I found these guys on Yelp and they were really responsive with their communication and set up for the appointment. Shane came out and got to work quickly on this thing that was just caked in years worth of grilling excrement. It took him about an hour and a half of deep cleaning to get it back to where it needed to be and it turned out great!

I wanted to share an experience: I saw an ad on Next Door from Grazing Grill Cleaning. Here is my recommendation: I reached out through Next Door last week and was given a quote of $180.00 to clean my grill inside and out. Maybe a little pricey, but I agreed since it would be a nice surprise for my husband. They were scheduled to come out Monday, December 8th between 10:00am to 12:00pm. He contacted me on Sunday, December 7th with a reminder he would be out Monday, and he stated that he would give me a message when he was on his way. At 8:30am on Monday, I reached out just as a courtesy. He responded that he would be at my home between 10:00am and 12:00pm and would provide an ETA when he was leaving. At 12:30pm, I still had not heard from him, so I reached out. No response. At 2:30pm I again reached out to see if he was coming or if something had come up. As of 5:00pm today - no response. Wasted my day waiting for him. Just flagging this in case anyone else is considering using him. Not a good way to treat customers. Courtesy goes a long way. Would not recommend using this company. Hope he is okay.

Had communication prior to the appointment regarding payment. Day of, I got a message saying they would arrive between 11am and 1pm. Then another message saying closer to 1pm. 1pm came and went and no further messages were received and they never showed up. I sent a message the next day asking what happened and have yet to receive any reply. I stayed home for the appointment and didn't get the service I booked. I understand things happen but I would've appreciated being contacted.
