Just happened to see this in passing and had to check it out. Glad I did since they have pretty good prices and lots of options. The worker I spoke too was very knowledgeable and nice. read more

This is a nice spot off north market! They have tons of selections and flavors to choose from! Definitely go and check them out.

I came here one day in a rush because I needed a new stick vape. I want to try to go to local vape shops even though it is much cheaper online. I called to make sure they were open before I went in and they said to go ahead and come in. They were willing to wait for me, which was great! I had wanted to get a Smok X8 and instead I paid way too much for a Kangertech Subvod. I knew I was paying more than I wanted but I paid almost 3 times more than I should have. My mistake I understand. They have a decent supply of coils and juices for every budget. I probably won't be back but I'm still looking for a good local vape shop that won't completely overcharge me. The customer service was good, hours and location are convenient, although it is in an off location. read more

Just like other people said...the owner here is the worst. I buy all my stuff online because it's way cheaper but came here in a pinch. Neither the owner or the other guy are wearing masks so I didn't put mine on. The owner tells me I need a mask. When I pointed out that neither he or his employee had one on he told me I had an attitude and didn't need to shop there. I did appreciate him pointing that out so I left lol. read more

Horrible little shop with horrible owner. He sold us 2 Wake Littlefoot starter kits (for DOUBLE THE PRICE of other shops) and THEY DO NOT OFFER COIL REPLACEMENTS FOR THEM. IN fact, no one does. In fact, seems like they are probably discontinued. So now we spent $200+ on vape that we CANNOT GET REPLACEMENT COIL FOR AT ALL. SO, I called to ask for replacement coils. He said they don't sell them. I explained the situation and he started SCREAMING AT ME over the phone and threatening to hang up on me. After an over $200 sale.... Avoid. What a scam. Selling discontinued products at a premium. read more

This place sells to public I didn't know, they have all the hookah products that I am always looking for, it's a bit pricey when selling to the public. But due to covid19 and hookah banning in Sacramento I guess it's worth going to this place few bucks extra I guess won't hurt. read more

Absolutely hands down the best Vape Shop in Sacramento!! They have the biggest And best selection of Vapes, juice and accessories, they have an absolutely massive inventory! anything you want or need they got it or can get it!! The owner is one of the best most down to earth individuals you will ever meet and he always gives you the best deals around snd makes you feel welcome and a valued customer every time. You will keep coming back once you come in for the first time. I will never go to another shop again and I can very easily say that. No doubt we are all lucky to have this shop and owners in Sac Town!! Some of the best people I have ever met!!! read more

OMG store pics are deceiving. Very small and very little hookah. Another shop stocked with cheap products.

Selling fake JUUL cartridges and gave me an email for 'sales' that didn't exist. I tried to be reasonable in the email (which they didn't receive) but shows how CHI / Sahara are not true business persons. Buyer beware. read more

This company owner not only wrote us a bad check for thousands of dollars, but one of the boxes (that we put a stop on at the local PO) was accidentally sent and he kept/stole (didn't return) our product. I am going to figure out how to press charges for the bad check and I will make sure that every vaper and eLiquid manufacturer knows that he is a thief. He sent ANOTHER request for samples for our other line of eLiquid today (not realizing that we manufacture both Gypsy Juice & WhiteLightning and our business name is AReLiquid www.arkansaseliquid.com) - below is all of his information so that EVERYONE knows that both CHIVAPE & Sahara Distribution are exactly the same. This place sucks. Employees know nothing, unprofessional and they mad because customer walked in. I really don't know how this place making any money or is in business. Don't go there read more

Best vape shop in sac hands down! The owner John is very knowledgeable and friendly. John is familiar with my needs and likes and always makes great suggestions and has what i need. I hate going to shops that are always out of stuff but he is a vendor as well as a shop so hes always got plenty of stock. Dont waste your time with other vape shops, go see john for all of your vape needs. read more

Horrible experience! Is negative stars still not a thing? I Would never go back, but by the way I was treated I think that was there gol. Off corse if you like a place with zero customer service, unprofessional employees/children where every other word uttered is "hella" sigh... and no professional integrity than, this is the place for you! read more

I honestly think they should shut down i was there today and the guy who work there told me he cant sell hooka tobacoo if the owner isnt here and he called him twice and he didnt pic. This isnt a business its a joke dont go and waste your time. read more

I used to love this place. I was a reoccurring customer. I bought two bales a week ago and one didn't work. I brought it back with the working one and showed him the light didn't even come on. I asked for a refund or a new one and told me that if I don't open it right then and there. There's nothing that can be done. I've bought from a place I rancho Cordova and my juice spilled out and there was no problem with the return when I showed y problem. That's not the reason I have one star. That reason is because on my way out the door he decided to show out and yell for me to go else where next time. I was in NO WAY rude to him. In fact, I thanked him in my way out and that was his response. read more

Great place for a large selection of ejuices, prices for ejuices are in line with all of the other shops in Sac. I do wish they had more sales, they have a sale going on right now to get rid of some juices. That's the only sale I've seen since going there, but overall a great place to buy ejuice for variety and nic level availability. There is also a female employee there that knows a lot about all the flavors and brands of ejuice, and will help you find the one you're looking for. They don't have a testing bar but they have all there juices available to sample, so bring your vape. Now, as far as prices for their tanks, kits, mods, parts and accessories...prices tend to be a bit higher than other local shops. And the employees are probably not as knowledgable as I'd like, but they are definitely really sweet and friendly people. This is my go to spot for ejuice because of the employees. read more

I am not a local, where I'm from all smoke shops are closed. The lovely man inside today set me up with a nice vape at an awesome price. If I lived here this would be my go to place. Awesome service!!! read more

A great selection of all things Vape, from full on mods to spare parts. Biggest selection of E-liquid I've seen in North Sac. And the layout of the store is simple, clean and well lit. The owner is friendly shares his expertise. And the Vape Bar is a nice touch and EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE. I actually like the location, because it's not around a lot of other commercial businesses. Feels a little exclusive and very quiet. Check this place out. read more

This is the only vape shop I will ever go to. The guy that runs it always recognizes me and is always willing to help. Huge selection of juices, mods, accessories and more! If you are a first time vaping or you just need a new place to go, COME HERE!!!! read more

The only place I ever go to for juice mods etc. John is very helpful when it comes to this vape stuff especially if you're new. Prices are fair, the place is huge, what can you complain about. If you want a more serious environment and can't take a joke, then this place is definitely not for you. read more

This is an update to my original review this guy is definitely a rip-off I went to a place called The Cloud about three miles from where the shop is and his staff was a lot friendlier they warranty their products for 30 days and their prices are tremendous. This shop sold me a disposable tank and automizer for $5 he did not tell me it was disposable which means I would have to replace the whole thing for another $5 after 2 weeks. This place called Cloud 9 sold me a medal tank form 1095 and a coil five of them for 995. This shop here sells their coils and atomizers for $5 a piece. This shop here show me a 60 milligram bottle of juice for $35 the same exact bottle at the cloud cost $20 this guy is definitely a rip-off I would recommend the cloud rather than here read more

I bought my first hookah from here. This place is HUGE! so many varieties. The person who served me was John I believe. The customer service was great! super friendly, jovial, and extremely helpful. The prices are definitely the cheapest in town that I've ever seen. I bought my small hookah, large pack of coal (75 count), and two flavors ALL for $20 total. This is definitely my place to go from now on. I'll be taking my sisters to get their hookah from here as well! :) read more

Fantastic selection, very clean and organized, very competitive prices and best of all the gal that co-owns the shop is extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. read more

The best selection, prices, and all around customer service I have experienced since my time in Sacramento. This family owned and run business is truly top notch and the product selection and quality is unmatched. Thank you John for actually recommending the devices that suited my needs rather than the ones that cost the most. I truly recommend any business owner or vapor to check out this place!!! read more

This place has all the throwback juices that you loved and all the new juices that you will love! The juice selection is probably by far Sacramento's largest selection. I went in looking for Killer Custard or Looper but they did not have any in stock. The person whom was running the shop for the night was named Lily and she was awesome. She was very tentative and diligent to help me find something that I would like and was very patient. However I am picky so I ended up walking out with nothing. I've been a returning customer and I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for great deals and vape supplies. read more

Super friendly staff that makes you feel like family. They also REALLY KNOW what theyre talking about. HUGE selection of liquid, like more than twice the size of planet of the vapes, and they have sales on quality 15ml and 30ml liquids everyday. I shattered my glass tank and they helped me replace it for free!! They are so nice and I just love everything about this shop. This place is 10/10!! read more

Great shop.. Johnny will take care of all your needs.. Great selection of Vape and Hookah items, very competive prices...

John is a great person and very helpful. I have been shopping here since I quit analogs and started vaping. Their selection of mods, tanks, accessories, and juices are unmatched by any vapor parlor around. They also have some amazing glass pieces and all hookah needs if that is what you are into. They are always adding to their selections, and will attempt to get anything you may request. They remain a distribution center to smaller stores, but are very welcoming to the public. I highly recommend Sahara Hookah to everyone. read more

if your buying vape GO ELSEWHERE!!! this guy was more interested in my money and sold me a terrible starting set up I will never go back
