A couple of meals I wasn't crazy about but that was my own preference I believe. One is not going to like everything on every menu. It helps that the menu changes each week. I can just order what I've tried and liked.

The meals were not very well seasoned, but I assume it's because they have to appeal to the masses, as not everyone wants their food to have too much salt or seasonings. However, every meal we had was just bland. Because it's easier and cheaper (and probably healthier), they tend to have a lot of meals with chicken. However, every meal with chicken that we had was dry and flavorless.

Once a week, its in elk Grove at the above mentioned address. The trailer is parked along a street thus providing poor parking. It is primarily a takeout and has many different items available. The staff is very friendly and know the product well. They serve Ribs, Beef Brisket, Tri-Tip, Pull Pork, Chicken and, All Beef Hot or Mild Links. The sides are Potato Salad, Green Beans, Baked Beans, & Cole Slaw. Sims' Southern Punches looked really good! I had the ribs with potato salad and beans. Really excellent, although I did find the brown barbecue sauce to be a little strong for me. The quality of the ribs and taste really hit the spot! I had asked for a unicorn pull-apart cupcake cake before I feel like those were even really a thing yet, and she absolutely nailed it. It turned out adorable and honestly started our obsession with pull-apart cupcake cakes ever since. They're just so much easier for parties, especially with kids. Everyone can grab their own cupcake without the whole cake-cutting chaos, and I love that there are usually little mini cupcakes worked in as fillers for anyone who just wants a tiny sweet treat. Not only are the desserts cute, but everything we've ordered has always tasted fresh and delicious too, which matters just as much to me as how it looks. One thing I really appreciate is how creative they are with custom orders. I've gone in with ideas before and somehow they always make them come to life even better than I pictured.
