I've been shopping at this location for years, and as far back as I can remember, Bruce, how is in the dairy department, has always greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine "How's your day?" More often than not, he sees me before I even see him. It is always a real, thoughtful interaction. He often shares something new in his department that he thinks I might like, and he is usually right. He consistently asks if I need anything, if I can find everything I am looking for, and if I have any questions. If I do, he will stop what he is doing, sometimes even walking across the store to help. The entire Sprouts team is friendly, attentive, and helpful, and I truly appreciate that. Today, I especially wanted to recognize Bruce for his consistent kindness and service. Thank you, Bruce. I am sure I will see you soon. NC

Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry - My Review…read more At first, I thought this was a great product. It's convenient, ready to heat, and the nutrition facts made it seem like a healthy, macro-friendly meal. It also tasted good. However, after looking more closely at the ingredients and comparing the nutrition label to the actual portions, I had some concerns. I weighed each component and found about 50 g of cooked Angus steak, 90 g of cooked rice, and about 50 g of broccoli. The nutrition label lists 45 g of carbohydrates, but 90 g of cooked rice does not normally contain that many carbs, which suggests that a significant portion comes from added ingredients. The same applies to the protein. The label claims 34 g of protein, but based on the amount of cooked beef included, that number seems difficult to justify. Overall, I feel the nutrition label is somewhat misleading, and the added ingredients increase the calories much more than expected for what is essentially a simple meal of steak, rice, and broccoli. It's convenient and easy to prepare, but in my opinion, it's not a great choice for someone trying to eat healthy or accurately track calories and macros. To me, it feels more like another product marketed as healthy than one that truly delivers on that promise.

For instance, if people miss their scheduled pick-up time, how is that the business's fault? As a small business owner myself, I know you must have guidelines or you won't be successful. There is a sign in the store that states "no refunds," which makes offering a discount or store credit seem fair if an issue ever comes up. But the real reason I keep coming back is the service. The team member working during the daytime was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure a great visit, and her positive energy and exceptional helpfulness are exactly why I am definitely a customer. Highly recommend stopping by during the day!

For some reason this business doesn't have a very good rating. All I can do is give my perspective…read more This may be the most outstanding business I've ever dealt with. Ordering was easy, online. The product was delivered to my house for free. The pricing was very good. What made this business stellar was their communication. They confirmed the order, said they were getting it ready, told me when it was out for delivery (same day), told me the driver's name and that he would be there in 7 minutes. Then the delivery person texted me and let me know he was at my house before knocking on the door. The guy was super nice, played with my dog. I don't use much, so I don't buy often at all, but when I do, I 100% will be buying from Kolas again!

My age is irrelevant, but I am older then 98% of the employees at any of these dispensaries. So today I needed some smoke. I happen to notice KOLAS had a specific brand of flower I like for a little cheaper then my normal dispensary, and they were 4 miles closer. So at the price of gas I gave them a chance. First off, When you walk in you feel like your in a 90's flashback underground weed store. There is a small room maybe 12x12 with one guy behind a computer, who by the way is super rude!! there's 8 chairs with 10 people waiting. They stack your drivers license up like dominos and then you sit and wait, and wait, and wait. They only allow 2 or 3 in at a time. Once you get thru the door your in a U shaped room where everything is behind the counter, no touching, no looking ahead of time, you want to see something you ask and they hand it to you to look at. ONE at a time, UGH! No other dispensary is like this, period. No wonder there backed up takes someone 20 minutes to pick a product. There are no prices displayed you have to ask about EVERYTHING. They really need to get with the times, sitting or standing for 10 to 15 minutes to get in a room to buy your product is ridiculous!! I will never comeback that's for sure. Try Perfect Union 100 times better, hands down
