If I could give them 10 stars I would. I come to this location often all the girls (female presenting staff) are AMAZING! So friendly so conversational. Today though MAN what a well oiled machine. 5 ladies behind the counter orders printing like crazy. They're BUSTING their tails. Still smiling so organized. Genuinely so impressed with them. No upset guest even the door dashers. There was 1 order with over 15 sandwiches. Crazy in here.AND THEN there was a service tech talking to the shift lead while she busted out the slicer I was like "stahppp you're gonna throw off her groove!" Team work off the charts. UPPER MANAGEMENT TREAT THESE GIRLS TO SOME LUNCH. THEY'RE FANTASTIC!

#13 The Original Italian in a Bowl

I'm a big fan of Jersey Mike's, but it's been a while since I visited. My friend and I came in last night to grab some dinner before going to see a movie. This location is off Marconi Ave by Jamba Juice and Trader Joe's. I ordered The Original Italian, but as a salad. It was a massive salad and definitely seemed more filling than a sandwich. I got it Mike's Way (no olive oil) and also added pickles, banana peppers and hot pepper relish -- it was chef's kiss. The inside wasn't the cleanest, but there were a few tables to sit at. Staff were very friendly and did a great job building our orders. I'll definitely be back!

First time trying this sub sandwich spot and I am very happy to report... My lunch was delicious! I ordered a regular #17 Mike's Famous Philly substituted American cheese with Provolone and add it jalapeños. All of the ingredients on the sandwich were fresh. And don't forget to grab yourself a few of the chocolate chip cookies as they are fantastic! The Services was exceptional, greeted by friendly and courteous staff. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was lively. Overall, my experience was good and I would eat here again. Share your thoughts.

It was my very first time at Jersey Mike's subs trying their sandwich. I ordered Parmesan bread chicken bacon sandwich. Staff were courteous and friendly. I really like the interior setup of this place. Felt kind of relieved to be inside especially in this summer. I didn't have to wait for long to have my order ready. But I gotta admit the sandwich was surprisingly delicious.

Turkey, bacon and provolone sandwich

I was looking for a place to grab a quick lunch and found Jersey mikes. When I entered the restaurant I was greeted by the staff. The staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered a six inch turkey, bacon, avocado and Swiss cheese sandwich on a cheese bread. The sandwich was delicious and the flavors went well together. The bread was soft and the meats were fresh. The ambiance is a customer friendly vibe. A great place to get a sandwich and reasonable price.

Our order and time stamp

Everyone working at 1:50pm Thursday September 25, please give yourselves a hand because we were having the WORST DAY. And y'all made us so happy and the food was amazing. Our time in there was short, but everyone working was so kind and they were all smiling and laughing with each other, we so appreciated it. It was a great atmosphere in there! Thank you guys!

Turkey provolone - mini

The service here was great, friendly and the sandwich was tasty. I love the fresh deli meat and how thin it is. We ate here for lunch, it could use a little cleaning but overall it was fine. I had a mini turkey provolone and it was just enough. We enjoyed our lunch.

#5 The Super Sub... A little past dated lettuce, and thinly sliced tomatoes
Richard H.

Here is my two cents on the food and a little bit of chatter. I ordered it through Grubhub. It arrived cold as stated and a quickly matter. My driver with professional and nice. Haven't been to a Jersey Mikes for a long long time.... I was hungry and lazy to make a meal. So I got the Jersey Mike's Super subs sandwich. The Super Sub is 14 inches long with pretty much everything on it and of course you can add or subtract additional item.... The one thing I was impressed with it was the Long Sandwich being 14 inches. But they slice it up into four sections to make it much easier to eat. The best thing I like was the bread it was very fresh and tasty. Two things I did not like was the were tomatoes being very thin, almost paperthin. And the other item as you can look in my photograph, was that the lettuce was not as fresh as it should be. But I understand that you cannot always throw everything away...... Anyway, overall, I was a happy trooper with his food and the delivery Overall I was impressed and I thought the sandwich was delicious. It's actually enough to have two meals one for lunch and one for supper. I will definitely give them a try.

Jennifer C.

How a sandwich that looks like this and they are charging $18 for a large one, is insane! There's hardly anything on this thing.. Been coming to this location for years as I work right down the street but the last couple of times we have got sandwiches from here, its been less than the usual up to par sandwich from Jersey Mikes.. No chance to really look at how its being made when you have it delivered so best choice is just to skip it all together if this is what we are going to get... Giving 3 stars only because most of the employees are very friendly on the days we do go in to the store..

Where they really shine (and honestly they shine in many areas) is with their deli and meat counters. Do yourself a favor and try a sandwich- they are so good. I recommend the Corti Special, but they have something for every taste. The deli area typically has a wait, but it's worth it for the selection of cheeses, meats, prepared items, sausages and olives available. We love trying new items and this is our regular spot to pick up deli meats and cheeses. We also like their polish sausages and I love their olive selection. They do have their specials clipping posted and we also like to try new things that are on special. The staff here is friendly and efficient and they'll ask you if the slice sizing is correct and even let you have a taste. The meat counter has a separate area/number to take but they have a variety of cuts and marinated options along with seafood options. The butchers are always so friendly and are happy to answer any questions you have. We recently learned they make some interesting sausages and fell in love with their corned beef sausage that is like corned beef hash in a sausage form. They bring in a lot of seasonal and local produce and the produce section is always impressive. They also have a great beer selection with some options that are hard to find in the area as well as local highlights. Honestly this store is just fun to explore and it's such a great asset to our community.

I ordered online with a few modifications I added in the special instructions box on the order page. I asked for extra lettuce, lettuce amount was meager. Asked for double pepper and light salt, neither were added. Asked for pepperchinis and jalepenos, extra mayo, sprouts and none of that was added. In addition the turkey was a bit light at 3 slices. I would tey them again but it would need to be in person so I can actually watch the sandwich being made to assure it is correct. However, the staff was super nice and store was bright and clean. Really wanted to go 5 stars...maybe next time.

I got the text that my sandwich was ready at the same time that they called my name. The sandwich was very good. I liked their aïoli and the vinaigrette, you could tell that they were good quality, meats, and the veggies were very fresh. They were very generous with the fillings. I had it on sourdough, and it was a very good quality sourdough as well. I ordered a small sandwich, and it was enough to fill me up. For what I got, the price was extremely reasonable. A 10/10 Birthday Lunch Experience!…read more Today was my birthday, and my coworkers wanted to treat me to lunch. I was craving a GOOD sandwich, and I had heard so many great things about Roxie Deli & BBQ that I finally decided to give it a try. It was only 7-8 minutes from our job site, so we made our way over! First of all, the moment you step out of your car, you can smell the smoker. The tri-tip, the brisket, EVERYTHING! The smell instantly reminded me of Mexico, especially that wood-burning smell. If you know, you KNOW! When we walked in, it was pretty slow, but the employees were so welcoming. We asked about the specials, and I ordered the brisket sandwich, one coworker got the tri-tip, and the other ordered a Roxie special. The owner was incredibly sweet and welcoming, too! He accidentally gave me a tri-tip sandwich instead of the brisket, but it was an honest mistake, and he corrected it right away. We're all human, and mistakes happen! I appreciated how quickly he fixed it. We took our food outside, sat down, and took our first bites. OMG. WHEN I TELL YOU THAT SANDWICH HIT THE SPOT!!! The flavor, the cheese, the grease, the fat... EVERYTHING was just perfect. It was exactly what I was craving, and I enjoyed every single bite! Another sweet surprise was running into my husband's cousin, Alex, who I had no idea worked there! It was so nice seeing him. He was super friendly, social, and sweet to all the customers. You can really appreciate when people make you feel welcome, whether you're a regular or visiting for the first time. Overall, this experience was a 10/10! Roxie Deli & BBQ made my birthday lunch extra special, and I couldn't have asked for a better sandwich or a better experience. My coworkers and I will DEFINITELY be back, and we'll absolutely be recommending this place to others. Great food, welcoming people, and that smoky BBQ smell? Such a joy! So a local food reviewer on IG recently did this thing online where he visited many local Banh Mi…read moreshops in Sacramento and of course he ranked them. Well he ranked this one very high, in fact it was his number one-so I had to check it out. The shop is located on Arden Way at a small little nondescript strip mall but they do have plenty of parking,so no issue there. Walking up to the shop they do have a few tables on an outside patio for customers to enjoy. Inside the shop it's very clean with a familiar color scheme-thinking In-N-Out/Five Guys. It's very nice in there. The two workers inside were very efficient, the cashier was overly friendly and welcoming and the other, the sandwich maker, was just quietly grinding out sandwiches the entire time-I appreciated that. They have pretty good menu options but I kind of just went traditional with my lunch order. I ordered a crispy pork banh mi.(10.95) I also ordered both the pork and shrimp spring rolls($4.00 x 2 )to try. It wasn't super busy during this lunchtime so I got my order pretty fast, probably under 12 minutes I would say. Let's talk about the food. I always tell people if I had a personal chef,I would have them make me spring rolls every day for my afternoon snack-I love them so much,so I had high hopes for these. The meat on the pork spring rolls was pretty hearty and kind of took over the spring roll but it was still pretty tasty. The shrimp spring rolls though were a standout, the natural taste of the shrimp along with the other fresh ingredients made the shrimp version stand out. I'm relatively new to the world of Banh Mi but in a very short time I feel like I'm all in and have tried more than a few places and definitely have my favorites, when it comes to bread selections and fillings, but I'm still figuring out my palate in the vast banh mi world. That being said-I really loved this banh mi. It was put together so well, pork was well seasoned and crispy,a nice amount of fresh, snappy, yummy veggies and the bread tasted very fresh. I won't say it's my favorite banh mi, because my number #1 spot is pretty locked up but I really enjoyed the sandwich here. This place is so close to my work,I can easily see it becoming my "Go-To" spot for banh mi. I 100% recommend this shop.

It was packed with flavor, and I would definitely come back again! But the price of the sandwich? Absolutely ridiculous. Hey, by all means, as a business owner, you have every right to set your own prices. You know your worth, and I respect that! But if I had to choose between eating here or going to my regular spots, Đức Hương or Hương Lan, I'd choose them over this place simply because of the pricing. So why 4 out of 5 stars? 1. Pricing: The bánh mì is way more expensive than what I'm used to paying, especially when there are other great Vietnamese sandwich shops offering delicious food at a more reasonable price. 2. Food quality and flavor: I have to give credit where it's due! The food was genuinely delicious, and I can see what sets this place apart from other bánh mì shops. The flavor profile was unique, well-balanced, and definitely memorable. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and wouldn't mind coming back! I just wish the pricing was a little more reasonable. It's hard to justify paying that much for a bánh mì when I know I can get something just as satisfying elsewhere for less.

It's kinda weird to have it on a cheesesteak, I'm not sure how I feel about it. You may want to try it on the side and have half plain and half with to see if you have a preference. I think it just kinda adds moisture due to the oiliness. I wanna try their nacho cheese CS next time, looks extra cheesy. Krinkle fries were fine, I got a good amount for takeout. And at least they have "normal" hours, so I can get dinner there at a normal hour, unlike my old spot. Closed Mondays.

I was promptly greeted when I walked in. Pretty sure the owners were working, but I failed to ask. I placed my order and sat at a table to wait. My food was ready within a few minutes and I took my Nacho Steak Sandwich and fries home. My sandwich and fries were great, and I devoured my meal. Great food, affordable prices, and friendly folks. I'll definitely be back.

My to-go order is the Hornet on a Dutch crunch roll with everything on it except mustard. Make it a combo with chips and a drink, and you'll have an incredible lunch. The ambiance is different from other sandwich spots in midtown. The chairs and tables are older and worn, and it's small inside, but it's also inside an old house that was converted into a restaurant. That alone makes this place unique. People hang out inside or outside with friends and enjoy the vibes. There's a real sense of community that the Sandwich Spot brings along with uniquely crafted sandwiches. All of the sandwiches are named after people or landmarks in Sacramento. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and will help you with recommendations if you're not sure which sandwich to get. It honestly feels like you're in the company of good friends. The staff joke around and seem to enjoy their job and working together. You won't be disappointed by trying the Sandwich Spot during your next lunch break or on the weekend, hanging out with a friend.

The restaurant is in a really cool old Victorian house, and the staff were super friendly. The interior was clean and looked like a nice place to dine in, but I ended up taking my order to go. I ordered the #19 with turkey, prosciutto, avocado, and swiss on a dutch crunch roll. The bread had just gone into the oven, so we had to wait about 10 minutes, but I can't complain because it was baked fresh to order. Overall, I thought the sandwich was very good, but honestly not quite as amazing as people online had made it out to be. It was definitely good, but I don't know if I'd be dying to go back when I think Ike's, Mr. Pickle's, Corti Bros, and maybe even Nugget or Sprouts make more interesting sandwiches. To me, those places use slightly higher quality ingredients as well, though maybe I just didn't order the best sandwich here. Overall, it was a good sandwich and a good experience. My expectations were probably just a little too high. I wouldn't be dying to come back but also wouldn't say no if someone wanted to go there for lunch.
