Usually I get good service from this location from most of the employees but today our drinks were messed up and when we called to tell them they seemed like they could care less then after continuing to complain we were told that our drinks could be remade but that we would have to wait quite a while for them. after we already paid and waited for them?! I recently started CrossFit and was sent here for a body scan (which is free). The owner Jake was so friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up leaving with a couple products to help with recovery of sore muscles. My fiancé and I went back a few days later for custom meal plans (also free!) and are super excited to get the ball rolling with our weight loss. This needs to be your go to for everything fitness related! They know what they are talking about, because they live it. Lets face it I cant stand it when I go into a supplement shop and the staff want to fill me in on pre workouts and fat burners but they look like they have never been to a gym. Jake and Janae are nice, friendly, and they live what they preach. Big plus they sample everything they sell, thats a big deal to me! They helped me understand what each product did so I wasn't completely lost and just taking supplements that I didn't know. They set me up with a personal meal plan that is perfect for me and we're very helpful. The store is very organized and very clean. The five stars is based on customer service. I usually go to shops to see if they are knowledgable and if I feel comfortable enough to go back. The way I see it, nutrition type stores carry products that do relatively the same thing for your body, what makes the store better is the service. So I come in and ask questions about stuff and the lady was very helpful and did not once make me feel as though I am being pressured to buy something. She answered my questions and knew the science behind it, which was awesome. When I'm in need of any new products, I'll be sure to go here. read more

Store employee Shaun is on a high horse. He needs the learn how to communicate with potential customers. I was terribly disappointed with his "I'm so much better than you" attitude. Also, there was one person in line in front of us and it took 20 minutes for him to finish with them. We didn't even buy anything because we were so tired of waiting for him to finish. Lots of products, no customer service. If i walk into a business, get greeted after about 60 seconds and no help after 3 minutes I tend to leave. This store has the most friendly employees. Every time I've shopped here, the employees have been so friendly, attentive and full of great knowledge to help with all of my fitness and nutrition goals. They also provide two amazing services for FREE- they offer body composition analysis and they will also provide you with a free meal plan designed right there on the spot for your personal goals. They always have samples flowing freely. They are very generous with giving lots of product samples to try and have even made me a protein shake to drink while discussing my meal plan with me (Thanks SOHRAHB!). They also are very generous with gifts to show their appreciation to their customers- shirts, shaker bottles, water bottles, etc. I think I've been given some kind of gift every time I've shopped there. Today my son and I went in, and SOHRAHB helped us. He was fantastic. So friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He really took his time with us, explained everything very clearly, and answered all of our questions. One last thing, don't feel intimidated to go to this store. Everyone is made to feel welcome here- all ages, all sizes, all fitness levels. You don't have to be Mr. Body Builder to be welcome here.
