    The team is always friendly and happy to help with advice, samples, and just overall down to have a conversation with you. Great location with an awesome staff that is really knowledgeable as well. I love getting the free body scan in when I'm trying to get in shape. It lets you see exactly where you're at with muscle and fat composition instead of relying on a scale that makes is harder if you're working towards weight loss. They also have weight loss challenges with rewards that my hubby likes to join. Highly recommend checking this location out even just to get a free scan that you can see where you're at health wise. Never hurts. If in doubt, check them out!

    Austin created my meal plan for the 6-week challenge, and he was incredibly helpful! He really listened to the challenges I was facing and the goals I wanted to achieve. Jake had me highlight the foods I enjoyed, then tailored my meal plan around them, which made it so much easier to follow. He patiently answered all of my questions and understood the demands of my busy life as a mom. He even suggested a meal replacement shake for convenience and made one for me to try. His support made all the difference!

I've been here before it's been a couple of years, but I will say that the experience did not disappoint at all. I will say the customer service is much better at this location than what I experienced at the Arden Way location. Even if I didn't have to come pick up a package in this area, it will still worth the 35 minute drive from my house to come to this location. My cashier Brooke was super friendly and very helpful and answered my question about a specific inquiry. She thoroughly explained that there was an update and entering my phone number for my prime benefits, may not work, and I most likely would need to use the Amazon app scan code option to receive my prime discount. She even went above and beyond to give me further instructions regarding that. I truly appreciated her being so helpful, so patient and displaying such great customer service. My whole visit today was super pleasant. I purchased the artesian sandwich was delicious by the way. I was sad about one thing, though, my salad the sesame cucumber noodle salad was all sold out, but I understand why as Brooke even explained it is one of the most popular salads and does go pretty quick. I still will come back because the experience alone was just that great.

For the past year and a half, I've spent an absurd amount of money in this store -- especially in the meat department -- and the service has been consistently disappointing. The issue isn't with the entire store, but specifically with a few employees in the meat department who behave as if customers owe them something. I've dealt with head-shakings, condescending remarks, and an overall attitude that makes it feel like I'm inconveniencing them with simple, reasonable requests. I'm not asking anyone to go hunt down a cow -- just basic customer service. I'm done spending my hard earned money in a place that treats customers this way. I've switched to Nugget Market, and honestly, I should've done it a long time ago. The difference is night and day: I'm treated with respect, my business feels appreciated, and every request at their meat counter is met with a smile and a genuine "of course." And while we're at it -- the deli department at Whole Foods is another headache. The long waits, the lack of urgency, the "we'll get to you when we get to you" vibe... it's exhausting. All the negative reviews speak for themselves. I don't know what's going on with the culture at this store, but thankfully, it's no longer my problem. Goodbye, Whole Foods. Hello, Nugget!!!

If it's a veggie sandwich with no meat and it's the same price, why wouldn't they add more veggies??? It's definitely not worth $5. I put everything on one half of the sandwich to try to fill up the bread and even then it was still skimpy. The employee seemed super irritated with simple questions I had (because I'd never been there) and just barked at me to fill out the little paper slip. There were no other customers so I'm not sure what the issue was.

She was very thorough about explaining what she thought would be best for my dog. I went to the store in Roseville and Savannah was working. She recommended Wellness oil and Mobility chews for my setter. She's been taking for 3 weeks now n i definitely think they are having a positive effect on her. Also I asked for something for me for my dizziness and brain fog n she recommended Rise. I also feel like it's helping me too. When I looked through previous reviews and almost to a tee everyone mentioned how helpful and friendly their employees are. It seems to me that this store really places a premium on "taking care of the customer.Like I mentioned earlier, Savannah really exhibited this over both of our interactions making me feel that I was really taken care of. My first visit was pleasant, which is why I decided to come back. This time, I ordered what I believe was the tri-tip steak wrap. As I was finishing the first half of my wrap, I noticed a dead fly in my food. Needless to say, I was shocked and immediately lost my appetite. I walked to the front and asked to speak with a manager. The cashier who helped me was very friendly and professional. I explained the situation to her, and she relayed it to the manager. While I do appreciate that they refunded my meal, what disappointed me most was the manager's response. He never came over to speak with me, apologize, or acknowledge the situation directly. From where I was standing, he appeared visibly disturbed when informed, but he simply instructed the cashier to issue a refund and never addressed me as the customer. I understand that mistakes happen and that it was a busy lunch rush. However, finding a fly in a meal is a serious food safety issue, and I believe a manager or owner should take a moment to personally speak with the customer, show concern, and offer an apology. A little empathy would have gone a long way. The refund was appreciated, but the lack of acknowledgment and customer care left a much stronger impression than the refund itself. Unfortunately, after this experience, I'm hesitant to return.
