Every time I walk out of Pinkberry,I always have the same thought-why do I not go here more often. The quality of their yogurt is so high and the fact that they offer pomegranate flavor frozen yogurt is just such a showstopper. Well let's talk about my most recent visit to Pinkberry in Natomas located on N Freeway Blvd. So I am part of their rewards program and have been for many years.What they offer for their birthday rewards is $5.00 of any order-so I know that a small yogurt with unlimited toppings costs $7.99-so with my birthday rewards-this would only be a $2.99 item-which felt like a great deal. This yogurt shop is located in a multi tenant shopping center anchored by Target and "BJ's"-so parking is plentiful. When I arrived I was the only customer-during the extent of my visit only 2 other customers came in-not sure if it's because it's just a slow time or if they just don't have a lot of customers. The worker was super friendly and I placed my order of a small pomegranate flavor yogurt with raspberries-strawberries-pineapple & blueberries. It was made perfectly-it tasted so light and with all the fruit toppings almost felt healthy-it was a truly guilt-free treat-I enjoyed it thoroughly. This Pinkberry location has been opened for just around a year's time, and because of where they're situated in the shopping center they pretty much go unnoticed. Please notice them! This was such a great experience. The place is clean, the staff is super nice and very helpful, and what more could you ask for?! They generously offered us samples, all of which were phenomenal. I've always been a fan of their original flavor. It's tart, slightly sweet, and you can enjoy it as is or with the tons of toppings that they offer. If you want to do it upright, you definitely want to pair it with another flavor, or create your own creation with some of the other flavors. The mango is absolutely perfect. It's sweet, creamy, and doesn't have that too much of a good thing flavor. It absolutely is just right. I didn't know Pinkberry was still opening new locations. It was a crazy hype last decade. I used to eat it every weekend at Santana Row in San Jose. Now they have a new location in Natomas. It's always delicious here. The workers were nice and quick. They were patient waiting on my toddler while she was choosing her toppings lol. The location is nice and clean. It's right next to Daiso. I like Pinkberry because the quality of the yogurt seems to be higher quality than the other self serve places you usually see. I'm definitely come back here. At Pinkberry, it is NOT self-serve so you have to order from the staff, who gets the frozen yogurt and adds the toppings for you. The small, medium, and large were $6.99, $7.99, and $8.99, respectively, plus there was a cone option for $7.49. Toppings are $0.50 to $1 extra. They also sell smoothies. I tried the pineapple and pomegranate flavors and they were both delicious. Currently, they have 8 different flavors of frozen yogurt, including a limited time flavor of mega minion banana pudding. They also have a dairy free option of vanilla. There are a lot of options for toppings including fruits, nuts, chocolates, candies, and popping bobas. Finally a Pinkberry in Natomas! Ever since COVID happened, many FroYo places have closed down other than Menchies. First time visiting the Natomas location, I tried the Matcha and Pomegranate, while my boyfriend had the chocolate and the original tart. We loved all 4 flavors due to the refreshing taste and flavor. My favorite thing about Pinkberry is that since it's not self serve, you know what price you are paying for each size unlike other FroYo places where you end up paying $10+ because of the weight. Staff is super friendly and helpful and will allow you to try any samples if you are having trouble deciding on what flavor to choose, and are very patient with you. Inside is clean and there is even a bathroom for customers. Now I love pinkberry, ranging from anyplace anywhere from north to south California.Place was clean, service was fine for the day. My only issue was the amount of product I received for the price I was paying. Now every single pinkberry I have ever been to have always packed on the frozen yogurt always filled and above and then some we love when they really give you what you pay for. But this location my cup looked like it had just a mini frosted piped out topped frozen yogurt not filled the curl of the frozen yogurt is what "made" it look like it was filled but it barely graced the rim of the cup. Then for the first time at a pinkberry they WEIGHT your cup before paying! If that's case guys take your money to menchie's or the pinkberry in Elk Grove they are amazing. read more
