Food - Mashisoyo!!! Everything we got was delish, from the original chicken, garlic soy chicken, bulgogi, tteoobokki, onion rings and even the fries, twas like heaven on earth! Service - I will be very forgiving, newly opened business and they were short staffed as they opened about two weeks ago and they still have a for hire sign out front. Don't come if you are starving. There was a paper for wait list which no one attended to, we wrote our names but my old back started hurting so we just sat at an empty table. I watched 3 groups of 4 leave because they were sitting for a while without no one paying them no mind. As we sat down, another 15 minutes, no menu, no utensils, no waters, my husband had to wave to a server to get his attention, he came and served us water, then we rushed to order, by this time I was starving. We ordered, 15 minutes later the food came one by one in a 5 minute interval... bulgogi, fries, tteokbokki, chicken, and onion rings. The chicken was extra crispy and full of flavor and the soy garlic chicken was amazeballs!!! I want to give a shout out to the lead server, he came to our table and apologized for the kind of service we got and explained that they were very short staffed. I appreciated that. Ambiance- casual, hip, they played sports and kpop video, the place is spotless since its still new and I hope it stays that way. We hope come back and give it another shot, hopefully they get to hire more people. If they don't, I wanted to see a sense of urgency from the servers working there, they already know they are short staffed but they lack that... just a tad LOT! Really loved the food--the place and the whole vibe were great. We ordered the chicken wings and rosé tteokbokki, and both were so good. The wings were crispy and flavorful, and the tteokbokki had the perfect creamy, slightly spicy sauce. The portions were decent too. I'm a returning customer and each time i go they always have great games on big TVs and is a chill atmosphere. Beers on tap and some tasty Sakes! But THE FOOD! Went there on my break! 11:30 am took 40 min for my food! There was only one other person in there. They offer no discounts for fellow neighbors (Which is Just for people who work in the collection). They do not have any fountain sodas just cans which is a little disappointing for a fast food place. The area was overall clean but outdated. The patio was dirty TV doesn't work & this place just opened. Now as for the food goes, "It's ok" not great not bad. I think there are better places to spend your money and get your money worth. Looking at past reviews, it seems most of the negative ones are due to service. This is most likely due to the restaurant being brand new and they were probably overloaded and still needed to work out the kinks. I had decent service myself, nothing to really complain about. The place definitely has a Korean vibe to it. Kpop playing on the TV and decor to match. I thought the prices were a little steep at first until I saw the actual portions. I ordered the Spicy Galbi wings 8pc and it filled me up just fine. Each entree seems to come with pickled Daikon. This was a nice flavor contrast to the spicy wings. My son ordered the original boneless chicken and that still had a smidge of spice to it as well. We both finished our meals, which for my son's case says a lot about the quality of the food. He never finishes his meals. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. They deserve a better rating than what they are currently getting at the time of this review. read more

We also ordered the new cheese melted Buldak chicken. Definitely worth trying for spicy lover! It goes very well with white rice and soJu. The service was quick considering the busy weekend. They bring all the dishes and utensil to the tables. The rice dish was served first and chickens came shortly after. We saw lots of tickets for the take-out orders but the server was attentive when we need extra boxes and napkins. Good vibe with comfortable sitting and plenty of space between the tables.
