Also rotating function to increase the voltage wasn't working at all. Went in to check it out; this is where I got a hostile form of customer service. Two associates checked the unit out and could verify the unit was indeed not increasing in voltage. They tried but to no avail could they fix the issue. Which is where I questioned if this was what 135$ vapor was worth that it could malfunction in 5 days. Enter the "store manager"--I'm guessing. Asked him what he could do and he tells me there is no returns exchanges or refunds. Making me aware that the policy was instilled because of the unaware abuse of the product by the costumer. I'm a very careful and honest person with my money and my valuables. Not one Scratch/dent/blemish can be found on the device. And has the audacity to tell me and option of going and buying the same unit from another store and returning HIS broken product. WHAT??! I made him aware that conning to that extent is illegal especially if I commit a crime such as that... I was not a threat to them at all. 3 of them 1 of me...no one else in the store. I purchased a product with a simple question, what do I do now that I drained 135$ on a broken unit? This is where he starts cussing wildly yells and moves around the counter and gets in my face confronting me chest to chest...yells to one associate to grab "a bat", a large 2x4, and tells me to "get the f*** out". All while my product is dismantled on the table. I calmly explained this is not how you do customer service, but since I'm not use to ppl in my face I gave him a bit of my attitude. You CANNOT GET IN MY FACE and expect no reaction from my end, money and merchandise aside. One employee was actually stepping in between to stop the confrontation from his end. But he tells him "don't f****** get in between" clearly he wanted to start something with me. Left and called the police.
