(And it wasn't one of the cheap ones either) so then I exchange it for a better one (so spent even more money) for him to only offer me like $.50 off and the 50 Cent for the card fee. Fine whatever I can get over that... I'm annoyed but it is what it is so I'm sitting there waiting for the new pen to charge again and I hear him use the restroom because the store is tiny and you could hear everything. I heard him turn on the faucet for literally two seconds (enough to get his hands wet) and turn off the water. When he came out of the bathroom, I knew he had to touch my pen since it was behind the counter so I said " not to be that person, but did you wash your hands because you're about to touch my pen" and he got so annoyed with me saying he washed his hands "look they're wet" and I said "I know I understand that but the water was just barely on" (and I literally can hear him start and finish peeing turn on the water and turn off the water all back to back ) And threw his annoyance he grabbed a glove and was basically like "fine I'll do this" which I actually really appreciated but I know that's not why he was doing it and I grabbed my pen and left. This place was convenient because it's right off the freeway, but I will never come back here again, such a crappy experience
