Alright y'all. I'm in good spirits so read along. Last week we set an appointment and y'all never showed up. I got all the text messages and of course the very late night phone call that comes in after business hours and I believe it comes in that way on purpose. You're a home warranty company so I expect things like this. I always answer. This week I got the same text messages and the same two phone calls. This time text message #1 said that the technician would be out soon. 30 minutes later the technician called me to tell me he would be here in 42 minutes. While the technician was on site, the office called with their "very late night after hours, phone call" to tell me that he may not make it and is stuck on a job with another before me. I looked right at my technician and laughed my ass off and then went inside. Three minute visit with a couple of extra photos taken. This refrigerator cannot be fixed and so here it is. Please tell One Guard they need to replace this and yes, I need you to put it on your average as it's been 3 months now. Respectfully, I do not want to have to come back on here and reduce this down to an honest one star review. Let's play nice and leave this unearned review as is. 3 months is long enough. Melissa the "Manager" is a very rude lady with a bad attitude. This company was contracted out to fix AC; however there were inconsistencies between my warranty company and this business. When trying to work out those inconsistencies, Melissa and her staff scheduler were annoyed that we were trying to simply get our AC restored (mind you we are in AZ with kids and pets). From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, the scheduler was rude. When I called and left a message for a return call and setup time, they scheduler lady (its the same chick every time), was very smart mouth in her tone. I informed her that I had left a message on her VM and wanted to setup the service. Instead of her calmy expaining that she had already set an appt with my husband using a different number, I already knew what kind of hot mess this was going to be. Don't get me wrong, I understand this establishment may have a process; however the tone and the form of communication was very unprofessional. After two weeks of back and forth with my warranty company and this place, I kept getting the run around about who needed to call whom and what actions were taking place. So I decided to try and get both parties on the phone. When I tried to do this The Scheduler didn't want to stay on the line. I then tried calling the warranty company on another phone so they could join in. Melissa took over the phone and started yelling like a rabbid bird about how she will not let her scheduler sit on the phone. Don't get me wrong. I felt the warranty company was not being very informative and giving me the run arround. So the best thing was to get them both on the phone so that the warranty company can tell this place what they needed and this wack job can tell the warranty place what they had provided. Instead the warranty company heard this unwarranted yelling from the mad woman on the phone named Melissa. I like when people say, ma'am let me explain...and you give them the floor. These type of people don't know how to shut up after they have released their side. They look and sound like they need oxygen. No sooner than I began to tell them what I was told by my warranty company, Melissa begins to tell me how she has been on the phone handling my issue for the past two hours. Again, she didn't give me a chance to provide context, ask questions, or a moment to be heard. She then hangs up. I called back...I know..I know..why call back. Well I wanted to call and speak to the regional manager or other person in charge. After sitting on the phone for 5 min or more. I stared to express to her why I was calling and what I was trying to do...but no, here comes little miss can't shut up again. When I did get the chance to talk I had to talk over her. Mind you I recorded the call. When I told her that she was rude and was recorded yelling and being irate, she told me she didn't care. I then hung up and advised my warranty company they they are banned from stepping foot on my property. I'm not sure how they do in Tucson, but hopefully you NEVER need help from this rotten apple. I also hope Melissa never has to experience terrible customer service...cause you know what they say...Hurt People Hurt People. I call Warrior and they tell me they have no record of me even calling and making an appointment. Don't waste your time with this business. Apparently very disorganized. read more

I was trying to install new thermostat (Nest) and accidentally burnt one of the fuse or something hence my thermostat was not getting power and went blank. This happened on Friday after 4 pm and that's when i called up Warrior H & C, LLC. The person (probably owner) I spoke with stated they will charging after hour charges and the technician will come over today. The technician showed up at 5:30 pm. The most obvious cause, one might think, looking at the problem would be something fuse related. However the technician took more than an hour to figure that out. It seemed like he was just trying to take his time so they can charge me hefty after hour charges. After more than an hour he broke the news that my fuse burnt and needs to be replaced. The replacement took another 30 minutes or so. The technician fixed the issue (obvisouly taking and hour and half) and they charge me for full 2 hours. The owner told me that they charge full hour regardless 15 or 30 minutes in it, which he could have clarified on our initial phone conversation. It was an emergency so I paid the full charge without arguing. However it feels like they took advantage of my situation. The work should have been done within 30 minutes but they, intentionally, took more than an hour and charged me for two hours. Definately not recommended especially for emergencies. read more

I have been using this company since the night my thermostat needed to be replaced in the middle of summer when it was 100 degrees in my house. My old company said they could come out in 2 days. Matt from Warrior came out at 1030 at night about 30 minutes after my call with a thermostat and did the repair. He is fast and efficient. He also keeps a record so he can look back and see a history of what has been done. I have been with him for 2 years now and would recommend wholeheartedly.
