Called the store late afternoon n spoke with a nice young lady (Savannah). She was great. Very personable and helpful. I'm not very knowledgeable on CBD oils and other items. I was looking for oils for my 13 year old Irish Setter She took the time to explain what product they had that might help her. She was very thorough about explaining what she thought would be best for my dog. I went to the store in Roseville and Savannah was working. Right away she remembered our conversation and took me over to her recommended product. Again she was super nice and made me feel very comfortable. She recommended Wellness oil and Mobility chews for my setter. She's been taking for 3 weeks now n i definitely think they are having a positive effect on her. Also I asked for something for me for my dizziness and brain fog n she recommended Rise. I also feel like it's helping me too. I called in the morning to ask a few questions, Nelson was busy and offered to call me back after he finished with his customer. He did, I went through a few questions and he let me know what they have. When I went in that evening about 30 minutes before closing. Aiden cleared up the rest of my questions with a little CBD 101. He was patient and understanding. After one use I'm anticipating a great solution from here on out. I've tried THC stuff from dispensaries which were good in their own right (vapes, drinks, gummies), but from time to time it ended up being too much for me when it comes to even a nightly micro dose for sleep and anxiety. It lead to even worse anxiety after a few weeks use when my system loaded up on it. I'm a real lightweight. I ended up getting water soluble wellness drops and an indica CBD vape, all THC free though they have a few THC products too. I tried the drops that evening and could notice how mildly relaxed I was after 15 minutes. It worked great . Most importantly, I'm glad they reassured me there's no psychoactive properties from taking too much, which gets nasty when I take THC. I knew they didn't, but I was still concerned. read more

Don't waste your time and money here if you are a first time buyer of CBD. After a lot of research and I read the reviews and return policy I bought a CBD product. Unfortunately after using it a handful of times and playing around with the dosage, it wasn't for me. I was told I could only return it for a refund if it had not been opened. I was shocked as the return policy clearly states 30 day money back guarantee not questions asked. The owner said that if he took returns on everything something someone didn't like he would be out of business. Once again, shocked. Not my problem you bought a franchise!! I purchased several items here. The staff was informative and professional. Products are $$ so be sure you want it as no returns allowed for opened products. But how do you know if you can tolerate it? Toleration vs effectiveness are two different things. Sleep tincture was used for two weeks but noticed nothing and was told to use for a longer time and since it was opened no return allowed. The smell of this sleep product is a 'very strong' blueberry which once you open it, it remains overwhelmingly strong. I had to place it in a baggie. My suggestion would be to have smaller trial products in all fairness to the customer. The average Joe likely has limited to no experience in the cbd world. read more
