I have not been at B B nails for some time but I was so disappointed as the staff is usually so lovely but the nail tech I had last Monday was on her phone the whole time with her wireless head phones talking to someone in her own language. I knew the owner was not there as I know he would never put up with that. It made me really sad and emotional because I was finally on holiday and I was given a 78.00 dollar gift card to get my mani and pedi. she didn't even notice I was in tears. I am not sure why I was feeling emotional but it was not a great feeling being ignored. I don't think she was malicious but she certainly didn't understand customer service. Let's just say if I could give a -5 rating on here I would choose that option. I use to go to BB Nails on Nicholson road next to Scottsdale mall but they've shut down. The difference in service from the 95th and Scott Road location is night and day. The girl who did my gel nails used a broken UV Machine even after I repeatedly requested a new one. I'm 8.5 months pregnant and just did not have the energy to argue. That night 3 gels fell off my toenails and 1 fell off my fingernails. I went in the next day to get it fixed and had the technician yelled at me for not knowing what color I had on my nails. She finally agreed to fix it while aggressively sitting me down. There was another nail which was lifting and I requested she also fix that one. Instead she filed it down to the point of cutting me. That's when I just walked out. I was in absolute shock from what had just happened. DO NOT go to BB Nails. This was a lesson learned. Just to save a few bucks I would not want to compromise customer service, my experience and health. Find a good nail spot as their hygiene is also very poor. read more

Went here to get my acrylics done and it was honestly so awful. The acrylic was wayyy to thick and the sparkle I chose wasn't even covering my nail tips that was showing through the clear acrylic they used. After getting them done, I felt pain in each of my nails.. I don't think that's normal. They didn't ask what length I wanted it also, they made my length very short from what I wanted. Charged me $60 over some shitty basic acrylic set. Never go here!! read more

I have been going to this nail salon for 10 years. I started taking my daughter here 3 years ago. When I first started taking her I was getting charged $8 for her fingers and toes to be painted, then $12. Because she saw me getting a pedicure with the bath she also started getting the foot bath- she only wants to soak them get her polish. Today I made an appointment for an adult pedicure and two kids toes and nail polishes at the same time. They got my pedicure started while my daughter got her fingers painted, and then she got to wait, and wait, and wait. I was done and drying for at least 5 minutes before they got her for her feet which was a good 50 mins after the original appointment time. They asked if she wanted a mini pedicure which I responded with "she just wanted to soak her feet next to me. No scrubing or filing needed just paint her toes." So they finish, and mind you my second child did not get anything done- despite the booking being for one adult and two kids. When I go to pay they tell me for my 5 year old daughter it would be $25 for her nails! Which if you know any kids it will last her a day or two at tops! They said a mini pedicure is $25 and that for her hands it should be $30+ that they were giving me a deal! I asked repeatedly why a mini pedicure was $25 and a full one is $28? What does it detail? I didn't get my answer, I paid and left. After 10 years I will most likely not return. The price isn't the reason it's the fact I made an appointment to get my nails done WITH my kids and that did not happen. read more

Been getting my nails done for the past 17 years and always had issues with other salons ie... wait times, service itself, friendliness, communications, pricing etc... and when it comes to BB nails... I can't recommend this nail salon. I went in and asked for my nails to be shaped a little differently then my usual shape, when I went to pay they charged me extra. I was confused so I asked them why they charged me and they claimed "if was more work." I asked why I wasn't told that when I asked for the change in shape, and no one replied. I was a regular customer who went in every two weeks, so charging me this seemed extremely ridiculous, not to mention filing a nail slightly differently wasn't more work. When I asked the manager for clarification, he shrugged his shoulders and told me to pay. I won't be returning to this location, I rather go to a location that values their customers. read more

Today was my first time at this location. I usually go to the one in Delta (6950 Nicolson road). I have to say goodbye to the delta location now because this place has wonderful customer service. I really enjoyed the girls giving my their opinions of the colors I was choosing. They were silly and happy and I enjoyed the 40 minute shellac manicure. I found that this location had a great selection of shellac colors, which has been hard for me to find lately. read more

BB nails is the tits! they are fast, efficient and affordable here. i hate when nail techs take 5.5 hour to do your nails. it should NOT exceed 1 hour IMO and b.b. nails gets me out of there in 45 mins. they're gentle and skilled these women. i always book my apts, and they get right to work as soon as i walk in. i don't have time for a 2 hour hand massage i want my nails filled and i want out of there! Went there with my sister and her bridal party. Pedicure was fine but I asked if I could get my nails filed down because the acrylic was too long. I asked for coffin shape and she gave me square... the filing chipped the nail polish and she didn't fix it at all, she also charged me 10 dollars just for filing. B & B is my favorite place for a good spa pedicure. Allow 45 minutes as it is quite intensive... and the cost is very fair. I take my mother and mother-in-law for Spa Pedicures for Mother's Day and often for their birthdays too. I can't relate the picture in the first review to the B & B Nails that I know. Every single time I go here I'm dissapointed. I've tried this place about once a year for the past 5 years. My sister gets her nails done here all the time and they are flawless and cheap. But since they don't notice me as often they treat me like shit. I went in there yesterday and they are already chipping. It started as 30 dollars for acrylic nails. Then because I wanted them pointed an extra 10 dollars, and then she put gel instead of normal nail polish not like I asked, so an extra 10 dollars, oh and because I wanted a bit of black on the edges painted on an extra 5 dollars. So what started out as maybe 35 dollars became 55 and all the while she was convincing me that I was getting a good deal. They were painted uneven, and she would only fix one when I asked about it. I go to the till and oh what's this?!?! You're charging me 60 dollars?! Of course there is no manager in. I paid and left furious. And lo and behold as I start heading to work they are chipped already. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never go back. read more

I've gone here a few time and I have not been impressed, most recently I made an appointment for 1pm and I showed up on time and checked in with the manager. After waiting over 30mins past my appointment time and not so much as even having someone say they would be right with me. People with no appointment (walk ins) where helped before me! I finally said something and they ignored me so i got up and left. Not only does the customer service suck but when you do get your nails done they rush and mess up. The salon doesn't carry good nail polish (lack of color variety, poor quality brands) The paint job is not professional, and consists of several flaws. The tools don't seem to be cleaned between custo. However, the prices are low and nails stay on a long time. read more

Extremely unprofessional and rude. I got a manicure and a polish change and felt the nail technician was rushing the process. tl;dr The ladies here are defensive and rude, terrible customer service, the nails aren't nice and apparently they don't know how long it takes for nail polish to dry! Went at 10am with my girlfriend. we didn't have any wait time witch was great and the ladies were nice at first but it was difficult to explain what I wanted as the girls don't speak english very well. I got shellac on my natural nails but one nail was broken/shorter and the lady "fixed" it and it just looks so terrible compared to the others. My friend asked the lady (who was doing her nails) for color 59 (I heard her clearly say 59) and the lady brought back color 55. My friend told the lady it was the wrong color and the lady got strangely defensive and asked "why did you ask for 59 then?!" and my friend apologized! Made me so angry because my friend is super nice like that and the lady was SO rude to her, almost the entire time. After that we got our toes done and my footwater was SO COLD. (my nails we're done sooner than my friends and I wanted to wait for her, but the lady ran the water anyways and let it get cold) afterwards we paid and regrettably tipped the ladies $10 each and of course when I got home I find my left big toenail paint is smudged. I even brought my own flip flops so that wouldn't happen. My friend found problems with her nails too but I can't remember what they were. Bad experience. Don't go. read more

I've come to this nail salon many times for manicures pedicures and shellac polish in the past and they do a very good job on my nails....but their service is horrible. I made an appt for 3 at 3pm. After waiting about 15 mins I asked the man who works up front how much longer it would be and he said about 20 mins. I couldn't believe he had made us sit there since 3 knowing that we wouldn't be served until after 330. He began to tell us how there were clients who had come from very far away (abbotsford) so they were running late. I appreciate that they would like to make time for patients who drive from far distances, but think its a horrible business plan to neglect your local more frequent clients. Long story short I didn't get my nails started until 350, and I didn't get to do my pedicure because I was running short of time so I was pretty upset.
