The technician repeatedly no shows for scheduled repair appointments. He has used every excuse in the book for appointments he cancels on. Ex. - repair parts have been placed on another truck more than one time, he had family emergencies, or he just doesn't show at all and doesn't call. I have called salty and he instructed me to never deal with the technician just call the office because salty and the office control his schedule. When I did that the technician complained to us that he just got chewed out by his supervisor. So now I have disgruntled employee being sent to my house to do repairs on my AC unit. Doesn't make me feel good at all . Then salty turns around and tells me how his technician does the best he can blah blah blah. We have paid tens of thousands of dollars for these brand new AC units that are constantly needing repair. I am currently waiting at my house for another scheduled appointment where the technician has not shown up. He was supposed to be here 50 minutes ago. When we called him we got another excuse about a flat tire now that's going to take over an hour for him to get here. Save your time your money your energy and go somewhere else. we have missed multiple days of work scheduling our lives around their schedule when they cannot even show up and cannot repair the work properly.

Then the ac went out. $350 for a blown cap...this is what the tech texted to me: "Contact and cap blew up. They wired 2 caps together. I removed them and put the proper cap in and contact". They mentioned shoddy workmanship (they all say that when assessing someone ELSES work). But, with these two situations, how can you have faith in them?

His guys put in new insulation and did shitty drywall work. It did not fix the issue. He tried to tell me that it was normal in summer in AZ to not have your A/c EVER shut off. FOR OVER A MONTH. Three times he said he was coming out with the manufacturer but never showed with them. My house at it's coolest was 80 degrees and he tried to tell me that was not an A/C issues and now not the insulation issues that he "fixed" but now- my windows. I did not believe him and knew something was wrong with the AC installation. He then ignored my calls and after my kids and I lived for nearly two months in AZ summer heat without a properly working AC unit, I had to call another AC company out to fix the BRAND NEW AC that was covered on a warranty with Adobe! Harold never responded to my calls or texts. Never followed up. (I have screenshots!) The other company came out and took pictures and fixed the issue. I paid them. The duct work was not even attached inside my attic to the AC unit on the roof! Harold then sent my "bill" to collections when I refused to give him more money as I already had paid him and had to pay a completely different company to come out and fix what he didn't! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are not honest and he clearly has little respect for women. They either really do not know how to do their job or they are con artists. The issue only arose once he installed the new unit, was not fixed by the "new insulation" and was not THE WINDOWS as he tried to then tell me.
