I have officially died n gone onto incense n cigarette heaVen…read more Okay so before I launch into why thus far this is my new faV shop for this type of stuff just check out the piCs I snapped.... Damn! I had no idea my faV brand of HEM incense even made all of these varieties!! The small 10 packs r .99 cents which is a steal especially if ur trying out a new scent to decide if it smells like burnt n smoldering fire wood or is gonna b a new faV.... I called before heading down as today was day número 3 of the search for me new cigg n incense shop since moving here a mere 2 weeks ago, when I gave it one last team try n Yelpped it only to find this lil gem with a mere two reviews. Called n confirmed they had my one n only variety n checked pricing which was hella affordable at an out the door cost of $59 bucks a carton..... Yeah whatever u tobacco haters...... I'd rather take my chances with the ol smoke than fall over from a heart attack due to obesity as over indulgence of food ain't my thing but good quality 100% tobacco is.... Yummy!!! I wanted to give them 5 stars but didn't as even though the shop rocks as does the customer service once inside I wasn't quite finished speaking to the woman who answered my pre visit call before she hung up on my aSs....I'm sorta funny like that ..... Not sure if its worth deducting an entire star but for now the ruling stands...... Also within this shopping center is conveniently located the following establishments: Ace hardware (scored two nice tomato plants today), BelAir grocery, Starbucks, a few banks n I believe Wells Fargo was one of them along with a lot of other stores... Final grade: A- The End ;)~~

Usually I enjoy this place but had an odd experience I wanted to share. Went there to get ACR coils…read morefor my vape, which they sell for 5.99 a piece. A few other local shops usually sell them to me 3 (the whole pack) for $15. They've matched it in the past but this time said that it was a "dick move" to tell them that other businesses offer a better deal and ask them to match. Not sure what the employee's name was, it was the skinny dude with a long beard. Not sure if he's just having a bad day, but the owner ought to have a chat with him about customer retention. Even though this place is within walking distance i'll probably just head to Wild Zone, which is about 200 feet away, and spend my money there. They usually match other shops and don't get offended when I tell them other places are beating them price wise. Believe it or not, it's actually kind to let businesses you like know about this kind of stuff so they can remain competitive. Shop around, this place doesn't have the best prices and apparently gets offended when you tell them.

I wanted to leave this review because I was really impressed with the customer service skills of…read morethe cashier who was attending the shop this afternoon 06/15. When I walked in there was a long line of customer's and a woman at the front yelling about how she should be able to get refunded for a product she wasn't happy with and now. The situation was that the cashier on duty wasn't authorized to perform her specific return (probably due to the nature of the item) and would need approval from the owner. This lady just went yelling on and on about how she needs to get the owner on the phone now and see about getting her return because she isn't able to come in tomorrow because she works and blah blah blah.... you could almost feel all the customer's behind her including me.. sighing for what seemed like was going to be an eternal wait to get just the simple items we came for. I was so grateful to the counter person, who very calmly and politely asked the lady to please be patient, she would get her what she was asking for, but she needed to handle the line of customer's first. We were all cheering inside... YAY! We won't be stuck here waiting forever to perform our super fast n quick transactions.. woot! The lady went on some more about how she didn't feel she should have to wait, and You need to get him on the phone now!. Aw man, the line of customer's sighed inwardly again. The cashier was awesome, she just stayed completely calm, didn't budge a bit, set the boundaries and insisted that , "yes, I understand you feel that way, and I will give you what you want, but this isn't the right time for it. There is a right time for what you are asking for and now is not yet that time." The lady finally relented and the line of customer's cheered silently. I know because I was. The cashier whipped through the line and took care of me and one other behind me in what seemed like 2 or 3 minutes, it couldn't of been more than that, it was fast. I wished that dear cashier girl a good an evening as possible... but goodness I wanted to say more.... Thank you so much for handling that woman so that I could get my stuff and go! I do hope the issue was able to be resolved for both of your sakes. Know you are awesome, and by the standards of 5 Star Customer Service, you performed the best possible customer service choice. Sincerely, A Customer Service Manager
