I was ordering my sandwich when it was my turn from the young man who just finished 6 sandwiches ahead of me. This Indian woman appeared behind the counter complaining about the guys station. He had just completed 6 subs and we were talking about my order. She had no respect for me or for the gentleman who was speaking with me. I felt so disrespected after I said something to her and she didn't apologize so I walked out. In this economy I generally bring my lunch to save money. I was treating myself by going into your store. I don't tolerate being disrespected and I won't be back. In the past I have worked in retail and restaurants. Such a bad experience went there Friday I'm a customer who frequencies establishment they were shorthanded, but not one person acknowledge me. I had to go back three times into the store. They looked at me and didn't say anything nor did they say anything to the other customers so when you're working a customer service, a little communication goes along way all one person had to do is look up and say We're running behind but will be right with you. Ordered 5 regular sandwichs online. Pick up time was 5:58pm. Arrived 3 people working, only 1 person ordering a sandwich. The 3 guys working moving slow as molasses. Didn't get my order until 6:25. Got home sandwichs didn't taste good. No flavor, no salt n pepper. No produce on turkey avocado sandwich. Sandwichs were not worth the money paid. Horrible customer service and slow. Not organized. I'm a little late to the Jersey Mike's show, but now that I'm here, I'm telling you that this is a quality place to grab a sandwich! I recently tried Jersey Mike's after looking for a lunch spot near work, I settled here. I was really impressed at the quality of the sandwich, the service and fair pricing. I went during peak lunch hours but placed my order online prior to going and when I got there, my food was ready to go. A staff member noticed me as I walked in and help me fast. The florin location is very much as sandwich shop as it gets. It smells like fresh produce and bread and the hunger bug will hit you. I've been able to try a few subs now and They've all been impressive. I'm pro cold-cut so I've really stuck with that but I can see myself getting something hot soon. My favorite sub so far has been the 'Club sub' and please do yourself a favor and get the rosemary parmesan bread. Jersey Mike's lives up to the slogan, A sub above! read more

And they're charging for cups as they said "they ran out of water cups so we have to use these and charger as our manager says" water is free everywhere. So I had to "pay for the cup" to get a water. Poor time management and customer service at this location. From the time we entered until we got our sandwiches it took 30 minutes. There was no greeting, no one at the register to ring us up. The line of sandwiches was unorganized between in store orders and online. They had to ask who ordered what. The food itself was good but the lack of customer service left a poor impression. read more

This shop was amazing! As you walked in you seen the Jersey Mike mural in the back of the register. I liked how they tried to make like an old fashioned sandwich shop. Yesterday 3/17/25 at 8:54 pm myself and my two special needs children went into the store to get a sandwich. The sign said OPEN... there was a black girl sweeping behind the counter. She looked at us and rolled her eyes. It didn't bother me. Maybe she was tired and I can understand that. She then proceeded to say that the grill was cleaned and shut down with a lot of attitude letting me know that hot food was not going to happen. No problem I wanted a cold sandwich anyway. I momentarily stared at the menu as my children waited at the table and I ordered an Italian sandwich. She told me that I had to wait until she finished sweeping the floor. No problem. I then sat at a separate table from the kids and looked at my phone. At 8:58 she said "we are closing and I already wrapped up that meat!" I had to just stare at her for a minute because she could've said that in the beginning. But now here we are. It irritated me but I got my kids and headed to the door. Then she said from behind me "I DONT KNOW WHY YOU CAME IN HERE ANYWAY!" I immediately said "Because the SIGN SAYS OPEN! If you don't want people coming in here then turn the sign off!" We argued back and forth and I told her she never had to say anything to me at all. She could've just let me leave! Then she told me to go to Subways! I let her know that I was going to report her behavior and she said she did not care. I did get her pictures and going to report her nasty attitude to her boss. The #8 Club Sub is a great sandwich choice for someone who's on the cusp of starving, but isn't in the mood for something heavy. It comes with provolone cheese, applewood smoked bacon, ham and raised without antibiotics turkey, and mayo. "Mike's way" is basically the default topping choices that the sandwich comes with: onions, lettuce, tomato, vinegar, oil, oregano, and salt. I tried this sandwich on the Rosemary Parmesan bread and added avocado. It was so delicious and it totally hit the spot for me! I would definitely order it like this again, but I'd add extra bacon. The crunch of the bacon is a fun complimentary texture to the softer parts of the sandwich. It may be key to note that I ordered my sandwich for delivery through Doordash. I got it about 30-40 mins after I put my order in. The sandwich experienced a little bit of extra marinating in it's own deliciousness and was only partially soggy. But not like the gross "oh jeez the breads falling apart" kind of sad soggy. (That's when I looked inside the bag and thanked the Food Gods for whoever gave me a nice stack of napkins ). Needless to say, the bread is great quality! It tasted like it had just been freshly baked! This is honestly a quality sandwich that would probably cost about the same, if not a little more than its competitors. I appreciate the sandwich artist that made my dinner. Happy eating! read more

Normally I love this location. People are always nice and service is good- almost as good as their amazing food! However, I had a large meeting to get food for and I had ordered the food in the morning around 11am and paid ahead of time. I called and stated that I would be needing my order by 3pm for pick up. When I got to the restaurant they hadn't even started my order. No apologies or explanation other than to say that they are new employees. Needless to say I had to wait for my food or my meeting would have no dinner. I was 20 minutes late to my meeting which was a 40 minute drive from this Jersey Mike's location. Ive visited this Jersey Mikes a couple of times, and my visit today, 1/21/24, at noon, prompted me to leave this review. I had the best experience from the employees. The young man making the sandwiches was so professional. He was around 5'5-5'7 with dreadlocks. He was courteous, continuously cleaned his working area, continuously washed his hands and changed his gloves as he prepared the separate orders, extremely professional, thorough, and from what I witnessed, an exceptional employee.
