I have been shopping here for a very long time. Always a great experience! They will bring you different sizes and brands of clothing while you are in the dressing room. They try to find exactly what you are looking for. For those complaining about their operating hours because you work night shift...come on your day off, like the rest of us do! read more

Store is going out of business soon. Currently selection is limited but everything is 20-30% off.

The service was excellent! I was assisted immediately upon walking in, and they had the brand, color, and size of scrubs I needed for nursing school. The prices were great, too! I'll definitely be a returning customer whenever I need new scrubs. read more

After wasting my time checking out Gateway Uniforms after they denied me using the bathroom after a 45 min drive, I was relieved that I was allowed to use the bathroom here without issues. The day before I went to Uniform Advantage, where there was no one working the floor with a minimum selection. This was my 3rd time here as customer service is ALWAYS on point. The store is very clean and neat with a lot to choose from. I needed royal blue as I was able to order them and get them SHIPPED to my home with NO extra charge! These ladies are so WONDERFUL and SUPER HELPFUL!!!! They also give you a discount w your hospital badge. Don't know why I even wasted my time at the other weak spots. Do yourself a favor and shop here for scrubs..... you'll love it!!! read more

Went to get my sister scrubs spent $134 and I returned it cuz they were small so I spent an additional $5 to get new ones. Those were no good so she went to get her money back and they gave her only $124 back. So at this point they taking money from us. read more

I have yet to be able to pick up my embroidered product for my job, because the store hours do not accommodate night shift workers.. I get off work at 7:30am.. but you don't open until 10am... then I don't have to be at work until 6:45pm, but you close at 6-7pm.... So I can leave hella early for work to come pick up my product before you close, then sit in my car for 45 minutes before my shift. There are plenty of places that accommodate all walks of life customers. I don't understand how a scrub/uniform store meant for healthcare workers does not accommodates for all of its clients. read more

Super friendly service and help finding my facility's scrubs. Highly recommend this place :)

What a sad sad experience here. Take your business elsewhere, they do not treat their customers well and make you feel terrible. I bought several pairs of scrub pants and bottoms here and took them home to try on. I loved my tops, but the bottoms were either not quite right, or too short. I had my boyfriend take them back for me today, I work as a night shift nurse, and am generally not awake during their business hours. When I woke up this evening to ask him how it went, he was very upset. The staff were very very rude, short, and unaccomodating. They refused to exchange the item I wanted in a tall because the tag had come off (which i has replaced back in the pocket so they could have it to scan or whatever they do when making a return.) He states the whole interaction was extremely unpleasant. Healthcare providers: take your business elsewhere. These people do not care about you having comfortable, well fitting clothing to wear at work. They won't take items back according to their return policy if something doesn't fit. Furthermore, they will not treat you as a customer, but rather an annoyance. I have never seen my boyfriend this upset over a customer service interaction. And I now have no pants that fit me to wear for my next two shifts. read more

I always come here for scrubs. Had a great experience with Lucy! She made me feel like VIP during nurse's week:)

Fastest trip in a store I've ever had. I am a plus size female and scrub sizes range from 3X - 6X for me. The two women working were extremely kind and I explained my size range and that I wanted to try men's and women's, and they split up and one went to women's, the other went to men's and 3 minutes after walking into the store I had 6 tops to try on and they brought 2 more on top of that for me to try on. The fitting room was nice and spacious and I was able to bend over, squat, and sit down and see how the tops felt. I came out with two winners and was able to order more for them to ship to my house! Very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. This is about an hour from my house, but it was worth it, and I'll probably be back in a few months to see what else they have to offer. read more

This store has a great selection of scrubs! I went in looking for navy blue scrub pants and had no idea that there were so many different styles to choose from! Being someone who doesn't enjoy shopping it was a little overwhelming but Lucy helped me every step of the way to find out which style and sizes I needed! She made the process very easy and she was really friendly and helpful! I will be buying my scrubs from here from now on! read more

Fantastic customer service! I was promptly greeted as I entered thru the front door. I was directed to the mens scrub area and told about the different brands and price points of each that was extremely helpful. Found what I was looking for and shopping experience was short and sweet. read more

First time at their store and the employee that helped me was so nice. I was really taken back by how helpful their staff was. I will definitely be coming back and shopping for my scrubs there from now on. Great selection too read more

ZERO STARS HORRIBLE ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been dealing with them since April (3 MONTHS!) repeating the same issue over and over and over again. Point blank ALL STORES are CLOSED due to COVID and Shelter In Place therefore I was told by MULTIPLE PEOPLE I would have the shipping return fee waived. Ok, because I was told this I decide to return the items through mail service. I CANNOT RETURN ITEMS IN STORE BECAUSE THEY ARE CLOSED!!!! So it is not my fault that the only way to return my online ordered items is through mail service. However they want to lie to me! Ignore me! Charge me shipping fee for the return although it is not my fault the store is closed!!!!!!! read more

Great selection of scrubs especially men's scrubs and very helpful employee. Which shop here again for sure

On Aug 20, 2015 I ordered 2 pair of small scrub pants for work. They said they would call me when the pants came in. On Sept 12, 2015 I called to ask about the pants and the girl said, well it takes at least 2 weeks so give it more time. I went on vacation 2 days later and when I got back I called again. It's now Oct 1, 2015 and they said they don't have them. I already paid for these pants on Aug 20th. They said I will have to wait another week while they find some pants from another store. I didn't get an apology, they did try to find me pants but I'm sure that's just because I already paid for them and have a receipt. I am more than disappointed in this store. I think I have been patient enough. read more

Designed for CNAs, Caregivers, and LVNs. Best place to go if you're one of the above!

Lucy, Store Manager, was very professional, polite, patient, attentive and provided great feedback and knowledge of scrubs in stock over the phone with me! read more

I came in today in search of a new lab coat. The customer service was so warm, personal and friendly I thought maybe I was in a time portal and landed in a mom and pop shop in the 1950's. I wish I had gotten the name of the employee who helped me. I had just come from another store where I searched through a confusing array of jumbled lab coats that weren't what I was looking for and when asked for help I was told "whatever we have is out there" and that was it. The lady who helped me today took a moment to figure out my size and showed me my options and I found the perfect coat. It was so refreshing to have personal help in this day and age. Thank you! read more

This store is aweful. Unfortunately the only place I can get my scrubs due to work. Every time I go they don't have stock despite they are the sole provider to Sutter. Their customer service is terrible. They even bad mouth a customer who left the store because she didn't wait for their help. If you can choose where to buy your uniforms don't come here. read more

I've never had an issue with this store or their customer service. They're Always really helpful, even with my returns and exchanges. I usually do all my shopping online with scrubs & Beyond and in the last year finally figured out I can just come here. They also have a great selection of scrubs, just need more undershirt sizes. read more

Beware. Just too many reasons. Just beware and stay calm. Their inefficiency will drive you insane.

We have special order scrubs jackets etc. for our hospital... Terrible turn around time, multiple employees have not received items they have purchased. If you can't buy it that day don't order it you'll never get it! Normally it will take already a month if not two before you actually receive it, if you do. I've called already 5 times to be told it'll be here tomorrow (5 times over 2 weeks)... 2 weeks later told again it'll be here tomorrow. Actually one of the times I was told they had 400 orders delivered that day and they won't look through that many and to call back in 3 days... Worst customer service, you'd think if a hospital system contracts with you and your making all that money from then you'd cater to your business! read more

Carmen and Lucy were there when I went to exchange shoes and buy new pants. They had excellent customer service and helped me out. I had an issue with a pair of shoes that had started to break after wearing them less than 50 times and at 120 dollars the shoes should last longer when only worn for school especially. I called originally to get the shoe manufactures numbers but instead the manager Lucy just helped me out herself. I appreciate the staff and will continue to purchase all my goodies from them. The staff went above and beyond to help me out. read more

Great place to buy scrubs. Decent selection and very friendly staff. I ordered a few scrubs on top of the ones I carried out and it took 2 and a half weeks for them to arrive. I thought that was a little slow but I would still return. read more

This place has horrible customer service and the employees do not know their product. I purchased scrubs last year and wanted to buy new scrubs this year. I wanted the same type of scrub pants and I was told that they never sold this particular scrub pants. I replied, "I just both them a few months ago from this place, how can you not have ever sold them here?" To order anything from here takes FOREVER. They give you the run around of when the product was ordered, then shipped, then special embroidery... yada yada... I was told that the embroidery had the wrong hospital on it. Long story short.. Im still waiting. Never again will I order anything from them. I'll wait for my hospital to have a scrub sale if I'm desperate. read more

This uniform store is Absolutely Horrible, it doesn't even deserve one star!!! The worst customer service EVER!!! The employees are terrible and are NOT helpful!!! Went in today and the girl working helped me find exactly what I wanted. She actually suggested their brand compared to Cherokee and when I tried them both on, their brand fit better. They were less expensive and on sale. I will be going back for more things in the future. read more
