I have written a 5 star review for this shop. I wa new to yelp so they didn't put it up (thank god). I have been going to this store for three years the people who say they talked to the owner were talking to the highest ranking manager Nor. He is a great guy....but he does not know how to tell the difference between a customer who wants to complain because nothing makes them happy and a loyal customer that is trying to tell them when there is something seriously wrong with an employees customer service skills. Most days you will get great service, but DO NOT go on Thursday or Sunday. Abe the one with the tattoos and gaged piercings (that never have jewelry in) is a grade a jerk. When stating to him that the reason my boyfriend started going online was because he lost his job, was on unemployment for a year, is now making half what he made before, and I'm on disability SSI but that I knew they were a family owned shop so I come in and buy what I can (which is mostly cigarettes) he tol me it was pointless to go there because they make so little off that. He the told me he made someone wait on purpose because from sight alone he could tell she wasn't old enough and she was going to waste his time. No customer can waste your time your paid to be there and don't get commission. Don't get me started on the fact that when I was 21 with no makeup and my hair up I looked 12 so until you ask or card you don't know how old they are. Until a few days ago I was in there up to three times a week and spent my worthless money every time, and while there for any amount of time you can see their daily bread and butter is smokes & blunt raps. I told another employee as a friend and asked him not to tell Nor because I didn't want to cause a fus and get anyone in trouble. He suggested I didn't goin on thursdays or Sundays...I agreed. Last week not thinking just needing a couple things I went in on Thursday. I'm not going to do a play by play but Abe put me on blast in front of other customers and another employee for asking to many questions. A customer in line complained I was asking a different employee too many questions while there was a line...I was there first and it was a product I knew nothing about but was planning on buying the next day. So take me aside and say something don't put me on blast in front of others. A customer called to complain that their order was messed up (by Abe not the person helping me) and I headed him say that sorry their was a girl in here asking a lot of questions. On the day I talked to Nor and the other manager I was told that customer called to complain about me. So one customer who was impatient yes two no! I was told again that I should not come in on those days as a favor to a "friend". That same day someone stole my phone. When a three year customer/friend complained they check their tapes same customer gets phone stolen out of bag neither manager even hinted to offer to look at their tapes. My doctor a few days later tells me I should hit the brakes on going in there....because they are "friends" I call to say I'm going to start having them ship it to me bc what my doc said I was told it was for the best. I have been in that store while one person helped people look at almost every mod in the case and the other helped the line, but because what I was looking at was half the price I was asking to many questions. The phone call would not bother me if I didn't feel like they decided they weren't going to do anything about what happened (I felt this because the person who helped me that day was already told that so the whole we're going to look at the tapes and calling me "not just a customer but a friend" were just ways to appease me so I didn't do this. Plus when you hear your no longer going to see a "friend" you usually say something like... I'm so sorry about that we'll miss having you around. I was going to have them ship to me but I agree with another yellper who said the employees and customer service have gone down hill. I will be driving a little further to the shop on Truxel. Not naming names because this is about cloud nine. Where I hopefully be treated how customers should and not have people play on my insecurities calling me a friend when I'm clearly not...actually not even like a valuable regular customer. read more

This is the place for all your mechanical mods, VV, VW RBA, RDA, this place is a toy shop for vaping! The guy behind the counter is super cool! He will literally help with anything! Now if you need juice this place carries Volt Vapes 3 monkeys brand, the flavor is on point the people from cloud 9 sample all their flavors before hand and make sure its on point. Every flavor I've had has been awesome. Hard to keep anything on the shelves!! So if you see something you like buy it!! Or expect to go pay top dollar somewhere else. The sources this shop is getting the product from is an absolute plus! I just picked up my plum veil RDA and this thing chugs!! I have been going to this shop since the day it opened, and ever since then this has been my go to shop. They have all the juices you would want and then some! and if they don't have it they can order it for you and give you a good deal! The prices are good, compared to other shops that charge you 30$ for a 60ml. Staff is very friendly! I am always greeted when I walk in, very friendly environment. If you are a review reader like me who has to read the reviews before they go into an establishment let me stop you their, this place is amazing and you deffinetly won't regret coming in! I've never had a bad experience here, and have been buying my vape juices and hardware here for a couple of years now. The prices are reasonable, and they have a points system that gets you discounts and free juice one you collect a certain amount. They are pretty helpful when I have questions; Abe spent quite some time with me when I first switched over to a rebuildable setup, answering my questions and addressing my concerns. @Danny G., the price difference is likely due to the fact that you get no guarantee with the one from the web, and you will have to wait 6-8 weeks for it to arrive from China, and you have no assurance that it's genuine either. read more

This is my go to store for all things Vape. Went there today because I needed a new box mod. Nader is the man! He asked questions about how I vape and how often then showed me a number of options based on my answers. He answered all my questions and explained the differences between the options he showed me. In the end I bought the VooPoo Drag and two batteries. I'm extremely happy with the purchase and want to thanks Nader for all his help. I highly recommend this store for their service and selection. I walked in the shop to buy some e-liquids and was surprised by their selection. They have most of the top brands and a huge variety of different flavors. The gentleman behind the counter was knowledgeable and friendly, he even showed me a couple tricks to get more from my coils (which normally burn out pretty quick). They even had coils for my old tank which I have a hard time finding. I don't live in the area but I will definitely come by whenever I'm in Natomas. Highly recommend! read more

Cloud 9 is one of the best smoke shops in sac!! They have a huge variety and the staff is amazing. It was my 1st time purchasing a hookah and when I got home instantly realize it wasnt for me. I love this shop. I've been going to them since a few months after they opened. I was buying cigarettes first and they talked me into buying a vape set. I've fallen in love with my vape box.
