After reaching out to several companies, I was most impressed by my conversation with Desert Comfort Mechanical. They took the time to listen, answer my questions, and made me feel like they genuinely cared about my needs rather than just making a sale. When it came time for routine maintenance, I decided to give them a call, and I'm glad I did. Their communication is outstanding from start to finish. The entire team is friendly, professional, and makes the experience feel very personal. A special shoutout to Trino, the service technician. He was fabulous! He is both professional and personable, and he kept me informed throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, communicated what he was doing every step of the way, and made sure all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend Desert Comfort Mechanical and look forward to using them for all my future HVAC needs.

Installation included the entire HVAC system- heat pump, A/C unit, vents, air handler, thermostat... Mountainside had impressive communication. They were professional and courteous. Their text messages on the day of the install included the names and photos of each technician, contact info, and a map tracker to indicate their ETA. Every tech on site was very professional and attentive to any questions about the project. The project itself included widening the attic access. They did such a stellar job that you can't even tell the access was ever altered. In fact, it looks better than when they arrived. They also patched and painted around the new thermostat so it looks like it was there all along. We obtained multiple quotes from a few different businesses for this project. Mountainside was right within fair market value and they offered an awesome Veteran discount (they offer discounts to active duty military, veterans, and first responders). The financing process was incredibly easy and the financing company has been great to work with as well. BONUS- this organization is Veteran owned! We would absolutely recommend Mountainside to our friends and family.
