I don't care what anyone says, I LOVE CVS. I come here at least twice a month and there was a time…read morewhen I would come in once a week, to the point where I had a conversation with an employee and mentioned that I come here a lot and he agreed. HA! Reasons why I love CVS and this one in particular, is the fact that parking is never a struggle and the employees are friendly and helpful. Most of the time, things are in stock and I don't have trouble finding what I want, need, or want to think about buying. SIGN UP FOR THE EXTRABUCKS! The coupons, ExtraBucks, and 2% cashback makes it so fun. There was once a time where I couponed SO HARD that the balance went to $0.00! I love to challenge myself to see how much LESS I can pay, for an item or two, compared to big retailers. I shop for makeup here. I've been coming to this CVS for so long that I remember when they didn't have ELF and now ELF makeup is back! The brand I am most loyal to here is Wet N Wild. I love the self-checkout feature. If there's ever an error or I need help, the employees are timely and communicative. One time, I had this coupon that was not working and the manager went above and beyond to ensure that the coupon worked for me! I will never talk bad about this place, ever. The pharmacy can get busy at times but I've never had a hard time with the staff. CVS is a retail store so there's always stuff to be put out on display; the workers do their best and I appreciate their efforts and work. When Christmas is over, their sales are worth checking out so you can load up on gift bags, gift card holders, and wrapping paper at half the price or cheaper. All in all, this CVS is my favorite. I walk in with a coupon and leave knowing I got a good deal on my purchase.

Five stars is for the tech Kiara. Kiara personally and patiently researched an active prescription…read more I don't know much about the store or but this young woman is one redeeming factor among any of the CVS stores.

This place is in the ghetto and it's pretty shabby…read more But I don't even mind that. It's the pharmacy. It's rage inducing. The managing pharmacist is hit or miss, but they hired a new male pharmacist who is incredibly rude. And when I came to pick up the meds for my parents, they shorted me a med. The male pharmacist tried to blame me for not checking on the number of meds. Oh it's my fault y'all don't know how to do your jobs. My bad, this fool thinks it's my job to dictate to him exactly what the screen says. I am sorry you can't read. How did you get your job?? I drive back over for the second time in the same day and another pharmacy tech told me she couldn't find my dad's records. I was shouting at her the information because she apparently couldn't hear me through the plexiglass. Suddenly, she was able to find it, but she went to the back of the pharmacy for whatever reason. Are your computers broken, or your employees? Never got an apology. Check your accounts to make sure they don't send you on a wild goose chase twice. They don't care about your time, and definitely will try and take shortcuts.

Oh no!!! We got a new car battery and the car won't stop blinking. The emergency lights just won't…read morego off. The loud alarm wasn't going off, just the emergency lights. And the triangle button wasn't doing anything. We went back to the car shop and inquired what we could do. They suggested that the alarm may be going off. We zipped home and found the key fob that has the alarm button on it. Sadly the fob didn't do a thing. No locking and unlocking the doors, no panic button clicking on and off. Nothing. OMG!!! What to do. We popped it open and the battery looked fine. We haven't used it in 7 years so it should still be working. The battery wasn't corroded so there was no excuse why is wasn't working. Our only guess is it expired. Maybe time drained it. So off to Walgreens we went. In high hopes they had this unique battery size. We brought our expired battery with us. It actually had no expiration date so I should just refer to it as a dead battery. To our pleasant surprise they had it. It looked like a AAA battery but half the heights. We've never seen a battery like it before. Usually in key fobs they use giant watch looking batteries. Those we actually have at home. The batteries were easy to find in Walgreens. Soon as you enter go right and walk past the cash register and on the wall on the right all your batter dreams are hanging. When we found the one we wanted we realized the batteries were locked. By that time a long line at the cashiers had formed. After waiting by the batteries I got in line. When it was my turn she grabbed her key and helped us get our battery. By then the line had subsided and we quickly checked out, put in our rewards number and were on our way. In the car we instantly put the battery in, but it didn't do anything, no light went on or anything. We drove home and now we were in sight of our car we tried it again and the light blinked and the doors unlocked. With another click the doors locked. After that we were on a roll. No more blinking lights and thankfully the issue was solved. We are so blessed that we solved the problem with a single batter and no trip to the dealership. The cashier was pleasant and efficient. She welcomed everyone into the store even as she was busy checking people out. I thought that was a nice touch, the personal welcome. If you are in search of a unique size batter I suggest you check out Walgreens in West Sacramento.

Had to spend hours on phone with my insurance to get it worked out. The manager, Anita, is rude and defensive. The pharmacist is rude and uncaring. The pharmacist assistant ignores you so you just have to sit and wait. And God forbid they smile or act pleasant. It is bad enough the place looks like a slum. It is worse when they act like they belong in a slum. Worst walgreens I have ever been to. Hope i never have to come back here. Too bad there are no minus stars
