I drove 15 min home for the stupid pen to not work then I had to drive all the way back to exchange it. Theeeeen I waited for the new pen to fully charge( since that was the issue, I was having with the other)... Come to find out there's no power to it and it's a shitty pen for the price. (And it wasn't one of the cheap ones either) so then I exchange it for a better one (so spent even more money) for him to only offer me like $.50 off and the 50 Cent for the card fee. Fine whatever I can get over that... I'm annoyed but it is what it is so I'm sitting there waiting for the new pen to charge again and I hear him use the restroom because the store is tiny and you could hear everything. I heard him turn on the faucet for literally two seconds (enough to get his hands wet) and turn off the water. When he came out of the bathroom, I knew he had to touch my pen since it was behind the counter so I said " not to be that person, but did you wash your hands because you're about to touch my pen" and he got so annoyed with me saying he washed his hands "look they're wet" and I said "I know I understand that but the water was just barely on" (and I literally can hear him start and finish peeing turn on the water and turn off the water all back to back ) And threw his annoyance he grabbed a glove and was basically like "fine I'll do this" which I actually really appreciated but I know that's not why he was doing it and I grabbed my pen and left. This place was convenient because it's right off the freeway, but I will never come back here again, such a crappy experience

Wow...wow...wow. I was thoroughly impressed when I walked in here today. Everything is nice and clean, well displayed, and just very comforting. This place re-defines what a smoke shop is. I was helped by Christopher, the owner, and he was able to help me answer all the questions I had about switching over to vaping. He has a very friendly tone and an unsurpassed amount of knowledge of every product he has in his store. But one thing really stood out to me while I was choosing my vape: Someone had walked in with another kind of vape and they were asking if he had a spare charger, told Chris some story about how someone had stole some money out of his account and whatnot so he just wanted to borrow it until his ride got there, so Chris asked for and checked his I.D., took the batteries and was charging them for him, and gave him his personal batteries to use so he could vape while he was waiting for his friend to come pick him up. I mean really, TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Anyway, that really stood out to me so I thought I would share it with all of you fellow yelpers. This is hands down the best smoke shop I have been to and will continue going to. Chris is one of the few people I can see actually helping me quit smoking and sticking to vaping this time. He's not only got me set-up on a beginner kit, but he's got me a killer juice to go with it. He's even recommended other shops where I can get some good juice when I'm not in West Sacramento. Keep up the amazing job Christopher, you have gained another loyal customer. read more

Went in there today for help because the vape pen wasn't working for me anymore. The gentlemen who helped me was amazing. He helped me with switching to a safer much better product than I had been using. He set it up and showed me how it worked he was amazing. He calmed all my fears about explosions etc. that I have heard about and was very, very knowledgeable. Vaping is a new concept to smoking after smoking 35 yrs this was the best choice for me and having someone like him to help ease my mind an talk to me about all the rumors was awesome. I am so happy you are have you in West Sac this is exactly what I needed to have to help me quit smoking. Keep up the good work you do. I will always be a loyal customer. T.A. read more

This place is hella shady. Their stuff is cheap and low grade! When you buy a vape. They won't warranty it. They will tell you they have never seen you before and you didn't buy it from them and they like to forget to hand you your receipt too or say their printer isn't working. David is some kind of serial stalker. LOL No for real though! He is seriously scary. He thinks he's a manager there. He kept calling my phone. I would advise against letting this business have any of your personal information; credit card information, phone number, email, etc. There is an employee there by the name of David who will harass you by phone, email, social media, however he can if you contact the store with an issue with a vape you bought from the there. He will even go as far as to tell you that you did not purchase it from that store. Some weird ass dude. Steer clear of this place. read more
