Honestly I wanted to love this shop because there's so much variety when it comes to puff bars. But.... i came in the 2nd time and the same shit happened. The owner Sam tried to sell me fake puff bar flows! Not once but twice as if I didn't know how it was supposed to hit, taste, and look. Even though I was so nice and kindly told him that it's not supposed to taste or look like that, he insisted that I scratch some number and check if it's fake myself. It's like he puts the fake ones in the front and tries to sell you it instead of the real ones that he has behind the fake ones. What irritates me the most is that I know that he knows they're fake but he still tries to scam you. So if you do come here, make sure you know how the flows hit, taste, and look before you confirm that you want it. My friend has already been scammed twice with the fake stuff because she's nice. Despite the unassuming exterior, this shop is first class, with an incredible selection of items- from "value" to ultra high end. I have been shopping here for over four years and Sam is a pleasure doing business with. More than once he has told me before a large purchase to inspect the options well (he always takes things out of the package and lets you fully inspect at your leisure), then go home, think about it, maybe read some reviews on the internet, and come by when I'm sure what I prefer. Other times he's told me, I carry this because some people just have to have it, but I don't like it, I think its cheap, and I think you would be better served by this less expensive but superior option over here. That's just the kind of guy he is. In summary, old school service with integrity, and in the business for long term customers, not a quick buck. As an aside, I find the few negative reviews here interesting, and can only speculate that these folks may not have been of the character that Sam envisions as long term customers. Recently visited Sam (the owner) at Wild Zone to pick up a few things. While there, I was reminded why I do NOT miss working retail any longer. It seems as if there is a prevalence of people with a very high degree of entitlement. Maybe it's just me, but this expectation afflicts many today. As Wild Zone is located next door to a bar, I all too often bear witness to intoxicated people wandering in (intoxicated), only to complain about customer service. Why is it that 'these' people are the ones who run home to complain about their experience via the internet? In short, my suggestion for them, is to NOT come in high or drunk!! Sam, the owner is the most cordial fellow one would ever want to meet. He always goes out of his way to accommodate his customers as evidenced by so-o-o-o many positive reviews over the years! It's always easy to identify the people who would be a problem for any business. They often represent themselves as entitled, argumentative, demanding, unforgiving and just plain uncooperative.
