You guys have the tobacco I have been looking for. Smooth (in the blue bag)

Opened a…read morepackage of cigars and when trying to roll up my blunt the wrap literally broke into a million little pieces. Literally disintegrated like a leaf off of a tree that has dried up for a week. This isn't what I paid for! I paid for a product I wanted to utilize not watch it blow away in a million pieces in the wind. My first experience with this shop and it's my last! I know too many people in the cannabis world that could potentially buy here but I've put out a video on a couple social media platforms advising to steer clear. I don't take too kindly getting fucked without a kiss or my hair pulled.

Our area doesn't deserve a smoke shop this awesome. Top shelf quality products at insanely…read moreaffordable prices. For example, I've bought 2 Smok Mag kits here for $65.99 each. If you look at 90% of the online stores featuring this exact model and kit you'll find near identical prices. But I swear I've stepped into 4-5 different smokes shops in the south sac area that had that same kit in their inventory. When I asked how much are they selling it for I swear over and over again these clowns will look at me and say $100 with a straight face. Most other smoke shops in the area are hoping to capitalize on unwitting customers who don't know better. The Wink doesn't. They actually want their customers happy. Imagine that. A business model that encourages repeat customers. Sad to say but that's practically revolutionary for smoke shops in sac. And with the exception of just one bad apple..and not even so much bad as he is lazy..the staff here are all welcoming and knowledgable and helpful and patient. It breaks my heart to see the 2 employees (who have so far been literally my favorite to deal with during my visits) disparaged in the other reviews here. But from what I can tell the corresponding reviews are based mostly on individual incidents rather than an aggregated score based on a few visits. That said.. I dont want to discredit their reviews we all have our own opinions. I do, however, sincerely hope they give it another shot for the prices alone.

In fact, I recently purchased my first water "tobacco" pipe. That's right folks....I bought a water pipe to smoke "tobacco" from for the first time. Don't judge. Moving on. In addition to "tobacco" pipes and accessories, they carry a selection of hookah and shisha. While I don't own a hookah, or know much about it, it seems like they carry a decent selection. They even have one that was taller than me! One time, my navel piercing came our and I purchased a ball here to save it. That was all years ago, but I clearly remember the service I received here so when I moved nearby I was excited to have a shop close to home for all my smoking needs. Of course, being a smoke shop they have cigarettes, cigars, Swishers naturally, and various brands of rolling papers. They are also "with the times" so to speak and have plenty of vapor supplies as well. I fill up on that here as well. Parking is plentiful, and unlike most smoke shops, this place doesn't FEEL shady. Maybe it's because the neighborhood itself isn't bad either, but the fact I feel safe here makes it so much better.

He then asked me to pay $80 for the bong if I would pay in cash. I let him know the bong is marked for $49.99. He says they made a mistake on the price marked.. this is very disappointing because I felt like he waited for me to find one I like just to up the price. (If you guys smoke bongs you'd know how time consuming it is finding a bong you like..) Their 5 pack backwoods is marked 3 packs for $15. The one I wanted was also on the same row as this price but when I asked for the marathon backwoods he tells me the other ones are 3 for $15 but the marathon one is $10 each pack. This place will wait for you to pick out what you like then up the prices on you. Very shady business. Don't waste your time coming to this place. They don't deserve our hard working money!

This review just about their vapes selection not overall products. I think the selection here is very basic only clear and tobacco. What used to make this place stand out was that they allowed u to test vapes before buying. Now I'm sure there is enough valid reasons to have that changed. I'm just disappointed that main reason I went here is gone. Also to save fellow yelpers time, with the selection they have it's definitely good to try before you buy. They used to have better clear options but over time the vapes got worse in quality in my opinion. Also the price is full price around 40 plus for each one, just better off going to smoke shop at sky river with way more vape options and brands for the same price. I'll end off by saying that the staff here are always nice and professional no issue there. My goal of this review is updating not wishing them to change their new policies. It's probably for the better just there's better competition nearby.
