I've known about this place and come here a few years ago. Lately I went here with my fiancé to buy some vape juice. Since my fiancé was not aware of the laws, it was explained to us what we could and could not buy in CA, mainly about the flavorings etc. We did end up purchasing a few items. We recently came back to purchase some other accessories and again, the man behind the counter was very helpful. There are so many things to look at and he was able to answer all our questions. They sell 7OH products. This is something stronger than Kratom extract. I still cannot believe this is legal to be sold over the counter at a smoke shop. Although I didn't go in for this product, I was able to talk with the guy behind the counter about it . He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and actually provided options for spending less money and getting the same amount of product. He has cheaper options . I wish I had gone to this smoke shop as opposed to the little smoke shack off of Truxal Road. I've been here multiple times to get a coil for my vape pen and every time it's a hassle for them to find the right one. I've even purchased the wrong coil thinking they grabbed the right one for me and I couldn't even return it. What's crazy is I bought the vape pen from their store and they still sell it there yet I was told I would need to bring my pen in for them to help me. I wouldn't even be writing this review if the older employee that I was talking to wasn't so condescending and rude. I don't understand why it's so hard for them to help me to find the right coil when I don't have any trouble anywhere else I go. BUYER BEWARE!! Their return policy is set up so that once you actually use anything, it's void. I bought a Smok acro kit there a few weeks ago. In less than a month, the product was a broken, leaking mess. I was extremely hesitant buying a tank one in the first place and was assured it wouldn't leak and they would take care of me as a customer. That's obviously not the case as I was told there's nothing they can do when I took it to return. The employee rudely told me that every product they sell, and every single vape available on the market leaks and that it was my fault and my problem. I don't know whether others Yelpers' standards are low or my experience was a negative outlier. I went in to inquire about vape mods and tanks and whether they had my desired mod. I was then accosted about how what I wanted to purchase was cheap junk that would break within a month. Mind you, for full transparency, I was asking about the Smok XCube Ultra, which receives 9/10 reviews across the board. I was then suggested alternatives, all of which were far more expensive than what I could find online. The cashier advertised that they would price match, but when I asked them to price match a reputable website, I was told they couldn't go lower than the original price. Seems like a very empty "price match" promise to me. Overall the experience struck a negative chord with me, and I don't think I'll be returning. I have been coming to this vape shop since they opened their doors. I've never experienced anything but a welcoming environment and knowledgeable employees. I moved out of Natomas for awhile, but moved back at the beginning of this year, and the owner Noor remembered me, and continued to treat me with dignity and respect as if I'd never skipped coming there a day in my life. I love all of the employees; they're quick witted, don't try to pad their sales at the customer's expense, and they feel like family, especially Nader. It doesn't matter what day of the week you walk in, or who's working, because you'll feel at home and taken care of by anyone who's working. I visited the shop the other day to buy a mod and knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to make a quick purchase and be on my way. When I was finally helped by the employee he told me "you don't want that." He then began trash talking the item I wanted to purchase. First off if it was such a bad item why do you carry it in the first place? 2nd I'm the customer and I know what I want, take my money and do shut up!
