oat milk due to lactose intolerance, getting the order correct is pretty important. Thankfully, when the bakery isn't overly busy and adequately staffed, the employees are attentive, friendly, and very helpful with the ordering process if you have questions. It is still one of the Sacramento bakeries I miss after moving away. It was so lovely to have a bakery down the street from home.

Yummy!! I took my nephew here for ice cream since he did really well at the pediatrician's office. He loved it, but I think I loved it even more! TONS of flavors to choose from, the ice cream is smooth and creamy, and the service is efficient and friendly. They even sing a song if you give them a tip! You can choose from a bunch of toppings (brownie bits and gummy bears are my favorite), and they make it right in front of you. There are different sizes that you can get depending on your appetite. Until a decent ice cream or gelato shop opens in Natomas this is the only option. All the yogurt shops fall short with the fat free and low fat yogurs.
