Was there over the weekend and met the owners for the first time. They were very patient and easy to work with. I got what I needed and left. I love the store. It reminds me of those good old days when I was just a kid and my parents took me with them. It feels nostalgic to me. read more

This is the ONLY place I go to shop for my vitamins and supplements. The owner Dianna takes great pride in the products she has in her store. She doesn't just carry anything, she carries the most high quality products! She offers reading material along with our purchases, helps educate us and gives excellent recommendations depending on your goals. She is the real deal!!! I won't shop anywhere else, and I live 1/2hr away. WORTH IT! read more

They had what we needed and were super helpful. We really appreciate the wonderful service. Great place!!

We have been coming to this place for years and it is always a loving, welcoming experience! Alan and Dianna know so much about health and every single product in their shop. read more

I was looking for an iron supplement that doesn't leave you constipated and the owner walked me over to her best and I might add, very inexpensive iron supplement. She went over how to use them, why they were the best based on what I was looking for and even suggested I get the lowest count yo just try them. I live 6 hours away so I opted for the 30 day option and if I like them, she'll ship more for me even though she doesn't offer online shipping, sweet!!! She talked to me about other supplements and gave me 5 free books to read. This woman knows her stuff and is very passionate to share her knowledge. She also mentioned that she has seminars where she brings in top experts in their field to share knowledge and never charges those who want to come and learn read more

It's 1st time I went and I love the environment (very soothing place). The owner Diana was super helpful and not force you to buy stuff and she is very honest. I felt very comfortable shopping and look around. Therefore I highly recommend. read more

The noise level was intolerable. A loud video going in one corner. Loud birds chirping in another. And metaphysical gongs and music in another. And the person behind the counter didn't even nod at me due to intense interaction with another customer. read more

Oh where do I start? I was on my way home and needed to find a new place to get my vitamins because the other guys are a little far and away. So, Yelp to the rescue!!! For a Friday after work, I wasn't in the best of moods so the very friendly greeting I received unfortunately was not reciprocated (Sorry Dianna). I just wanted to get what I came in for and get out. I made my selection and headed to the counter to wait. Dianna comes to greet me, still warm and friendly as ever and asks me how I am doing. She can tell my response was less than sincere so she continued to probe. Something told me she was not letting me out of there until she could turn my frown upside down. As we continued to talk about what was ailing me, she suggested another product that she thought might better help me with my issues. And as we continued to talk, she suggested a thing or 2 for the husband and child unit too. So the conversation didnt end there. Nay nay! She got me plugged into her computer system so we can track my regular purchases (I like that idea) , got me on the list to receive coupons via email (because who doesnt like a good discount?), and suggested a friend's FB page for some meditation. But wait!! There is more!! She gave me a discount card and stamped me with 3 stamps already. I'm three quarters of the way to an additional $20 off!! Bottom line: Dianna (the owner) truly does care and she really is there to help. Great lady and lovely store. She has a new loyal customer!! Thank you for your kindness. I'll see ya soon, Dianna!! read more

Came into Elk Grove Vitamins, looking for a bundle of Sage, Protein and Energy supplements. We were automatically greeted by Olivia with a warm smile and welcoming attitude!! I cannot even try to explain the love & welcoming energy I was feeling. The true customer service is OUTSTANDING!! This is not only a great location to buy herbs & vitamins, but to learn of CuraMed and it's benefits. Please stop here prior to visiting any other Vitamin store in EG. read more

Always a nice selection of Natural Health Vitamins and nutritional products. Very helpful with advice. Fairly priced. I have been a customer for 15 years and have referred many of my clients to them. Got what I wanted after visiting GNC and other places. Well stocked with knowledgeable staff.

If I could give a zero I would, I've shopped here a few times the prices are a little bit high but it's convenient it's right next to the gym so I might pop in after working out. One night I had to do my cardio 20 minutes on the stair mill so I was planning on parking doing my 20 minutes of cardio I use the restroom and then I came over to Elk Grove vitamins it was 5:50 PM as I was leaving crunch the blinds were polled and the lights were off so I figured they were closed so I got into my car a woman opens up her door and says hello I would appreciate you not parking here it's for customers only and I said well I was planning on coming in but I see that you're closed She said yes I'm closing down but I still have a few minutes if you'd like to come in and make a purchase after you just complain to me about where I was parking I changed my mind and just went ahead and placed my order on Amazon!! You should really think about how you treat people that are leaving the gym having the gym as an anchor in the plaza is such a benefit to a vitamin and nutrition shop you should also rethink closing your doors on a weeknight at 5:50 when most people get off work at five work out and then they want to stop in to your store instead of driving all the way to the vitamin Shoppe which offers way more variety had a better price read more

I love this store! I just recently started shopping here (beginning of 2022) and Diana is extremely helpful. I was thinking maybe when I told her it was my first time in, that she would try and upsell me on a bunch of product, but nope! She made it very clear that I need to start off slow and not overwhelm my body. She's very knowledgeable and I 100% trust her when it comes to my vitamins. I can easily buy vitamins elsewhere but I'm going to continue to support this business because you can tell that they all genuinely care about you and your well-being & it's not just about your money. I'm thankful I found this hidden gem! read more

I love this shop! Owners are awesome and so helpful! Very happy to support this small local business! Fantastic selection of hard to find vitamins. read more

What an all around great place! Everyone there is just super friendly and they take time with you to make sure you really understand what supplements you're taking. Very happy with this business and I will keep coming back! read more

Awesome! I thank God for leading us here! The owners and staff go over and above in educating you. .. It's so nice to have a healthy alternative, or even an addition to prescription medication, which is sometimes necessary as well. The prices are more than affordable! Thank You again! We'll keep coming back! !! read more

Decent selection. I have shopped there in the past, just moved back locally and wanted a few things. I was unable to get anyone's attention to answer questions I needed before purchasing. Went to GNC and got everything I needed. I will not be returning to this shop. read more

Very nice, informative, vitamin store. Relaxing atmosphere, with herbs, and natural holistic vitamins

My assumption was that they would be pushy & overpriced. I was so wrong. Not only are they laid back & nice but very educated. Here's how they won me over: 1) They beat Amazon's price on a product I wanted. 2) I asked the owner to recommend me products for acne & eczema. Her response: diet changes. She didn't try to sell me anything. This store earned a loyal customer today. Thanks ladies! read more

This place is amazing! Its has a good selection of real vitamins... NOT that crap full of binders & fillers. Diana is absolutely adorable, passionate & caring! She knows her stuff! We always feel like we are visiting an aunt when we go to fill up. She has everything you can possibly need to boost your immune system. read more

I really want to support a local business, but I find the staff's tone harsh, and rushing. It Was really surprising to see probiotic products that are refrigerated at other supplement stores left out on the counter room temperature. Pretty good selection for a small store, but xxx has won my heart by how friendly, gentle and helpful the store staff are. Products and prices are the same at many stores, it's a matter of customer service that differentiates them. read more

Popped in real quick. Got my vitamins b & d. The lady working was knowledgable about the ingredients and difference in brands. Got me in and out quick! read more

So happy I found this place! Clara was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She not only helped narrow down products that fit my needs, but she gave me so much reading material about other products and life style changes. She didn't try to push products at me. I've been into Elk Grove Vitamins twice now. Once because of a cold sore and once because of cold symptoms. Both times Lee and his staff had exactly what I needed. I've walked out both times feeling confident that I had made the correct purchase. The symptoms subsided rapidly after using the products they recommended. The staff is clearly knowledgable and friendly. FIVE STARS! read more

Went for my first time. Was looking for specific items and seeking knowledge on others. From the second I walked in the store the three employees there were all welcoming and eager to make sure I was receiving help. The young man who helped me (didn't get his name), walked with me through the store and found exactly what I was looking for, while also expanding my knowledge on products as well. I loved the wide variety of products, and honesty and knowledge of the employees; most of all, their kindness. I will be back! read more

Stopped in here looking for a sleep aid for my little ones and not only did they have the one we were looking for they had many others. They were extremely nice and informative with excellent customer service. If you buy vitamins and don't go here you are doing yourself a disservice. read more

I want to start off by saying I have been coming to the Vitamin store for over 8 years now and I really enjoy the quaint feel and the knowledgeable staff who is always willing to answer any question and guide you towards the right fit for your needs. I have actually caught myself driving to a random vitamin store, parked and think "wait no I prefer the vitamin shop" and drive off to it. Hands down they are a truly caring group of knowledgeable people. I highly recommend them. read more

I haven't been here lately. There's a wonderful selection of all kinds of healthy supplements. But the staff weren't able to approve my Debit card unless I went out in the 100 degree heat back to get my ID. Since I have a bad knee, I left without my purchase. Needless to say I won't be back read more

Love this place! Love all the ladies who work here they are all very friendly and knowledgable and are willing to help and give advice but not be too pushy about telling you what to buy. They have a great selection of items. I frequent the shop to purchase probiotics for myself and my infant daughter as well as herbal supplements for various health issues that come up. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for organic and or homeopathic remedies, self care items, etc. great little shop! read more

I went in for some vitamins and was cutting it close on time. I called and the owner Dianna said she would gladly wait to make sure I can get there. I would recommend them to anyone due to their amazing staff and top notch products. Do yourself a favor and check them out!! read more

Good selection of vitamins and supplements. Local business with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The supplement advice and options I have experienced here have been great and void of any "pressure to buy something" I have experienced at other stores. They also have occasional seminars on healthy living, etc. While they are just as spendy as any vitamin store, the customer service will have you returning to this well functioning supplement shop, while supporting a great local business! read more

Went to Elk Grove Vitamins today for the first time looking for items that would help with allergies and also to relieve pain. I came away with product to help with my pain, but also sinus allergy relief. The staff there is so nice and super knowledgeable. They also sell local honey which is great for allergies. Local honey is sometimes hard to find for me, but now I know where to go. If you're looking for natural therapies to help with your ailments or just to help stay healthy then this is the place for you. I even found a refillable squishy pack for my daughter to put her homemade baby food for my grandson. FIVE STARS all the way!!! read more
