The best smoke shop I've ever been to. They have a wide variety of items and almost anything smoke and vape related you could want. They have the best prices. You can go down Auburn to "Honey *******" and they are extremely over priced and flat out rude most of the time (probably have some nice employees but I did not encounter them). Baba experience is like walking in and talking with the homies. They are helpful, kind, and will give you a good laugh. Sam is amazing he exchanges the vapes when they back fire and the person behind the counter said I can't change it out. The guy laughed at me and said I can't return it because I stepped outside to see if Sam was there in his van but he wasn't. The guy behind the counter laughed at me and said I can charge it for you and see if it works and walked out to see if Sam was there and I walked back in and he plugged it in and it back fired even more !! DO NOT SHOP HERE, HE SELLS OLD AND CHEAPLY MADE PRODUCTS. LONG BUT PLEASE READ -- My family and I have been regular costumers of Baba's since he opened. We have easily spent hundreds of dollars there, he was the only one we went to. Recently I began buying Max flow pens from him after purchasing one at another location for the first time in months. The one from the other store (unflavored) is still hitting as I type this and I've had it for 3+ days. I went to baba and bought 3 max flows. The mighty mint one I purchased at least a week ago and it tasted fine until the end. Then I bought 2 ($40) unflavored (the same as from the other store) today. By the end of the day they had a soiled and burnt out taste. Previously Baba has been extremely nice, negotiable and would even hit my nic sticks when offered. Today I called and went in expressing that these two weren't good. I asked if there was any way he would exchange them, he stated because I "tried it" we can't return it. If you buy nicsticks then you would know most of the time they have you try them in store. So how does that work if you make us try it? I explained they tasted fine when we bought them, by the end of the night, they were burnt. And the one I bought somewhere else was fine. I called to let him know what was going on before going to the store. He was very rude and hung up on me. So I went to the store to speak to him in person. I came in at 9:30, 30 mins before closing and he was rude, he said he didn't care that he told me a bad product; he refused to hit the pens when I offered to show him the taste difference, I waited expecting to talk with him but he ignored me, even left me alone in the store. He argued and spoke over me, lied multiple times about his service, saying he gives EVERYONE discounts and free stuff. At closing he continued to ignore me and just turned the lights off and said he was closed and I need to leave. As I was walking out another car pulled up and asked if he was open. He wanted to serve the other person but was telling me he was closed. He then tried to say that random customer was "his family" and the other person was obviously uncomfortable being that baba was talking to me in such a way and didn't want to let me in. So out of spite he gave up and just closed and told him to come back tomorrow I'd expect way better customer service from someone we purchase from almost everyday. Up until now he has been overly friendly and had wonderful customer service, but when I said something was wrong, he didn't care at all. "I don't care" "I don't care if I have been nice I won't exchange it" (he's given me discounts and a free nicstick almost every time I come in). When asked why he would give me such discounts but not exchange these he just shook his head and walked out. Then when he came back he said he gives EVERYONE discounts and free stuff. This is a lie. I've been in there plenty of times with other customers and I've never seen him give anyone else free things. PLEASE SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE. THERES A WONDERFUL SMOKE SHOP JUST 2 MILES FROM HIM CALLED KINGS SMOKE SHOP. I called ahead to see if they had my brand of cigarettes in stock before heading over theresnd yes they did. The person who answered the phone was cery polite and friendly. When I walked into the place it wasn't busy (Sunday late & hot afternoon) This place was Cavernous! Everything looked stocked and orderly as well! There were a couple of gentlemen who were working and both were very nice and greeted me. I hiked to the back of the store made my purchases, thanked them and we said good night. I'm torn on Baba's. I love the staff and the deals when you buy 2 vapes are great. However, I've had a few issues with defective products there. They will ask you to test it in store. Unfortunately, they do not always exchange your vape if there is an issue. Today I stopped by as I often do to pick up a couple vapes. The first vape the gentleman working opened for me and handed it to me to test. It tasted AWFUL! It tasted like a vape that was out, but we could see it was full of the juice. I begged the clerk to try it as well, so he would understand I had not picked a flavor I did not like, but rather the product was defective. I begged him to allowed me to exchange it for another, as it clearly was not working properly. It tasted like butthole and he did not care whatsoever, instead ushering me towards the door. This was an unusual experience, because I know the gentleman working the store and he is usually understanding with issues like this, provided you test the product in front of him before leaving. This time he did not seem to care that the vape was nasty tasting and dismissed my claims as though I were being dishonest. This was a sad experience because I do a lot of biz with Baba's and rarely have issues with their vapes. I plan to return tomorrow and speak with the owner about my experience today. I don't want to take my business elsewhere and I recommend Baba's to everyone I know who vapes. I can't express how much I love this shop!!! Not only do they have the best disposable cigarette flavors but the girls that work in there are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to help their customers and recommend the best products and flavors. I went in there the other day because I was having issues with my vape and one of the employees took the time to help me with the coils and filling the juice and made sure the vape was working before I left.
