Knowledgeable and friendly employees, large selection of products. Good location and parking is usually easily available.

Love coming here. Ordering online is easy and always quick. Customer service is excellent! Love the staff and vibe of the whole place, especially as someone who doesn't know much about anything and always has so many questions. Also, love the variety and quality! Great value for your money! Appreciate yall!! read more

Crystal Nugs - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Sacramento, California

Very nice, spacious, clean space. Daily specials and sales. Staff is nice. Your first time be sure to ask how to get a preroll for $1 (or maybe it's a penny, can't remember because it was so long ago for me). They have 2 ATMs inside because they are cash only. Parking is street only so prepare yourself. read more

Mid town cannabis dispensary. Great service lots of products clean ambiance. Customers come in for return service looking for Budtender Kendal. She seems to be the 1# Budtender there. While I was there they all called her name for the latest deals. But all the employees are also super cool. , I will definitely be back great spot. And they sell merch! read more

My best friend and I went to this dispensary 3 weeks ago and I'm just now getting around to writing the review. Sorry. First, the lady at the Front desk did not look like she wanted to be there. Not a smile or how are you doing? That alone made us feel unwelcome. After bothering the lady, we went upstairs to check out the products. There was only 1 customer and us and we were not greeted at all as if we were invisible. As the prices were not reasonable, we left never to return again. read more

First experience there, it wasn't pleasant.I felt, and as if I was the one who was bothering the worker. His name's anthony not every gentleman whatsoever should not work in customer service read more

ugh i hate to do this to my local dispo. ive been loyal to this place for the past two years but i just got off a nasty phone call with their manager because i was trying to clarify an overcharge. i ordered online and was overcharged as it did not apply any of the deals or discounts. i called the next day to clarify and ask for the correct amount to be refunded. they tell me that they cant do it two times in a row. i insisted that they had to be able to because they did it the last time their system messed up (this is the second time this has happened to me) and they finally agreed to correct my price. too much waiting and lots of curt attitude from the manager for a simple correction. i asked nicely, i have proof of my order, and i am a loyal customer of two years. the phone call was short and i was nothing like a karen. how come their service has only gotten worse with more time visited here??? i feel like i don't want to return. they KEEP MESSING UP MY ORDERS!!! (probably the fifth time in two years) it sucks because their front staff are always so nice and its a women owned business right in midtown. but they obviously need to step things up if they are treating their regulars like this lol. they just lost one!! read more

I've been to a lot of dispensaries this year and this shop is freakin' awesome! First and foremost, I've been reading about the co founder and the obstacles she overcame to get this business going and that's a massive inspiration for anyone with dreams of becoming a business owner. Mad respect for my girl! (https://blackcannabismagazine.com/maisha-bahati-to-open-norcals-first-black-woman-owned-lounge/amp/) The process is smooth and easy. Check in on the ground floor with your ID and head up to the second floor for the goodies. Once I walked upstairs and into the shop, I was absolutely blown away. Spotless, flawless, clean and so immaculate. That's definitely a good start. I was greeted by a friendly smile and got a chance to chat with the lovely lady behind the counter. As usual, I browsed the website the night before and decided to just buy from the specials menu. I placed my order and got an email when it was ready for pickup. Super simple and easy ordering process. I walked away with a bunch of goodies and I was a happy camper. The specials menu has a lot of high potency THC products and brands we all know and love. The festive Christmas vibes were a wonderful touch and I am a big fan of this shop. A freebie for first timers would be ideal but I guess that's not a given anymore. I cannot wait for the consumption lounge to open and we can all hang and chill and vibe together!! See y'all soon. read more

Honestly if I could leave a review with 0 stars I would... Normally my girlfriend and I are regulars here at Crystal Nugs and have given this store business many times as well as introducing our friends to this place but I'm honestly very disappointed and disturbed by how their service has been lately. There has now been two situations that haven't sat right with me. First situation happened about a few months ago and it was right before it was my turn to get my ID checked, a man before me was waiting patiently to go upstairs to receive his order. He asked the woman in the front one more time to check in and see what was going on and how much longer. Right away this woman snaps at him and tells him "We don't speak Spanish here, you need to tell me in English or leave!" because he spoke with a strong accent. Now I know this woman is normally rude so I let this one slide (my first mistake). Second situation (today) As I was placing my order on the kiosk upstairs, I noticed not one but THREE of the tenders laughing at a man (who only spoke Spanish) that needed assistance with an order. One of the employees was losing her cool because he wasn't understanding what she was trying to say. Another employee continuously shouted "YOU KNOW NO MORE?? NO MAS! NO MAS! YOU KNOW WHAT NO MAS MEANS??" which was in a very obvious derogatory manner. Upsetting as this was to watch from a distance, I had to step in to help translate to the man what the situation was. Now I have worked in the customer service industry for many years and have encountered many customers who spoke languages I couldn't understand but I still found a way to communicate between them because it is SO EASY to pull up google translate and continue on the service. As this is a black and woman owned business, you would think they would carefully consider the type of employees they hire on ESPECIALLY in this political climate. We will no longer give this shop any of our time. read more

Usually, I have an amazing experience with this place. I've never been asked to take my backpack off and leave in the lobby today I was asked. I asked if they would be responsible for the property that was left inside of my backpack while I went upstairs if not, I didn't feel comfortable leaving it there. They said I could either leave my backpack or I could get out basically that that was their policy. A lady walked in right behind me with a backpack bigger than mine. They didn't ask her to leave hers downstairs they didn't ask to look inside of hers when I mentioned it. He said it was because that's her purse. I said what makes it different. It wasn't a purse style backpack. It was a backpack. He said that she was a woman that was her purse. He didn't need to look in her purse. She didn't need to leave her purse downstairs. I said that's discrimination. That's not OK. I carry the same things in my backpack that she carries in her purse my wallet, my phone, my portable charger, my AirPods I carry gear for work, my work laptop my work phone at any given time I have probably $5000 worth of stuff in my backpack so I don't see why I should have to allow a person to search my backpack or leave my backpack in the lobby with a bunch of other people just because I'm a male other than today's experience, my experience with staff and product has always been amazing. Not sure if I'll return after this read more

The "customer service " woman at the entrance/lobby was the rudest person I've encountered at a dispensary. Didn't greet us, didn't politely ask for our ID or what she needed from us. We asked "do you need our ID" and she said "unless you're gonna just give me 60 jumping jacks" with the biggest attitude. I said, "that's interesting customer service" and she then proceeded to be even more rude and condescending. If this would have been my first time in a dispensary, I would never come back. Not sure her name but holy sh**. I will never return here. read more

Beware... If you are a tourist or unfamiliar with local dispensaries, be careful of Crystal Nugs... I met with 2 differnt budtenders on 2 occasions, and both were the same... my bill was $35 + $55 and the young homie was trying to collect $135.00 - I called him out and left. ** Check your receipts, cuz these folks are ShADY!** read more

This place is great for the location in midtown. It's has a wide variety of options for your needs and even glass and gifts. The service is okay usually only one cashier and they do have kiosks for you to order. The value is average price of other stores and they do have months deals on different brands read more

I wish i could have experienced this place. They have false advertising and hours. This is the second time their hours have said 830 and i tried to place an order at 7:45 pm and was told delivery had stopped. Like for the customers sake update your hours when you decide to close or stop a service early. I waisted time waiting for them to let me know they weren't delivering due to not having enough drivers. They don't even offer a solution or a better way to help. I'm done trying to order from them terrible customer service read more

They are the latest good place to buy pot in my area. It's not new, but I like the Dime Industry products and one of the tenders there turned me on to them. I believe it is woman owned, and I just like how they do business. The prices are middle range. Recently they have been low on my favorites, but that's not new in this business. They have a wide variety. It is incredibly secure. I always walk away satisfied. They have streamlined their business so it is all on computerized. It is a good place to shop for pot. read more

Wow. Just wow. Crystal Nugs Dispensary & Delivery is next-level amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed--the check-in was smooth, the place is pristine, and honestly, the little details like the showroom floor show they really care about the experience. The real MVP? Kendall. She went above and beyond to help me figure out exactly what I needed for my health concerns. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care made the visit unforgettable. If you're looking for a dispensary that has it all--top-quality products, incredible service, and staff that actually cares--stop what you're doing and go here. I can't recommend Crystal Nugs enough! read more

service was smooth and helpful, and Brie took great care of us. she was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Would definitely come back

We found ourselves coming into Crystal Nugs on a Saturday. This was our first time walking into a dispensary of any kind so we did NOT know what to expect. Once we got to the showroom it was a regular shopping experience with VERY knowledgeable and helpful staff - it was a personal shopping experience when we were there and I am so appreciative of the information! We went in for CBD gummies and learned so much about different strains, ratios, and different CBD and CBG types of products. I will be looking into their delivery options and returning to this business as they carry many items and have friendly staff that keep you informed. The sort of "not usual" parts of the in person experience that I was unsure about before going in are that the staff buzzes you in the front door - the windows are the 1-way mirroring so they can see you from the inside front desk, but you have no idea what's happening (the first time). Then you check in by showing the front staff your ID - they keep track of who is coming into the building. They then send you upstairs (or elevator is an option) and you begin your shopping in the show room. Once you make your selection of what to purchase, the staff sends your order to the back, they compile it like a pharmacy, then you check out. The business is cash-only. read more

For a place located in a residential neighborhood walkable from many nearby homes, their new anti-dog policy is terrible. Will no longer be taking my business here, as they will not let me even carry my small 10pound dog to pick up a preorder!! Such a shame, will much rather go to the many other similar stores with more accessible policies. read more

I'm a faithful customer. I've spent a lot of money here. But for this reason alone I have to rate it a one star. I recently purchased a dime industries wax pen that I've bought many times before and never have had this issue. I went three days after buying before even opening it as I was still working on my previous one and finally went to put it to use and got nothing from it. Fully charged it, made sure it wasn't clogged (there should have been no reason for it to be clogged) but checked anyway. Looked online for reasons this can be happening and if it's something I can fix at home but nope seems to be an internal issue. I reached out to crystal nugs thinking they would do the right thing but only within 24 hours they do exchanges now that would make sense if I just happened to change my mind and was requesting something else but this is a item I spent my well earned money on that was sold to me defective it's been no more then a week. It's got clear signs of it not being used. Not a scratch full cart and all. It's brand new! Why would I waist my time doing all this? I'm not asking for the money back or any other item I'm asking or expecting I should say that the defective one I was sold be replaced with the same one. Turned me away. I feel robbed. Lost a valued customer and I will be making a complaint and reaching out to dime industries personally. " read more

Hey, I appreciate the effort of this dispensary to meet the needs of people that can not go the site and buy. However, there has been several times that I have ordered delivery in the morning and did not get it delivered until 4 or 5 in the evening. I was informed that my delivery time was between 12:30 and 1:30. this meant that I was stuck at home for 6 hours waiting for a delivery. This dispensary appears to need to employ more people to serve us and practice customer service over a profit margin. They get a 4 out of 10. They have earned it. read more

Great service with a wide variety of fairly priced products with several deals and sales going on every time im there!

I really like this dispensary, the employees are all super nice and friendly!! I just did my first online/delivery order and had a super unpleasant experience. My order came out to $51 dollars, gave the guy a $100 bill. He asks "do you want your change?", like yes I do.. do you really think I'm going to give you a $49 tip....?! He says he needs to go to the car to get change and comes back with $30 saying that's all the change he has on him, which makes my change $19 short. I told him no, just give me the $100 and you can take the weed back. I feel like this is definitely a scam, like he was going to pocket the $19 he was "short" and keep this as his tip. This super rubbed me the wrong way.. probably won't be going here in the future in any capacity. read more

I order delivery from these people once a week for the last 4 -5 months and I'm constantly referring people. at first they were on time and I would receive updates on my deliveey . Last 2 months they give you an ETA and they are always late by at least 1 hour. Fine, I understood they have other deliveries, but when someone is 2 hours late, and they said they would be no more than 1 hour late and then they don't give you a heads up as a courtesy, it's very iirritating. you have to reach out to them to see where they are, they are too lazy to communicate with their ccustomers I will no longer be ordering from them. unprofessional and not good for business. the least you all can do is communicate with your customers and let them know you are running late , time to look for a better disdispensary. This was my first visit and my experience was exceptional. The ladies at the counters greeted me immediately and they were great. I asked one of them to walk me through the basics and she helped me pick out a number of items. The prices and options varied, but in my comparison with other dispensaries the prices are much lower. I normally get delivery in Roseville, but will be going to Crystal Nugs to try out a few drinks and diamonds. read more

I have tried every delivery service in Sacramento Crystal Nugs is the best , I have been smoking for 50 years , they have the best selection and by FAR the lowest prices $ 10 ,$20 and more lower than similar THC content , say 30% and higher from other delivery services , the Cana butter is by far the cheapest price per milligram of any cannabis product out there. It has 1000 milligrams per container and a hundred doses of 10mg or 50 doses of 20 mg ,I get a real nice buzz using 20mg , 30 you approach that decision , did i take to much !BTW been using them for awhile AND Woman and Black owned , give a finger to the corporate license holders , PLUS their headquartered in Sacramento !,give back to the community. And fire it up ! read more

Terrible place all around. Don't let the story of the owners inspire you to indulge in their greediness for over priced tree. Honestly, who CARES if they are owned by a certain race or gender. it's 2025. We all just want a good place to get some tree! I came here for the first time and was struck with nothing but attitude once i stepped in. Mind you, I wasn't even greeted AT all by the security (first person you see/check in lady) all I got was a "You been here before?" The floor was wet when i walked in and nobody seemed to care. You have to walk upstairs or take a rinky dink old escalator to get to the shop which I didn't like. Poor paint job, old pictures with a grandma vibe. Workers said hello inside but encouraged me to use their kiosk to order. Poor customer service but you can get your basic Lime/stiiizy stuff here. Sadly i left with a $80 (their taxes) 8th out the door when my normal place has taxes included. The workers didn't feel like they fit in with the neighborhood and midtown and seemed like they-hards. I am giving one star because it will not allow for "0" stars...however I really wanted to patronize this business and did in good faith attempt to do so, I placed 4 orders 2 of those 4 were a blatant BAIT and SWITCH ! Product on website states a certain amount of THC level for example if you order a 25.5 thc you may get a 18.2 and the delivered jar will have a Store generated printed sales tag matching the website level but the container factory sealed label will clearly state a much lower level clearly making this a bait and switch. Steer clear unless you like getting cheated ! I bought 2 of these in the picture for almost 200 bucks Beware everyone read those containers! read more

Love this service I order about 2-3 times a week they are communicative and on time. Recently they offer to pay through paytender.com and I love not having to go pull cash out, although my only comment would be that the delivery employees should be more aware because the guy didn't believe that it was already paid for and when I said through paytender he had no idea what I was talking about and I had to show proof of my payment. They staple an advertisement to the bags that's how I found out about it so I was kind of taken back that this guys tone was that he didn't believe that I paid because he didn't know of paytender. read more
