Two months in a row I've had to follow up on my daughter's prescription and supplies because they were not sent out at the scheduled time. This month I was told my daughter's supplies were shipped on the 18th only to call on the 27th and find out they needed a new authorization from my insurance and a correction on the prescription from my Dr. Not once was I contacted to be informed that I don't have an authorization or that there was a correction needed or that my daughter's supplies weren't going to be sent out. On the ADL website they have a blurb about costumer service. "ADL Customer Service: Our Customer Service Representatives are more like Case Managers. Each is responsible for a segment of our customer base, and they're with you from start to finish. Our Customer Service Team are specialist in insurance coverages, product knowledge, required medical documentation, and in being pleasant, professional and compassionate towards you, our valued customer." Section 5 of "our process" states. " Speaking of communication, our Customer Service Representatives are always available to be contacted either by business telephone, fax, email or VerbalCare®. In turn, they will make contact with you, if there are any changes to your order status, insurance payment, or otherwise. Communication is key and ADL understands this." AGAIN THEY STATE!! "In turn, they will make contact with you, if there are any changes to your order status, insurance payment, or otherwise." When asked why we weren't contacted a manager responded with "we're really busy". This is a business that people rely on for daily living needs and one can't even do that. I will say the customer service representative can be very kind except for when questioned on why things aren't working properly. If you must work with this company be prepared to call every month and run around in circles to ensure everything you need is in order for shipments to be sent.

By far, ADL's deliveries have been the most consistent and on time. ADL's customer service is exceptional. I'd like to compliment Serina for her knowledge of the many products, her patience in answering my questions and for always being able to juggle changing orders based on our needs and the budget.
