Amazing brunch spot it's super cute inside The space is a bit on the small side but very cozy! Parking is street parking where you can find a spot there are plenty lining the streets I loved the decoration that came with the food everything looked like it just came out of a fairy garden almost too cute to eat. Although their mixed drink flights are the real stars You can choose from a variety of flavors for a mini taste

Mediocre at best. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. Ube French Toast - 3/5 nothing special. Barely got the taste of ube. The server advised that the waffles have more ube flavor however they are sweeter. For the sake of calories I chose the French toast. Just because you dye something purple doesn't mean it's ube. The purple topping just tasted like cream cheese. Cornbread Mac and Cheese Brisket Bowl - 3/5 Mac and cheese was not bad. However it wasn't gooey. It also came cold like the plate was sitting out for a while. Brisket was fairly dry. Corn bread dry as hell too. Best part was the crispy onions on top. Service was mid but they are pretty busy during weekend lunch time so I'll give them some grace. I will not be returning. Sure it's aesthetically pleasing but not worth your money.

My friend was visiting me in sac and was looking for a brunch spot. We came across kitchen 15, and I was intrigued by the ube waffles that I saw on the reviews, so I had to make a stop. We came on a Thursday morning, so there was plenty of metered parking in the front, which was nice! You are seated by our waiter Jacob, where you can then order at your table. The menu is simple but loaded with great options. Obviously, i went with the ube waffles which were SO AMAZING, SO GOOD! My friend ordered a burrito which was huge, and we both got drinks (mimosa & bellini). Jacob was great, it was really chill but of course this was probably because it was a Thursday morning. But I will definitely be back to try their other food options!

This place was AMAZING. We flew in from Las Vegas and Kitchen 15 was a short drive away from the airport. I will go here every time after a flight. Every dish we ordered was so delicious, we ate everything and left no crumbs. Ask the server for what's good there bc the ube waffles and cajun pasta were not on the menu but those dishes were so tasty. I don't even like sweets, but I ate that whole plate of ube waffles it was perfect. The kitchen sink, you think you can get fried rice anywhere but they made it perfect down to the fluffy moist scrambled eggs to the nicely salted spam n soy sauce flavor. So glad we went here!!

We went on a Saturday for lunch and it was BUSY. We waited about an hour so I highly recommend getting on the waitlist on Yelp asap just in case. Once we got seated the service was pretty quick which was nice. They also take pics of you and offer to frame it if you want to buy it which was a cute & fun lil touch. The food was okay but nothing really amazed us. I got the loco moco with fried rice and all you could pretty much taste is the spam lol My friend said the chicken and waffles were really dry and the waffles were just okay. We did enjoy the margarita flight tho. Our fave was the mango and plum flavor for suree

As soon as you walk in, the amazing food smell hits. The staff that greeted us were very friendly at checkin. We had a 40 minute wait for 3 people and we requested to sit inside. It was close enough to walk around the farmers market while we waited for our text. We came back early and we ordered drinks while we waited. The huckleberry mimosa was my favorite! When we were seated we had about 10 minutes to look through the menu before placing our orders. Scan the QR code in the menu for more options! The food was a big portion and tasted DELICIOUS. It came out pretty quick and fresh. The mimosa flight was 4 pre-determined flavors and all 4 were good. The drinks were great and gave us a buzz. The service was amazing and all of the staff were so friendly. The only negative is their bathroom. It's like an up-scale gas station bathroom at best.

For starters, this location is very popular so definitely make a reservation if you can and if you can't don't even bother unless you're willing to wait 50 minutes for shitty ass service The food was whatever a lot of it was uncooked. It was hard. It was tasteless and clearly the waiters did not listen when you ask for things to not be on your entrées. The ambience was OK. It was very decent inside. Very crowded . In all honesty, I think based on yelp reviews, what drives this place for people to come is their margarita flights the food was trash. The service was OK. It wasn't the best. It could have been much better.

It was a lovely Tuesday afternoon, so we sat outside. The lightning was perfect for my photos. I wanted to try the drink flights but I was driving that day so I couldn't get anything to drink. Our server did say they could make a mocktail flight instead which was perfect just to feel like I was drinking. I had in mind the kitchen sink but when I saw that sliders were available I opted for that instead and my friend got the kitchen sink and we pretty much shared everything for the two of us. The food was delicious and the mocktails were too!! I would like to return to try the mocktails with alcohol next time When checking out be sure to look at the receipt, I believe they showed it on a device so keep in mind because we were over charged with another flight with alcohol when we only got a mocktail flight. They did correct it but just so you won't be taken advantage of for a simple mistake. Our server said she accidentally put a charge of that because the table next to use ordered it after seeing what I got and she just forgot to take it off. To use the bathroom, ask at the counter for their key and it will be out the back to the right outside. Be sure to lock your door because they have another bathroom and you never know if another customer might use the other key on the same bathroom door. Then return the Kay back at counter Parking is street parking and a parking lot walking distance There was a cat at the window next door to them so please be kind because the lady inside had told us a few people would bang on the window and scare her cat. We are cat people and her cat knew we would be sweet to her and meowed which made her owner come check and that's how we found out.

Kitchen15 lived up to hype I heard around town! From the drinks to the food and the secret menu everything was great!! Cute hole in the wall brunch spot with casual dining. There is indoor seating and outdoor as well. Order the southern breakfast off the secret menu! You will not be disappointed!! The yummy grits and cheesy mash and cheese paired so well with the fluffy waffles and crispy fried chicken! The breakfast sandwich on buttery brioche bun was stuffed with eggs and i swapped out bacon for turkey apple sausage which gave it a semi sweet taste! The Cajun pasta also on the secret menu was the perfect combination of creamy and sweet! This place does not skimp out on the protein portion!! There was plenty of food left to take home! I would have to note that after we placed our orders it did take a very long time for our food to come out and after eating I realized that this is due to the fact that everything is made fresh! Our waitress was also very friendly and attentive!

The service was a 10/10 the waitress was so nice and attentive. The music was only playing on one side of the restaurant. However, that place needs to be cleaned properly. There was dust and dirt and Cobb webs everywhere. I did not like that. I did order some the fish and grits. The grits were so cold. I took the fish off and asked for them to just be heated it. However, they came back again very cold. My friend order the same thing but with sausage and it was super cold. The drinks were good. The whiskey flight was overly sweet. I did order some extra shots to help balance it out.

Overall, if you're coming here for pictures of food and drinks it is the perfect place, but if you're looking for delicious, tasty food, you're better elsewhere. I am sad to say that I will not be coming back. Food: (3/5) French Toast ($15) - The French toast did not taste like French toast but rather bread dipped in eggs. The bread was quite hard, it was definitely not brioche bread, and it lacked the cinnamon flavor. It's great for those who do not like sweets because even the maple syrup is not sweet at all and very thick. (3/5) Breakfast Sandwich ($16) - My friend got the breakfast sandwich and was ultimately disappointed. The eggs were extremely bland, she wished they had provided a side of salt and pepper. The bacon tasted stale, not crispy at all. The only good part of her meal was the hashbrown. (4/5) Hashbrown ($4) - Delicious and perfectly crispy. However, it was nothing extraordinary. Drinks: (4/5) Margarita Flight ($27) - I did the margarita flights with chamoy and tajin. The drinks were good, though the flavor profiles of each drink did not taste extremely different. The pink and blue tasted the same, the yellow one tasted like mangos, and the purple one had a hint of dragonfruit. If you do not like the taste of alcohol, you will enjoy this. Though be warned, the drinks are not that big, don't be deceived by the photos, it's similar to the size of a shooter. Perfect for one if you want to be buzzed. Service & Ambiance: (3/5) It was extremely busy when I got there with not enough servers. So our server checked on us once after serving us the food and before handing us the check. Be warned, they charged a 15% service fee on all tabs, I was only a party of two. Also, make sure you waitlist or get reservations beforehand as they get very busy. We had to wait 1 hour for a table. The restroom is located outside and you need a key to access it.

*This review is for takeout only* I would like to dine in one day since the few times I've been here for take out, there's always a good amount of people enjoying their meal. I get the gumbo to go for a good deal through too good to go app and it's great each time. It's great for 1 serving and a good way to try out the food/menu. The gumbo is decent. There's chicken, shrimp and sliced hot links in it and comes with rice. Service is decent as well. Everyone is always nice when I walk in. I will say the wait for to go can be a bit long. Each time I've gone, it takes 15+ minutes to get the item. I was there today and I believe it was the bartender (bald Latino guy, sorry, didn't get his name), offered me a free drink since I waited so long, but I just opted for water. Again, great service. The restaurant itself has a lot of seating and indoor and outdoor seating. Most of the tables inside were filled and everyone was enjoying their meal. I'll try to come back for dine in since I would like to try more of their menu a d the breakfast items.

Food was excellent, the meal was on the pricey side BUT you have to pay heavy for top quality, SO IT WAS WELL WORTH IT, the customer service was wonderful, there was a photographer walking around asking to take your picture and she's takes 4 pictures and frames them for you and they are $20 each, me and my wife bought one, the managers was walking around checking on people, the waitress was on point with refills and asking us if we needed anything, and more importantly we didn't feel rushed at all, like some restaurants so that, I had the chicken & waffles and the henny mimosa, my wife had the shrimps and grits and added in catfish, the food was amazing, that was a good experience we will for sure be coming back Food: 10/10 Service 10/10 Tip: $20 Will I return: OR COURSE

I remember from the video they said this was considered a "bartenders bar",the kind of spot that that bartenders and workers in the industry would hangout after their shifts-I liked the sound of that. Walking up to where I thought the bar was located,it was kinda funny because it was just an innocent looking blue door with the words "Cocktail" along the side-doesn't look like much at all,I'd imagine I've walked by this place many times without thinking of ever going in-that was changing this time. When I walked in I 100% knew I was stumbling upon something special-it was a tiny place but it was overflowing with energy, not many booths in this bar and it may be the smallest bar I've ever been to but it felt special.Looking at the clientele I felt like I was with my people,it was so cool in there. This is the kind of place I would take my wife and any of my friends before a special night out and be it a dinner or a concert or a production at Safe Performing Arts Center and feel like it would set the right vibe for the night. In closing,if you ever find yourself in the Ice Blocks part of midtown and want to experience an awesome bar that feels very unique-head on down to Frank and have a drink or two-you won't regret it-I think I may have found my new favorite bar in all of Sacramento. The restaurant is quite small inside with very limited seating, but the outdoor patio is beautiful. Be ready to likely sit outside, but enjoy the atmosphere. We started with the mezcal old fashioned and the cucumber jalapeño margarita. The mezcal old fashioned was a delicious smoky twist on the classic cocktail. The cucumber jalapeño margarita was refreshing, though a little sweeter than I expected and missing the spicy kick I was hoping for. The guacamole was fresh and tasty, but the portion was quite small and barely enough for two people in my opinion. The salsa was also small but it was absolutely phenomenal. The chicken tacos were excellent, with tender chicken that was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. The enmoladas were also fantastic and are a great way to sample Oaxaca's three unique mole sauces, each with its own distinct character. One thing to note is that the chicken filling is intentionally prepared very simply in traditional Oaxacan cuisine so that the mole remains the star of the dish. If you prefer heavily seasoned meat, this dish may be milder than what you are used to. Overall, everything we tried was delicious and offered a wonderful taste of authentic Oaxacan flavors. Our meal for two included one cocktail each, chips and guacamole, three chicken tacos, and three enmoladas, and came to about $100 with tip.

I have very mixed feeling about this place. I wanted to like it more... and if half stars are…read moreallowed, I'd give it 3.5 stars instead of 4... but I'll round up. NOT THE FOOD: - no parking lot; only street parking. I went for a very early dinner (a little before 5p) so no problem with parking. Street parking was free as well (not metered). - the decor inside is very nice and in keeping with the type of food that's served. yay. - the inside seating area is fairly small... there's only 4 or so 4-top tables & a bar that seats 8 or so? There seems to be a lot more seating outside though. - Our server was nice and patient as we took some time to look over the menu. SORT OF ABOUT THE FOOD: - They have a happy hour menu Mon-Fri 3p-6p; check out the other Yelp pics bc I didn't snap a pic myself. - The entrees don't come with rice & beans nor anything else. what you see on the menu is what you get. as such, the entrees are not terribly filling. they really should just slop on some rice & beans so they can be sure that you leave feeling full. THE FOOD AND DRINK: - Classic Mezcal Margarita: this was a fine, properly made cocktail. None of that nasty "margarita mix" here. $9 on happy hour. woo! - Guacamole: umm.. disappointing... rather bland; though, not diluted with sour cream or anything like that.. just kinda tasted like mashed up avocados.. there was a sprinkling of some red powder on top that I couldn't taste.. I didn't taste teh mint, basil, nor jalapeno that's described on the menu. It also came out refrigerator-cold, so that kinda muted the flavors as well. But I let it sit out throughout my meal to try it after it had "warmed" up a bit, but alas... still bland.. it was served with some salsa as well, which was quite nice. - Enmoladas: this is a trio of chicken enchiladas with each of their 3 moles: red, yellow, and black. The red and black mole were great; the yellow was kinda bland (at least, in comparison). Unfortunately, the chicken in my enchiladas was super bland. It tasted like there was zero seasoning & that they just poached it? And, the pieces of chicken were pretty thick too, which accentuated the blandness... so, I kinda mashed it up as I went along so I could get that delicious mole flavor mixed in with the chicken. - Tlayuda: this is kinda like tostada. it was okay. not great; not terrible. just fine. it ate kinda dry... like it needed some sauce... and, some spice would've been nice as well. this one will not really fill you up; it's more of an appetizer. - Kid's cheese quesadilla: this thing is pretty small; it uses the same tortillas as the tacos, so it's not very big/filling at all, but at least it comes with beans and rice. so, while I loved the margarita and the mole, there was a fair amount of disappointment along the way. perhaps, I'll stop by again if I'm in the neighborhood & would like a nice mezcal or tequila-based cocktail and a small bite to eat, but I'll think twice about having a full dinner.

We got to try the Den Old Fashioned, the Pink Pepper Club, and an espresso martini-ish drink, and yummmm. The Den Old Fashioned was really good and nicely balanced. I am not usually a fan of green chartreuse, but it is blended in a way that does not overpower the drink, which I really appreciated. The Pink Pepper Club was probably my favorite of the three. It is perfectly refreshing with that dry grapefruit profile, and it doesn't lean too sweet, which makes it super easy to sip. And the espresso martini was exactly how I like it. Not sweet, not overly milky, just clean, strong, and very drinkable. Delish. The atmosphere is also a standout. It feels like you are transported somewhere else the moment you walk in. It has a classic, old, moody vibe that makes the whole experience feel a bit more special and great date night spot. The bartenders were kind and helpful as well. Overall, everything felt intentional and well executed, and it is definitely a spot I would go back to for another round of cocktails.
