I uprighted it, cleaned it up, put parts back where they belonged, re-installed the knobs, turned on the gas, pressed the igniter button, click click click click click, nothing. I needed an expert, and was lucky to find Robert on the internet. He returned my call within an hour or so, came out the following day, examined the grill, made a few adjustments and got everything working. However, I got a call Monday morning at 9:50am saying they would be there in 20 minutes. 50 minutes earlier than scheduled wasn't something I could accommodate for, but they thankfully pushed it out to 10:30am. However then arrived at 10:45am. So the timing overall wasn't a great start. Lastly, the pricing seemed agreed upon and clear in the beginning, but I was told I wouldn't receive the 15% off because that was only for additional services, not the entire service. On yelp it does state it's 15% off for new customers and I didn't see any fine print stating otherwise. I also confirmed I would be getting the 15% off through messages, but I guess they have an AI bot and that's who I got my response from, which then made my 15% off invalid. Nonetheless, the guys were understanding and accommodating which I appreciate and did apply a discount. Overall, I am happy with the service and pricing provided, I just wish it was a smidge more seamless throughout.
