I figured this was perfect timing to connect with the team at Larson and schedule a visit. Scheduling was a breeze and the office staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. My technician James was running a little early for our appointment, and I was given the option to keep my existing service window or have him arrive early. We bumped up my appointment and he arrived right on time. James was incredibly polite, professional and paid close attention to every detail, making sure to clean up after himself. I fully expected James to find some issues with my AC unit as I know Larson operates by a different philosophy than some other service providers. My experience is that Larson likes to be proactive and give you the opportunity to tackle issues before they become emergencies (super important as your ac unit gets older). This can be seen as both good and bad depending on your goals and needs for your AC unit. The choice is always yours to proceed with the work or wait on it. I'm grateful they provide me with data and information to make an informed decision. In my case there were a few recommendations during the visit, and I chose to proceed with the most critical to remediate. I'm actually very thankful James found a potential bearing issue before my warranty was out. Larson was as good or even better than I remember them being when I worked with them at my old house. They claimed they phoned me but I never received any calls. I told them I didn't believe I owed more money and then one day I received a notice of cancellations. It also was sent with a notice to reply by a specific date that already passed so essentially they sent me a notice to pay by a date that had already passed.
