She seemed nice and knowledgeable. I'm sure she was. She met with us. Saw what kind of dog we had and said she could help us in 10 days. We gave her the money the next day, and she took our dog for boarding and training. Throughout the 10 days, she gave us videos of him. Showing very little progress. Instead of being upfront early on, she waited until the 9th day out of the 10 to tell us he wasn't where he should be, and we would need to schedule more training. She told my husband when he picked up our dog that she had a smaller dog coming so she couldn't do any training right away with our dog but that she would be willing to work with us seperatly for no charge to get him to a better point. She told me she couldn't see him for 10 days because she would be out of town when I texted her about when to schedule additional training. Contacted her over 2 weeks later trying to set up training, and she said she had a heart attack during her trip and had to schedule a surgery. So she couldn't do training. Her helper couldn't do the training because she was injured training our dog 3 weeks prior. She never told us that. Why weren't we notified that our dog allegedly injured another person while training so badly that she was not able to work for almost 3 weeks at this point.We have never seen that behavior. And why was the team not able to handle our dog with a prong collar and an electric collar. That's concerning. That would be something we should know about. Or is that another excuse not to work with us? Seems she over estimated what she could do with our dog, couldn't deliver, but wanted him out of the house without an issue and now doesn't want to help finish the job. We are out a couple grand and have been working on training our dog on our own. All we wanted was him to be able to walk on a leash in public better, be better socialized with people and dogs. All the videos showed was a person walking him back and forth in front of the house on an empty street. read more

My 11 month old German Shepherd/golden retriever mix rescue pup Judah started to have some unpredictable behaviors like running out the front door, lunging at people while walking and barking uncontrollably in the car at people on the street. She was always kind and loving with people until about 9 months and then she became more territorial with signs of aggression. After spending 10 days with Linda, Judah came back a new dog. I would never use someone that was so irresponsible with dogs. I see them frequently visit a dog park and not once have the dogs been leashed when going to and from the car.
