I inquired about a water pipe through the online chat, EJ answered and was always very helpful. He was more than willing to send me pictures of what he had. I asked EJ to hold a piece that he had in stock. There was a grinder that I wanted that EJ tried ordering but with COVID it ended up taking too long to get it. Even though the exact grinder I wanted didn't work out EJ still held the piece for a few weeks in the back for me and I still got a great deal on another grinder that was in the shop to go along with the piece I got. Overall my experience was extremely positive and I felt like EJ was very patient and not just pushing to make a sale. Thank you! Almost forgot to mention, when I went to pick up the tube I didn't get to meet EJ but the guy behind the counter was very friendly. Cheers! read more

willing to adjust this review when item is recieved. I placed an order almost exactly two months ago for a single vaporizer and it has yet to arrive. I contacted the store twice, talked to someone who had to talk to their boss twice, was told it was shipped out twice, and I still have yet to recieve anything. Not too sure where to go from here. Everyone i've interacted with has been kind and understanding but I still have no vaporizor. Never got tracking info either, from shopify or the store itself, so i'm not sure if anything has been shipped at all read more

I frequent the store at least a couple of times a month, and they have a great selection of products. The guy behind the counter is always extremely helpful and professional. Not only is he always smiling, but he's knowledgeable and provides superb customer service! Smoke City is THE BEST Smoke Shop in Sac, hands down. read more

Best shop Sac! Must go here for all your smoking needs! Great prices, excellent selection. Again best in Sacramento all damn day.

Place is cool. Seemed chill when I was there. Folks came through and left seemingly happy. Jason helped me and I left with two nice pieces for a price I was happy with paying. I'll be back here again when I need another rig. read more

So I moved to the Madison/McClellan area less than several months ago. My Smoke shop in Elk Grove would never have allowed this, but it's my fault for trying a local shop, with a no return policy that you don't find out until after the fact. I can't exchange a my dads "Handy" brand defective box & I've been consistently lied to, by the manager/salesman on duty whose there frequently. My friend asked me to purchase an CCell capable "Aries Vaporizer" box, while he was at work one day and I did. My friend was happy with the Aries & my father, tried this & was wanting one, as he suffers from severe PTSD and Alzheimer's symptoms due to his service & he has trouble communicating or knowing if a good deal is really a good deal. So I purchased my friend his "Aries" vaporizer box right 1 week before Veterans day & went back w/ my dad to get another Aries, right before Veteran's day.. The Salesman was the same man during both visits. He said there was no Aries in stock or rather he did not know when he'd be getting any. I said I'd wait for an Aries, but pushed for me to try "Handy Brand" & guaranteed it would be effective. My dad has since tried to get the "handy" brand to work since he was Pushed Into buying it, as he expected it to be a fully functional model When me and my father went in to exchange 4 days later, they said they don't do exchanges OR (*RETURNS*) and they'd be able to give me a deal on another model(if I wanted to get another). I'm currently waiting for the Owner to contact me, but it seems this place doesn't care about veterans or their customer's satisfaction. This is absolutely unacceptable service, on ANY LEVEL. The salesman said he didn't recognize us even though I'd already seen him multiple times & he talked with us every time! Perhaps we were an inconvenience at that point? Unless this is remedied by ownership ASAP, I would RUN from this establishment. Shame on you for taking advantage of a 61 year old disabled veteran who was seeking tools to help him improve his mental mental symptoms! He only wants an exchange this for a working model! Hope this saves someone from a horrible experience! read more

My second order and they take a week to send it. Get it together smoke city. Your a 2 day shipping from me and it's 7 days.

The puff bar vape pen cost me $15 when its actually $8 at other places. Rip off! Dont go here.

The owner is really about helping his customers but the kid Will he has working the counter seems to always have a chip on his shoulder,he over charges and likes to argue with the customers. I used to come in there all the time, but now I go elsewhere to avoid dealing with him! read more

Do not go to this place! I've been a loyal customer and there's a white guy with reddish hair who is awesome and works with you, but they hired some new guy who is young and has dark hair and he was so rude to me. I asked for a vape that you can change the smoke voltage and without even looking he said they had none. I asked are you sure because I was here two days ago and the other guy showed me a ton- is that guy or the owner here? He then says oh yeah we've got only this one. I took it just to get out because I was getting weird vibes. I paid double what I normally do and the next day the fucking pen in out?! I won't go here again or I'll walk by and be sure that guy isn't working. Just horrid customer service from him. read more

Good service, fast and friendly. Recommend coming here for vape products, or heady glass if you are in the area. Smok products on deck. And lots of vape juice to choose from. Thanks Will! read more

This store is pretty nice. Its a basic smoke shop with a wide selection of pieces, tabacco products, t-shirts and just about every other item you'd expect to find in a smoke shop. The prices are fare and the service is pretty friendly. Im not in this area much but when i am, i usually pop in here for what i need. read more

awesome stuff. Good prices. Came in the other day to buy a lighter. Good selection. Will come back again.

Love Smoke City and Essom (Owner/Operator). I travel ALOT and I frequent many head shops to view/purchase from their custom glass selections. Essom has some of the most unique pieces I've ever come across. His prices are fair but don't judge a book by it's cover! Essom is always more than welcome to help a customer on the sticker. The area is NOT a high a crime area; but it's a head shop so how long are you really staying? (So if your scared - go to a head shop in Rocklin lol) These other reviews must've been left by lesser people - Smoke City is my GO TO HEAD SHOP in Sacramento! read more

I LOVE THIS SHOP! My favorite place in the Sacramento Area by far. They have nothing but custom blown glass, at more than reasonable prices. E has become a friend of mine, and somebody i always look forward to doing business with. He is a really cool guy. He even went out of his way to get me a custom Colored piece from a glass blower from a different state! Honestly i wouldn't even think about taking my business anywhere else because of how this guy takes care of me. They even have a customer appreciation program! If your looking for some really cool Top Notch custom Glass look no further. You may stumble on what will become your GO TO SHOP. Thanks for keeping it Real E! read more

This place is awesome, I like their big variety of choices for whatever your needs are. They always carry really good quality juices. Really good prices as well, the owner E. Is verry friendly and welcoming and reasonable with prices as well. Every visit I have here is a good experience and all smiles. Their art work is pretty cool too, some of the cleanest pieces of work I've seen in a shop. Definitely will be frequenting this place for my ejuice and everything else. Thanx smoke city ! read more

I love this place! This where I bought my first MFLB and a couple if accessories for it at a great price. The owner here is great and gave me killer deal on my first glass piece. Just last night the dog knocked it over and needles to say I was heartbroken. I went back to get another glass piece to tide me over until I can afford another piece. The owner gave me another great deal and I found out that they can do some repairs if the breaks are clean. The Coolest thing was they support local glass blowers and several of their pieces were from local blowers. Bottom line they have a great selection and are always friendly. Their customer service is great and I know I will be a customer for a long time. read more
