You go up to the counter to tell the waitress that you're there and then she told us to take any seat and brought us menus later. There's a secret menu with the QR code to get other items to order. I start out with a hot chocolate with no whip cream and they used a frother so that was nice. So after looking over the menu we finally ordered my wife got the waffles and then she added soft scrambled eggs and hash browns. The waffle came out cold or not cold actually warm the eggs were overcooked and definitely the hash browns were burned. I ordered the kitchen sink with steak and I asked her to do it medium rare the kitchen sink was really good and the steak was cooked perfectly I really liked it. I also got an order of french toast but it came out and it wasn't warm it was only warm but the fruit was really fresh it had didn't lacked flavor We were very disappointed since we saw this on the internet and thought it was going to be really good. The couple behind us had chickens and waffle and their waffle wasn't cooked thoroughly and the chicken was raw and she thought it was frozen so they returned their food I didn't bother returning any of our items I later heard from the waitress that the restaurant was closing. It was all too loud and the singers were not in tune all the time. It made the enjoyment of the night less and we had trouble hearing each other. I wouldn't have given them a 3.5 without the music or regular background music. Last thing, I cringed when I saw Italian dishes having cheddar cheese listed as an ingredient in it. However, given how cleanly cooked what I had was and how much care they tried to put into it I would come back and try it on another night. I'm not sure if we will go back but if we do it would be on a non music night.

My oxtails were still fairly tender but quite as much as before and the flavors were a little muted compared to before. The deviled eggs were a bit of a letdown too, pretty dry although the bacon was on point. The place is super clean and you couldn't tell they've been in business as long as they have so that's a plus. Service was pretty good especially considering the party size that came.
