I met Brandon at a Pop up in Roseville and ended up purchasing creatine at Nutrishops Pop up after speaking with Brandon about different supplements. Brandon's customer service and knowledge from day one has been 5 star. His patience with my multiple questions and knowledge has motivated me along with my daughters to join the fitness challenge. Brandon's personality is motivating and each visit I'm immediately greeted by the team. the showroom is clean, all items front stacked, tagged and no gimmicks or upselling for commissions. This is the 5th star for me. No pressure sales. Thanks Brandon and Nutrishop. Looking forward to seeing the before and AFTER pics. read more

Super friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm out of shape and was a bit embarrassed having to go there and get weighed and talk about my diet! But seriously everyone I've ever been helped by here have been so kind and motivating! They have a lot of challenges you can do with the community and you get prizes if you win. They do free meal planning and body composition analysis (they'll explain what you're looking at and tell you all that is if you're like me and have no idea!) Most importantly, they'll help you with a goal and a starting point. They encourage and celebrate with you too which is so sweet and fun! read more

Just moved to Roseville and was looking for some pre workout. I came to Nutrishop and didn't know where to start, Austin gave some suggestions and samples and told me come back after I try the samples instead of buying the whole container. First time I have ever walked into a supplement shop and didn't feel like some type of sale was pushed down my throat. Excited to have finally found a stand up supplement shop! Thank you Austin read more

I was recommended Nutrishop by s friend. So I decided to give it a shot. Being 56 years old and living a sedentary Lifestyle has caught up with me Weeks ago and decided to change my life and it starts with hard choices. I walked in. It was immediately greeted by a employee named Austin, the kid is incredible, charismatic engaged, and was extremely informative. He took the time to evaluate the information I gave him and set me up with a plan. Odd to say, but the empathy the young man had was se Second to none. Not only do I highly recommend, I highly recommend Austin if you have any questions sincerely, Kurt read more

The team is always friendly and happy to help with advice, samples, and just overall down to have a conversation with you. Great location with an awesome staff that is really knowledgeable as well. I love getting the free body scan in when I'm trying to get in shape. It lets you see exactly where you're at with muscle and fat composition instead of relying on a scale that makes is harder if you're working towards weight loss. They also have weight loss challenges with rewards that my hubby likes to join. Highly recommend checking this location out even just to get a free scan that you can see where you're at health wise. Never hurts. If in doubt, check them out! read more

I give Nutrishop Roseville 5 stars for excellent customer service and product knowledge. All of the reps give me and my friends such great advice, as we join challenges and track our muscle gained and fat lost. I've joined their 8 week challenges a few times and the meal plans are designed to keep me headed towards my goals and my eye on the prize! Whether you are looking to gain or lose weight, get healthier overall, or just need to keep your momentum you should give them a shot! Jake, Jayden, Brandon and the entire staff help you work smarter not harder. Thanks for your support and dedication to your craft! read more

Austin created my meal plan for the 6-week challenge, and he was incredibly helpful! He really listened to the challenges I was facing and the goals I wanted to achieve. Jake had me highlight the foods I enjoyed, then tailored my meal plan around them, which made it so much easier to follow. He patiently answered all of my questions and understood the demands of my busy life as a mom. He even suggested a meal replacement shake for convenience and made one for me to try. His support made all the difference! read more

Everyone here is so helpful! I came in today because my husband needs a product that specifically is artificial sweetener and flavor free. This is really hard to find without shopping online. The person who helped me was awesome, he was more concerned about our thought on the overall quality of the product then on making a sale from me today. He provided me with samples of a few products that fit the bill of what I was looking for. This way we can take them home, give them a shot, choose our favorite, and invest in the right product for us. To have a sales person play the long game, 1000% makes me feel like they are invested in me continuing to spend money with them, versus just what I will spend today. Thank you for the thoughtful care this morning, and we will be back to purchase The product of our choosing as well as the rest of our supplements! read more

COVID Review: UH! Unfortunately, COVID is still around. The state has lifted our stay at home order (without releasing data and only bc Gavin is about to get recalled? SUS!), the ICU capacity in the area is above 15%, but of vaccination roll out is at 5%. With that being said, most people are still wearing masks. The husband requested for protein powder, so I head over to Nutrishop because we love their products. I was greeted at the door and assisted immediately. I like the customer service, the cleanliness of the store, and all the products. My only qualm is that everyone working was maskless inside the store. I was definitely wearing a mask bc I'm not trying to get sick or infect others. I was literally in and out. I wish I could have stayed and browsed a little longer, but I was concerned about my safety. read more

I've been on the stuggle bus when it comes to staying asleep. I have tried melatonin and I've tried Zzzquil. It's not working. I walked into Nutrishop and was greeted by Jordon. I told her I needed sleep and she took the time to explain to me that Nutrishop likes to provide samples of supplements to help someone sleep. She told me about the 3 samples she'd send me home with. She gave plenty of detail in the products I would be taking home. I feel like she was genuinely knowledgable in this area and not just spouting off a bunch of malarky. Thank you Jordon for your help!!! Which ever one works best I will definetly go back to Nutrishop to purchase. read more

Solid supplement store I am pretty loyal to my supplement shops so when Nutrition Zone closed in Folsom it was time to find a new store. This location has what you need for some serious fitness supplementing. The customer service is really good. I am a serious gym rat and personal trainer so I know when people are just repeating labels or articles. Dan knows what he is talking about. No pressure on the sales. I knew what I was there for so it makes for a quick stop. They made suggestions for other products but no big push. Prices are standard for the type of supplements I was getting. Not a cheap hobby by any means! They put out coupons and run deals on face book so you can catch a deal. A good shop that I will be returning to. read more

The best health & wellness store around. What I love about this place is I always feel more knowledgeable when I leave. Kind of a let down. They were nice enough; greeted me when I walked through the door and shook my hand and all that. But friendliness and "unparalleled service" are not the same thing. Came in at 6:30 and was told that I should set an appointment. No worries; especially since they close at 7. Come in at 11 for my appointment, went fine enough except whenever a customer came in the person helping me kept getting distracted. Again, no worries, I understand there's only one associate on the floor. Their computer froze up and I was told to come back in later that day. Ok, I'm a little bummed, but fine I was told to come back after my workout at 6:30. Came by at the agreed upon time and was greeted by someone else (different from person at 11). I was then told that I needed to come by tomorrow to meet with the same person to get the info I needed. A little peeved, but again I understood. Came in AGAIN, and was told that I needed to make an appointment AGAIN! I expressed that I've been back 4 times already. Finally went over the info, but it felt rushed and unintentional. Hey, I still bought over $100 worth of product, but only because I really want to get in shape and I didn't want this experience to be a total letdown. 1 star for a seemingly knowledgeable staff 2nd star for friendliness I felt unimportant especially since I put aside money for this stuff. Still going to give this shop a chance. Hopefully they'll get better; in which case I will update this review. read more

Janae, Janae, Janae... Amazing! I came in feeling defeated and tired ... I'm getting married in September and really want to feel and be the best version of myself not just on that day, but for future.. I was feeling torn on what diet to stick to, (I am alllll over the place) and they not only recommended I stick to what I'm doing but went over my macros , helped me break down my diet and tweak it where it was needed.. this girl took the time and added and subtracted and gave me exact numbers along with a macros sheet and a full meal plan with 3 different options for protein..she had given me hope and for the first time in awhile I was happy with going forward in my journey and I also took advantage of the body fat composition and muscle mass index machine while I was there, can't wait to come back in 2 weeks and hopefully crushing some lbs Thank you!! read more

Honestly, the best health/nutrition store I've ever been in. Initially went to do the BodyScan, but because of how friendly everyone there is I've become a customer. When I first visited Nutrishop about 5 or 6 weeks ago, I was completely frustrated and about to give up hope of ever losing my excess weight on my Keto diet. I'd been at it hard for nearly 5 months and hadn't lost any significant weight. About to give up in utter defeat and go ahead with my scheduled Bariatric surgery, I went in and saw Jake, the owner. He was awesome! Very reassuring and competent, he sat down with me and set me up with new macros, assured me it would work, and told me to come back and see how it went. It went!! Last week I lost 6.4 pounds, and am feeling amazing! My hope has returned, my determination has increased, my weight has decreased, and I have Jake at Nutrishop (and his friendly team) to thank for much of it! read more

Went in today for some supplements as I'm starting with a coach for some pretty exciting fitness things this year. Right off the bat I noticed I was greeted within seconds of walking in. They were actually quite busy it seemed so to have a man associate meet me as I was walking in was nice. I told him what I was looking for and he directed me where to go. He knew how each supplement broke down in the body and explained in detail what the difference was in each. I needed that and was impressed with their firsthand knowledge. Upon checking out, I asked what their fitness challenge was and it was exactly what I wanted, so I signed up- what an amazing way to be apart of the community and hit some personal goals. I'm beyond excited! They let you sample the proteins and I got to keep the shaker cup, and I walked out with a new and free workout tank top , come on now!! . Im a happy customer.
