I found these guys on Yelp and they were really responsive with their communication and set up for the appointment. Shane came out and got to work quickly on this thing that was just caked in years worth of grilling excrement. It took him about an hour and a half of deep cleaning to get it back to where it needed to be and it turned out great!

They looked pristine to sell our home. Why do so many people wait years to do this? It's now on my list to do at least twice a year. On a side note - Dan enjoys talking so someone like my MIL who lives alone would enjoy listening and talking to him as he cleans the interior windows.

He did a great job, picked a few things up off the patio and everything looks fab!! When I asked if the price was firm, the response was "No." I cannot speak for others, however, in the 40+ years of sending quotes to clients, I would NEVER send a soft quote. I cannot imagine how this company came up with a quote without either seeing what the project will entail. It is apparent from a review by Caryn V. that Cooper State Home Improvements, this company does many things well. I simply require a painter, who can survey the scope of work and give me a firm quote, inclusive of warranty.

I don't leave negative reviews lightly, but this experience deserves one…read more I hired MST Services and dealt directly with the owner, Sam. Before hiring him, I specifically asked if he could make it after 12:00 PM. He said yes. I then asked if he could be there before 1:00 PM, and he confirmed he could. The next day he messaged saying his previous job was taking longer than expected. I completely understood that. I even told him that the exact time wasn't the issue. I simply needed the job completed sometime that day because it was important to my schedule, my home, and my family. Instead of honoring the commitment he made, he asked to move the job to the next morning. I explained that wasn't an option because I had hired him specifically because he said he could do it that day. When I told him that if he chose not to complete the job as promised, I would be leaving an honest negative review, his response was completely unprofessional. He told me to "shut up," said I was "very bad at what I do," threatened to report me for harassment, and told me to "get someone else." That kind of communication from the owner of a business is unacceptable. Everyone gets behind sometimes. Jobs run late. I understand that because I run a business too. What I don't understand is speaking to a customer that way after you fail to follow through on your own commitment. I'm a very reasonable person. If Sam had simply called, apologized, and handled this professionally, this review probably wouldn't exist. Mistakes happen. How you respond to them says everything about your business. As of today, I have screenshots of the entire conversation documenting exactly what happened. This review reflects my personal experience with this company. Until the owner takes responsibility, offers a genuine apology, and handles situations like a professional, I cannot recommend MST Services. If you're considering hiring this company, just be aware that this was my experience.
