Customer Service is not what it used to be, but "Chelsea" showed that their company values its customers. The service tech "Ryan" showed up on time, introduced himself, in a uniform that assured me he was with the company and immediately started working on our AC. Ryan went over in detail what he found that needed repaired, our AC is 33 years old, so we expected there was going to be issues. I did not know that, when I called for a service call. They informed me of the cost, and I agreed. The technician arrived and after explaining my problem, he thought that the solution could be a fuse. He then informed me that the cost would be $75.00 for the fuse. I thought that there must be a very specific fuse, but it turned out that it was a simple 35amp fuse, that you could purchase for less than $2.00. I was absolutely shocked that they were going to charge me that much. I had no choice but to have to pay it. I attempted to contact the office by phone to complain and speak to someone. There was no one to speak to, but I left a detailed voicemail. I was also informed that I would have to email them, as that was the only way to contact them. I did, but received no response. I then contacted them again, and still no reply. I then resent the email, hoping that they would act responsibly and professionally. It has been over 5 weeks and I have been completely ignored. I have attempted to speak with someone, and finally was able to speak with someone that provided me with the information of the company that was the actual owner, and after telling them of my situation, they said that since I would not cont to use their services, she hung up. I also renewed a service contract, with Absolute Value, not Oasis and want the prorated amount refunded to me. No response again. I WOULD NOT USE THEIR SERVICES, they are not a reportable company!

Our technician, Wade, was very friendly and I appreciated the fact that he wore a mask. Within about 45 minutes Wade was able to diagnose the issue, install a replacement part, and get our A/C unit up and running. The cost for the replacement part and installation was very reasonable. I dread having to deal with home repair issues, but was honestly a great experience.

I was assigned this company through my home warranty company (Landmark Home Warranty)…read more I started this request, one of the A\C units in the Attic is leaking ( it has been almost a three since this request submitted). August 8, 2024. MCH sends out Scott (first technician). Friendly person. He only open our attic hatch to look at the AC and coil box. It was obvious that the coil box was dripping on the far side. But he did not do anything to investigate it. The solution from Scott, was to call a restoration company (since we have water damage on our ceiling). They came out and determined it was an issue with the AC. August 19, 2024. Second technician comes out. I tell him the story, and I find out that Scott is no longer with the company. Great move sending out a technician that did not want to do work initially. Apparently Scott did not do work for some time and other technicians had to fix other issues he was sent out on. Anyway, the second technician was good. We found that the coil box was leaking (and the coils need to be cleaned). Both times they attempted to clean the drain primary lines, only our emergency line is the only line dripping water. Now August 26, 2024, it has been 8 days since the second visit. We finally get a response from the warranty company. Not covered by the warranty, I get it. Neither technician offered the service to perform the coil cleaning, that is where the real problem is. ProSkills is coming out to do the cleaning and repair. Max Comfort Heating and Cooling, at least in this case, only wants the quick dollar. They could care less about fixing issues. Because of their lack of insight, for no better word, I'll have had to wait almost 1 month before this issue can get fixed. To top it off, I was told, once the coils and cleaned and the coil box repaired, they would send out another technician to fix the drain issue. NO THANKS. Update: Now I find out that the first technician did not even bother to take pictures of the issue and I'm potentially being charged for a second service fee, they are claiming that the leak was not present! Really? Its dripping through the ceiling, just because the technician did not bother to document it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Trutek The middle of March 2026 we contacted Tru tech as…read morewell as other air-conditioning companies in our area to come out and give us an estimate on taking out the 6000 BTU mini split heads we had installed with the 18,000 BTU outside unit and upgrade them to 9000 BT is that we purchased brand new and rerun the lines because our original or Installer did not do a great job with the install. The estimator also said they needed to install pumps to run the drains outside. This quote was for a 600 square-foot Casita the main living area is 200 ft.² and the bedroom area which doesn't include the walk-in closet or bathroom is about 350 ft.² The beginning of April 2026 the installers came out we ran the lines and installed the two head units in the pumps which actually sit outside the wall mounted to my exterior wall, but whatever. The owner was very upset when they came out and tried to get us to pay more saying the estimator underbid the work. I told them no that's what we agreed upon and the contract that I signed going in for the Work. One week later after the install, we had two days worth of cooling and no AC shortly thereafter. They argued with us tried to charge us for coming out to estimate. Finally, they sent their tech out who said the issue was actually in our existing unit outside, which I found very interesting because they're Installer had disconnected the lines from that unit and rerun them and reinstalled them and pressure tested them and found no issues. They then came out two days later agreeing to fix the problem on the outside unit, but then their tech and their tech trainee went up in the attic and my husband could hear them speaking in Spanish talking about an issue in the lines in the head that went into the 200 square-foot room. They did whatever they did, we didn't get charged, we had consistent cooling and they left. Fast-forward to July 9, the house started being 79, 80, 81, 82... slowly increasing as the temperature continue to rise. I called the company asked them to Warranty their work and they refused. They said if they sent somebody out, they would charge a service fee to look at it and then a further charge to repair any issues. "I can have someone out first thing in the morning to see what is going on. If you need someone to come out now, it will be a charge of $185 to see what is going on. What would you like to do?" I declined. Today, 8/2/26, it's 109° outside and 87° in the 200 square-foot room in my Casita. Both windows and our front door and the window to our storm door are covered with reflectix. Directly across from the head unit reads 83.7. We're not able to sleep. I've had to purchase a portable evaporative cooler to carry around and we work from home and help care for two toddler grandchildren it's miserable. I do not recommend this company for any air-conditioning work whatsoever. Also, when you look under the condensate pump on the split unit, you'll see a line of rust running down my wall because it wasn't installed properly. Again, they don't Warranty their work stay away.

The technician repeatedly no shows for scheduled repair appointments. He has used every excuse in the book for appointments he cancels on. Ex. - repair parts have been placed on another truck more than one time, he had family emergencies, or he just doesn't show at all and doesn't call. I have called salty and he instructed me to never deal with the technician just call the office because salty and the office control his schedule. When I did that the technician complained to us that he just got chewed out by his supervisor. So now I have disgruntled employee being sent to my house to do repairs on my AC unit. Doesn't make me feel good at all . Then salty turns around and tells me how his technician does the best he can blah blah blah. We have paid tens of thousands of dollars for these brand new AC units that are constantly needing repair. I am currently waiting at my house for another scheduled appointment where the technician has not shown up. He was supposed to be here 50 minutes ago. When we called him we got another excuse about a flat tire now that's going to take over an hour for him to get here.
