Everyone here is so helpful! I came in today because my husband needs a product that specifically is artificial sweetener and flavor free. This is really hard to find without shopping online. The person who helped me was awesome, he was more concerned about our thought on the overall quality of the product then on making a sale from me today. He provided me with samples of a few products that fit the bill of what I was looking for. COVID Review: UH! Unfortunately, COVID is still around. The state has lifted our stay at home order (without releasing data and only bc Gavin is about to get recalled? SUS!), the ICU capacity in the area is above 15%, but of vaccination roll out is at 5%. With that being said, most people are still wearing masks. The husband requested for protein powder, so I head over to Nutrishop because we love their products. I was greeted at the door and assisted immediately. I like the customer service, the cleanliness of the store, and all the products. My only qualm is that everyone working was maskless inside the store. I was definitely wearing a mask bc I'm not trying to get sick or infect others. I was literally in and out. I've been on the stuggle bus when it comes to staying asleep. I have tried melatonin and I've tried Zzzquil. It's not working. I walked into Nutrishop and was greeted by Jordon. I told her I needed sleep and she took the time to explain to me that Nutrishop likes to provide samples of supplements to help someone sleep. She told me about the 3 samples she'd send me home with. Solid supplement store I am pretty loyal to my supplement shops so when Nutrition Zone closed in Folsom it was time to find a new store. This location has what you need for some serious fitness supplementing. The customer service is really good. I am a serious gym rat and personal trainer so I know when people are just repeating labels or articles. Dan knows what he is talking about. No pressure on the sales. I knew what I was there for so it makes for a quick stop. They made suggestions for other products but no big push. Prices are standard for the type of supplements I was getting. Kind of a let down. They were nice enough; greeted me when I walked through the door and shook my hand and all that. But friendliness and "unparalleled service" are not the same thing. Came in at 6:30 and was told that I should set an appointment. No worries; especially since they close at 7. Come in at 11 for my appointment, went fine enough except whenever a customer came in the person helping me kept getting distracted. Again, no worries, I understand there's only one associate on the floor. Their computer froze up and I was told to come back in later that day. Ok, I'm a little bummed, but fine I was told to come back after my workout at 6:30. Came by at the agreed upon time and was greeted by someone else (different from person at 11). I was then told that I needed to come by tomorrow to meet with the same person to get the info I needed. A little peeved, but again I understood. Came in AGAIN, and was told that I needed to make an appointment AGAIN! I expressed that I've been back 4 times already. Finally went over the info, but it felt rushed and unintentional. Hey, I still bought over $100 worth of product, but only because I really want to get in shape and I didn't want this experience to be a total letdown. 1 star for a seemingly knowledgeable staff 2nd star for friendliness I felt unimportant especially since I put aside money for this stuff.
