I've been a loyal customer of this store for 4-5 years and have always appreciated the excellent customer service. However, during my recent visit, I had a disappointing experience. I came in looking for a specific attachment, and the staff member at the front was extremely rude. When I explained that I wasn't looking for a standard attachment, she repeatedly responded with, 'And what?' Ultimately, I left and took my business elsewhere. I never have had an issue really with coming here. Today was just weird though.. I bought a vape battery the other day like 2 days ago and I brought it home. From the jump it was jumping percentages. I fully charged it and it was still doing it. I brought the battery back with my receipt and the assistant manager exchanged it for me. I took it out to my car opened it up and you can tell it had CLEARLY been used. scratches and dirty prints on the top. I ran back inside and said look at this. You can't sit here and tell me that's new... they opened like 2 other boxes and they were both used looking as well. He said the money will go back on my card then said the register tablet thing wouldn't let him. Then he said the only other way is a gift card... I was like no. Then he said he could do cash. Then proceeded to ask if I had the card I paid with. I ran back out to my car to get my card and he refunded the money. This Battery sells for like $24-$28 other places but they are selling it for $43 here... I'm really glad they gave me my money back because to be doubling the price with crappy quality of product is not cool. Trying to sell messed up product like it's new is not cool. And trying to act like the only way you can give me my Money back is a gift card is also not cool. Rating a 3 stars because my experience with the product I purchased from them was sucky and the experience I had at the store today was sketch. We've been coming here frequently for the past month (damn puff bars are so addicting!) and I honestly don't know what all the negative reviews are about. This shop is right in our neighborhood so we come mainly for convenience, but we wouldn't keep coming if it was a crappy shop. Everybody who works here is chill and helpful. Granted I don't have extensive knowledge on vaping products or average prices (they could be over-priced, but I don't know), I do know that the employees are down-to-earth and friendly. They even ask us to open up the pre-flavored vape pens in the store to make sure they are working properly - willing to swap it out if it's messed up. The owner is often working in the evenings and his customer service is great. We love this shop! read more

This review has nothing to do with their products, but rather more related to customer service. I've been here 4 months, and I usually drop by this business since it's fairly close to my home. I get around via bicycle a lot, and I've been to this place a few times with my bicycle (2-3 times) and no issues. I popped in yesterday, and the first words were "Bike stays outside". I had never experienced this there before, i could even ask why, the cashier cut me off, "Bike stays outside". i went on to try to get another word out, but "Bike stays outside". At this point i say ok, made an about face, and exited the building. I get home, get into my car, drive back up to Honey Vape. I walk in get what i needed with no issues. The cashier i dealt with was gone, but there was another gentleman there who I was able to talk to. here are the points i made: 1) if you have a business, and don't want bicycles inside, hang a sign. 2) If you want bikes left outside, at least have somewhere bikes can be locked up. It's not as if this place is in the safest location for leaving a bike outside. 3) At least have the common courtesy to speak to someone as a professional, and not sound like a rude automated machine barking orders "Bike stays outside". How about "I'm sorry sir, but we can't have bicycles inside the establishment" I don't think I will be venturing back to this business after this experience. Good luck to them. read more

Vape products were ok, customer service was...real bad. I stopped in here, because my normal vape shop is currently closed, with no date scheduled for reopen. I'm really leery about buying vape products from a smoke shop, because they don't let you try the products before you buy. But, I was really hoping to find a local alternative, in case my place doesn't reopen. Honey is definitely not going to be that alternative. There were two guys working on 11/2/19. The shorter one, with dark hair, was totally fine, and seemed to be making a legit effort to help me. Unfortunately, his attempts were foiled by the obnoxious jerk he was working with, who was talking over *everyone*. I didn't get the dude's name, but he was tall, had a beard, was wearing a beanie, and had light colored hair. I think he was a ginger. I felt sorry for the dude who stuck behind the counter with him. He asked what I was currently vaping. I told him, and he wasn't familiar with the product. He asked what flavor it was. I said "well, I'm looking for a mint, preferably peppermint, and a cherry. He kinda laughed, and said "you're screwed. There's no such thing as cherry mint". First all, yes there is. Second of all, that's not what I freaking said. I said I wanted a mint AND a cherry. Throughout the interaction, he interrupted me and talked over everything I said. At one point, while he was prattling, I turned to my husband and said "I hate everything about this guy". This was probably my worst experience in a Vape store. I've been back and forth with vaping for about 8 years and have been to several shops in California. The guy working in here was super rude. I told him around 3-4 times which kind of flavor I was looking for and he kept pointing out flavors that weren't what I requested. He kept cutting me off and basically made it seem like he didn't want to help me. And then when I told him I didn't want those he said, "well then what are we doing here then?" Is that how customer service is supposed to be now? I'm spending almost $50 somewhere where the employees make me feel like bother or a nuisance. I dont really wanna write this to complain but more to help with the vape experience. When I go to this vape shop and other vape shops. The people kinda make you feel like you are wasteing there time and rush you. Which makes you rush and make a impulse buy that you usaully end up regretting. When a customer comes in make a few suggestions and offer to give them some time to look instead of standing there staring at them like there being a inconvenience. Which helps with the the whole vape experience. But for the most part at this shop the guys were not rude or anything just kinda wanna help make them a better shop which will bring in more customers and make more money. My mom was trying to explain what she needed and they guy talked to her like she was dumb. I was out of vape juice and decided to try Honey Vape. My last bottle of juice was GOST PancakeHouse Maple, which they didn't have. I told them I was looking for a sweet tasting juice then chose coconut cream. It smelled like coconut so I figured it would be good. When I filled the pod and vaped it tasted off. I waited and tried again but it tasted harsh. Yuck! I called today to explain in hopes of exchanging it for another product, but they said no. I understand about exchanging tobacco products, but when a product tastes not just bad but nasty, an exception should be made.
