Place is a he!! Hole. Staff is always rude, items are always overpriced. Good selection but service sucks & it smells nasty in this store. Business used to be good when the lady was there but now it just went downhill after that. read more

Honey Vape - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Sacramento, California

Bought this scale for $34.99 (before tax) took it out of the box, put the batteries in and it never turned on. This product was completely unusable and wouldn't turn on. We went back to return it the very next day, the worker said that all sales were final even tho receipt was presented. She came off entirely careless. Wish I would've known that all sales were final to begin with because I most likely would've chose a different establishment for my purchase. 10/10 WILL NOT BE RETURNING. They don't really care read more

Honey Vape - Scale - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Sacramento, California

I've been a loyal customer of this store for 4-5 years and have always appreciated the excellent customer service. However, during my recent visit, I had a disappointing experience. I came in looking for a specific attachment, and the staff member at the front was extremely rude. When I explained that I wasn't looking for a standard attachment, she repeatedly responded with, 'And what?' Ultimately, I left and took my business elsewhere. I hope this is addressed so other customers don't have a similar experience. Many reviews about her already. read more

I just moved to the area and was looking for a good smoke shop with decent prices and was pleasantly surprised when I came in, the worker greeted me right away and offered to help me find what I was looking for, she found exactly what I wanted and she answered all my questions and was super patient with me ! Good customer service is hard to find and she was amazing! 10/10 this is my new shop ! read more

Great customer service! Very informative and helpful educationally. Support the local products they offer. Lmmkdkd etc read more

I love these guys. Helpful and knowledgeable. You won't be disappointed. I've been here a number of times and I'll keep going back.

Joey is awesome! I came in today to get some e-juice for my friend and had questions about a few other items. He was patient and informative. He answered all my questions and even provided recommendations based on value per cost. If you ever have questions or need help, the staffs here are perfect to help answers them. I also appreciate the fact that he didn't try to up sales or push any sales on me. read more

Extremely rude, I just moved to area and was looking for new location to get vape products. I was helped by ginger dude with long hair, way to represent yourself and this business, maybe your the owner you come off like you own the place. Decent selection but outrageously rude. I'll go elsewhere. Hope this helps! read more

Came here, all signs said they were opened but door was locked. We tried calling to confirm and no one answered. Turns out their one employee was sitting in the car RIGHT behind us, window open, watching us struggle without saying anything. When we asked if she was a customer who tried to go in she said "I work here, I'm on lunch" with such an attitude. Rude as fuck, next time say something before we attempt to open the door or turn your sign to closed instead of wasting our time. read more

Worker literally sat in their car watching us trying to open the door to get inside of the store during open business hours. Said absolutely nothing until we asked them if they were another customer waiting for the store to open up again. Employee proceeded to have an attitude and a beyond nasty look on their face that made us not even want to give them our money for anything. Do better! read more

lol don't come here they will scam u got a big ass bottle of nic for only 6ml that shit was $14 fuckin insane and the flavor had to be bought separately literally insane don't bother coming here seriously and their prices for shit are expensive read more

I never have had an issue really with coming here. Today was just weird though.. I bought a vape battery the other day like 2 days ago and I brought it home. From the jump it was jumping percentages. I fully charged it and it was still doing it. I brought the battery back with my receipt and the assistant manager exchanged it for me. I took it out to my car opened it up and you can tell it had CLEARLY been used. scratches and dirty prints on the top. I ran back inside and said look at this. You can't sit here and tell me that's new... they opened like 2 other boxes and they were both used looking as well. He said the money will go back on my card then said the register tablet thing wouldn't let him. Then he said the only other way is a gift card... I was like no. Then he said he could do cash. Then proceeded to ask if I had the card I paid with. I ran back out to my car to get my card and he refunded the money. This Battery sells for like $24-$28 other places but they are selling it for $43 here... I'm really glad they gave me my money back because to be doubling the price with crappy quality of product is not cool. Trying to sell messed up product like it's new is not cool. And trying to act like the only way you can give me my Money back is a gift card is also not cool. Rating a 3 stars because my experience with the product I purchased from them was sucky and the experience I had at the store today was sketch. I may or may not come back here again but yeah, just check your product before you leave the store I guess. read more

went to another vape shop and had gotten bad info about some products, came here to get a new pod and spoke to a really nice guy who took the time to inform me about the bad information and sold me a better product! didn't catch his name but he was super nice!! read more

We've been coming here frequently for the past month (damn puff bars are so addicting!) and I honestly don't know what all the negative reviews are about. This shop is right in our neighborhood so we come mainly for convenience, but we wouldn't keep coming if it was a crappy shop. Everybody who works here is chill and helpful. Granted I don't have extensive knowledge on vaping products or average prices (they could be over-priced, but I don't know), I do know that the employees are down-to-earth and friendly. They even ask us to open up the pre-flavored vape pens in the store to make sure they are working properly - willing to swap it out if it's messed up. The owner is often working in the evenings and his customer service is great. We love this shop! read more

This review has nothing to do with their products, but rather more related to customer service. I've been here 4 months, and I usually drop by this business since it's fairly close to my home. I get around via bicycle a lot, and I've been to this place a few times with my bicycle (2-3 times) and no issues. I popped in yesterday, and the first words were "Bike stays outside". I had never experienced this there before, i could even ask why, the cashier cut me off, "Bike stays outside". i went on to try to get another word out, but "Bike stays outside". At this point i say ok, made an about face, and exited the building. I get home, get into my car, drive back up to Honey Vape. I walk in get what i needed with no issues. The cashier i dealt with was gone, but there was another gentleman there who I was able to talk to. here are the points i made: 1) if you have a business, and don't want bicycles inside, hang a sign. 2) If you want bikes left outside, at least have somewhere bikes can be locked up. It's not as if this place is in the safest location for leaving a bike outside. 3) At least have the common courtesy to speak to someone as a professional, and not sound like a rude automated machine barking orders "Bike stays outside". How about "I'm sorry sir, but we can't have bicycles inside the establishment" I don't think I will be venturing back to this business after this experience. Good luck to them. read more

My boyfriend bought me a new juice and came home and opened it and of course it's expired. After reading the reviews I'm not even going to waste my time asking them to replace it. Jus got me for 25 dollars. Jus fyi check the expiration dates before you purchase, don't make the same mistake we did. Definitely won't be back. read more

I really don't want to put in energy and time out of my day to talk about this place (especially with the yelp South Park episode being a favorite of mine) but something is actually wrong with these people lmaoooo. They are SO rude and disrespectful. I have walked in there several times with either no greeting, a cloud of vape smoke blown at me as my greeting, or just unfriendly customer service. I have walked out of there grossed out by tall dudes demeanor the past two times. Like what's your deal? We all go through things. Taking it out on your customers is hella weird. Also, why are you guys jerks and the most expensive vape shop in Sacramento???? I have given them the benefit of the doubt probably like 74 times now, telling myself that maybe they're just having a bad day, but I truly think they train their employees to be unfriendly. I'm not even stressing the ridiculous prices as much as I should because I care more about respect. Y'all at Honey Vape shop need to figure out your lives. read more

This place is alright. They have a HUGE selection but prices are average but the employees are not really all that friendly or helpful. No one has been particularly rude but I don't feel all that welcome when I am there. If I am in need of something and can't get anywhere else, I'll stop here. But I can find the same products at similar prices at friendlier shops. read more

They sold me a oxidized bottle of juice refused to exchange for diffrent bottle. Thry have old jucies here i will never go back. Just get it online its cheaper on line any ways. Spoke with manager named Joe who was a comete joke! I rather just go down the street to Vape Bunker! read more

Very over priced. If you need something in a hurry it's convenient, but that's about it. I bought an inexpensive vape for $23, same one online for $11. I'll stick to online shopping. read more

Vape products were ok, customer service was...real bad. I stopped in here, because my normal vape shop is currently closed, with no date scheduled for reopen. I'm really leery about buying vape products from a smoke shop, because they don't let you try the products before you buy. But, I was really hoping to find a local alternative, in case my place doesn't reopen. Honey is definitely not going to be that alternative. There were two guys working on 11/2/19. The shorter one, with dark hair, was totally fine, and seemed to be making a legit effort to help me. Unfortunately, his attempts were foiled by the obnoxious jerk he was working with, who was talking over *everyone*. I didn't get the dude's name, but he was tall, had a beard, was wearing a beanie, and had light colored hair. I think he was a ginger. I felt sorry for the dude who stuck behind the counter with him. He asked what I was currently vaping. I told him, and he wasn't familiar with the product. He asked what flavor it was. I said "well, I'm looking for a mint, preferably peppermint, and a cherry. He kinda laughed, and said "you're screwed. There's no such thing as cherry mint". First all, yes there is. Second of all, that's not what I freaking said. I said I wanted a mint AND a cherry. Throughout the interaction, he interrupted me and talked over everything I said. At one point, while he was prattling, I turned to my husband and said "I hate everything about this guy". He was so consumed with his own cleverness, he was completely unaware. As soon as I left, I started googling online stores. Dude-Bro is costing this place business. Three of the four adults in my house vape. None of us will be back. read more

This was probably my worst experience in a Vape store. I've been back and forth with vaping for about 8 years and have been to several shops in California. The guy working in here was super rude. I told him around 3-4 times which kind of flavor I was looking for and he kept pointing out flavors that weren't what I requested. He kept cutting me off and basically made it seem like he didn't want to help me. And then when I told him I didn't want those he said, "well then what are we doing here then?" Is that how customer service is supposed to be now? I'm spending almost $50 somewhere where the employees make me feel like bother or a nuisance. It's ridiculous and I won't be coming back here again. I shouldn't have to feel bad about not knowing which juice I would like on a wall of like 500 flavors. Especially when they are supposed to be experts and the ones helping me out. Please advise: DON'T Go here if you want quality customer service. read more

I've been doing here for a while now. But today was ultimately the worst experience. Upon entering I was asked sternly what I needed. They weren't helpful. They were rude! And he didn't seem polite if I had to guess seeks like he was angry about something. I'm a very bubbly and happy person. I really don't like the service I had today. Just super disappointed in how u was treated. Not a smile from either person. Just bad vibes. read more

DONT COME TO THIS PLACE! These guys are sooo rude, came in asking a couple questions and looking for a new Vape they literally told me to go to a different vape store. I've never had a "business" treat me like this. And this has happened not once, but both times I've been here. Don't know where they get their entitlement from but I bet this place won't be in business for much longer ‍ read more

The selection was good but the guy working there could not have been LESS helpful. Please dont blow a big cloud of vape smoke in my face when I walk up to the counter and then barely speak when asked a simple question. Heaven forbid taking the energy to bring something out of the cabinet for me to look at. Please whatever you do, do not smile and act like you are pleased to have me spend 50 bucks in your store. Oh, and whatever you do.... dont say thank you when I leave. read more

I dont really wanna write this to complain but more to help with the vape experience. When I go to this vape shop and other vape shops. The people kinda make you feel like you are wasteing there time and rush you. Which makes you rush and make a impulse buy that you usaully end up regretting. When a customer comes in make a few suggestions and offer to give them some time to look instead of standing there staring at them like there being a inconvenience. Which helps with the the whole vape experience. But for the most part at this shop the guys were not rude or anything just kinda wanna help make them a better shop which will bring in more customers and make more money. Also music would help to make it a less akward experience people love back ground music. Cheers read more

I have visited them a few times, and each visit was wonderful. Great array of products, nicely displayed. The staff was very helpful and knows how to help the customer zero in on what they need. They sold me an electric unit that really checks all the boxes for me. Highly recommended. They also sell CBD items, including those for your pets. read more

This place is horrible!!! They just want your money. Some of the workers there recommend stuff but really don't even know what there doing and if u purchase something there no matter the price u spent. It's final!!! No exchange no nothing. It's pretty much like oh I'm sorry but if u want to try a nic salt juice you'll have to buy it for $25 and if u don't like it we'll deal with it or spend another $25 on another bottle that u also might not like who cares. Horrible service I refuse to spend another dollar here read more

I'm beyond disappointed with this place.. I bought 3 vape batteries all different brands within the last 4 days and still can't use my cartridge. I am so pleased with my experience. It was short and sweet and very informative. I usually go to another smoke shop but they were closed so I went here. I got horrible vibes from the start. They acted like they hate there job and life. My mom was trying to explain what she needed and they guy talked to her like she was dumb. He didn't respond to me as I was trying to make friendly conversation to break the awkwardness, and he rolled his eyes at me after we left. I went there because I needed a new dab nail for my e-nail, but I forgot to bring it so I was going to go home around the corner to grab it, but I didn't even want to go back to buy the nail because of how horrible the service was. I just purchased a rx200s and it was working perfectly for a day. I have a Dr dabber attachment on it but it stopped working. Called Honey vape to ask if there is anything that can be done. I talk to the younger gentleman that is usually there, he says come in and we'll figure it out. So I come by and after 3 minutes of checking it over decides the attachment is defective and swaps out the malfunctioning part for me for free!! Can you say customer service? I don't know your name but thank you. I dropped a good amount of cash in here and I respect the customer service effort. You made my day better by fixing the problem at no further charge! This concludes my review. Always 5 star service when I go in. read more

I was out of vape juice and decided to try Honey Vape. My last bottle of juice was GOST PancakeHouse Maple, which they didn't have. I told them I was looking for a sweet tasting juice then chose coconut cream. It smelled like coconut so I figured it would be good. When I filled the pod and vaped it tasted off. I waited and tried again but it tasted harsh. Yuck! I called today to explain in hopes of exchanging it for another product, but they said no. I understand about exchanging tobacco products, but when a product tastes not just bad but nasty, an exception should be made. I have managed several businesses and know it could have been written off as damaged goods to maintain customer satisfaction. read more
