this is the WORST place to buy your illadelph "water pipes" i drove from san jose, 127.7 miles to buy an ash catcher which he said he had in stock, and in he i mean SAM, told me he was the owner over the phone i drove here in a hurry because he couldn't tell me the price over the phone, but he said the price was around the same everywhere else well no it's not...an inline ash catcher at 499.99, on aqua lab tech for 330.00, i showed him the link and the availability and now what HE SAYS HE'S NOT THE OWNER ANYMORE, JUST A WORKER i'm guessing in sacramento he's the only one carrying illadelph so he jacks his prices up ALL HIS ILLADELPH GLASS PIECES ARE OVER PRICED spoon pipes for 249.99? everywhere else for 149.99 this guy claims he has the fattest selection in illadelph, he's never been outside of sacramento, THE CAVE IN SAN MATEO shits on him he said he's been in the business since 76, but can't even price match? his excuse is the items are so rare so he has to sell it for the max price? so you get an account with illadelph, rare, and you jack up all the prices above RETAIL at a RETAIL store. i've worked retail for many years, and i have been using illadelph for two years strong i know my product, i know my prices, this man SAM, made me drive 130 miles for nothing, HORRIBLE BUSINESS, in fact i drove 86.6 miles to berkeley afterwards, and they had the exact same amber inline ash catcher for 360.00, done deal this is by far the shittiest smoke shop i went to again this is a smoke shop, this man is an old hag who tries to rip his customers off, just because you've owned this place for 35 years...you don't get to raise all your prices by 1-200... i was nice, i came in after a long drive, had cash ready, and this man just turns me down for regular pricing at first he was trying to tell me that aqua lab tech was selling a water pipe more expensive than them..COULDN'T EVEN SHOW ME THE LINK TO IT, and believe me i'm always on aqua lab tech's website. The worst service ever!!!! They didn't want to sell me a highly educated dabber separate from the carb cap. They insisted that it comes as a "set". Everywhere else sells them separately but they wanted to charge me for pieces I didn't need. The owner told me that it came only as a set. Horrible! I went to this place three times each time the owner was completely rude & has no customer service skills. 1st visit was not in the store for 5 minutes & was being rushed & was told " hurry up & buy something because he was busy but no one else was in the store. 2nd & 3rd time refused to help or answer questions & was denied access to the rear half of the store because he was helping someone else. Me & friend were told come back tomorrow & hopefully I can help you! I will never go back in this store. There are other smoke shops in the area that know how to treat & accommodate customers. Sam learn how to treat customers with respect & get some help to accommodate multiple customers in the store! Super weird experience here as every single time I have been in here it's been a great experience. The owner was always nice and helpful. But this time I walk in to buy some Raw Tips and get told its $2 and as I pull out my card he says he can't take my card for such a low dollar amount. I say ok I'll buy something else and he says it's a $15 minimum and he doesn't want to make me pay that much. I go look for change in my car, only have $1.25. Shoot. So I go home and grab 3 quarters and I go back. I walk in tell him I have the money and he says "$3?" And I go "Wait you said $2?" He says "I'll tell you what, I'll give it to you free but never come back to my store" What the? Seriously? I was calm the whole time, just confused. I thought it a bit odd he wouldn't take my card for $2 and not just charge me a fee, but I live just 2 minutes away so it wasn't really a big deal to drive home really quick. This has happened to me before at another store in the shopping center as well over such silly things. I feel some racism going on here against me but honestly I'm glad they won't get my money. When you walk into this place the smell of incense does not exist nor are there black lights and fog machines going with Cypress Hill bumping in the store. This place is all business. If you like large selections of smoking apparatus', cigars, cleansers, or body jewelry this place is for you. Very clean and organized smoke shop. A small shop inside an outside mall.....me in a wheelchair used to running into rude pedestrians. Okay, what did I have to lose by checking this store out like all the others? What a surprise !! I was met by a sales person/owner who kindly greeted me and made me feel very welcomed in his shop. He was not over-bearing and very informative about all his products. It had been at least 20 years since I had been in a similar store, and I felt like a geek and a bit embarrassed to be in a world so foreign to my every day environment. Best place to get help, info, and product if you smoke e-cigarettes. The owner is a sweetheart. I went there the other night when my e-cig's battery just would not work anymore...bought the set up which is tank and battery elsewhere for way too much money. He educated me on what was low price, medium price, and high line...and why each was what it was. Bought an Apollo battery and kept my old tank. Tank kept leaking. I got my nose pierced in May 2011 and my belly button pierced in June 2011 and Sam did them both. I cleaned my nose as he told me to and a few short weeks later it got infected therefore I went back and he took care of it but then in another few weeks it got infected again. It grew a big bubble over the earing. (this also happened to my friend who got her nose pierced by Sam as well) My bellon button also got infected. I cleaned it exactly the way he told me to and about a month later my belly button got really red, swallon, and itchy. I went to a piercing place called fat cats and they told me other ways to clean it and that the piercing was done poorly. Sam DOES NOT where gloves when he does a piercing (and I have seen him do at least five) and he washes his hands with clorox wipes! UNSANITARY! I would NOT recommend wildzone to ANYONE unless you want you piercings to get infected. I will NEVER go back and will not recommend him to ANYONE! read more

used to go here for 8+ years with out issue, purchased a lot of art here...(high tech sokol baby bottle, sokol art of war tube, illadelph tubes etc.....) the last 2 times i walked in i felt utterly disrespected. i walked in one day with my mother and was immediately told he could not help me because of the phone call he had, saying it was too urgent....well your urgency lost you 400+ bucks buddy, i was trying to buy a bunch of accessories and the hitman double barrel recycler....but hey i went and bought it at black diamond so dont worry...next time i walked in for some butane for my torches and i get to the counter and tell him i need 3 cans and he gives me the whole "sorry buddy i cant accept your card, minimum purchase is 20 dollars" i understand minimum purchases 5-10$ but 20 DOLLARS I dont know what has gotten into you lately SAM but if you dont want to be there hire some one else who does. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've gone in there 3 times with the intent to buy and have gotten the cold shoulder each time. First I came in to buy a water bong and there was a note on the door saying "be back at 2:30" when it was 1:00 so i decided to come back around 2:45 and 5 seconds after walking in I was told to leave because he was "shutting the site down" , second time I come in a couple days later to yet again purchase a water bong and was told that I could not go back there he was having a local glass maker show him his pieces when clearly no one was back there and no water pipes were present. Third time I went in to look at his glass collection he said he was closed, YET AGAIN. I asked if I could look at his gauges in my size, found a pair that I liked and asked the price, he said "oh very expensive, 39.99." And put them back down like I was to broke to afford them? Not knowing ive spent over 70 dollars on a pair. After looking at the shop for a couple minutes he asked if there's anything he could do for me to make this process speed up because he has company coming in ten minutes and basically escorted me out of the store?!!!? Anyone that says this place has bad service does not know what they are talking about. I was there today and Sam was extremely helpful. The Illadelph water pipes are expensive, yes. If you actually did your research of brand names you would know that you would NOT get an Illadelph for cheap. Nor any of the other high end brands. They are that expensive for a reason. They are extremely good quality and are not just water pipes but, pieces of artwork. The prices were very reasonable. They have such a HUGE selection of the most beautiful, high quality, water pipes I have ever seen. Sam kept showing us water pipes that he thought we might like when we did not even ask which was so sweet. I definitely recommend this place, but ONLY to people that are smart enough to do their research and understand that the higher quality water pipes are NOT cheap. If you don't want to spend that much money then you can just buy a cheap brand that is not as good of quality and doesn't filter the smoke. You get what you pay for and if you want a really good water pipe, its worth saving the money up to afford one. Also, if you see a water pipe you like and possibly want to buy, you can put it on hold for a MONTH and only pay a down payment of 20% of the price of the pipe. If you decide you don't want to buy it, you get a full refund. I highly recommend this place, but again, only to those who are knowledgeable of water pipe brands and price ranges. read more
