Yelp reviewers were right about this place -- clean, nice job, friendly staff, and prices were very comparable to other nail salons! The owner, Lana, was there and was super friendly. I had to wait about 10 minutes (as I did not have an appointment), but I didn't mind as I was not in a rush and it gave me time to look for my nail polish colour. She also offered me some tea or water while waiting, which I declined since I wasn't thirsty at the time. The girl who did my manicure, Noewa, did an excellent job and didn't rush at all. During my manicure, Lana came back to ask if I wanted tea or water this time, and I happily took a cup of tea, which was so nice! Just before my nails were done, I overheard Lana ask Noewa (in a motherly way) if she had taken a break and to get something to eat. If you ask me, that's a nice boss to have, making sure her staff gets the proper treatment! I'm not sure if these 2 ladies were related, but it was still a nice thing for Lana to do. To top it off, they have a stamp/loyalty card, which gives you $5 off after your 5th and 10th visit. This is the only nail salon I've been to that has a stamp card on top of their usual discounts/deals during the week. I will definitely be coming back!!

But let tell ya, even if u have to wait its not longer then 10 mins. They have so many nail technicians and equal number of working counters that the service is fast. Almost 8 pericure chairs and 15 nail technicians counter. From the outside glass windows the seating doesn't look big but they have another hidden room behind the front wall. Over all this place is very clean, hygiene conscious, managed well and good collection of nail art stuff. All technicians are gloved and to work on ur hands or feet. Sanitation is taken care of like each client uses a towel once n leave it for laundry. So less paper wastage. TV screens play all sort of shows but you can request ur choice. I have got nail art done which lasted almost a month. They even removed my dip powdered nails smoothly that i got from USA. I have had best pedicure service here. "Winner" ( real name) was my pedicure person and she was so good and meticulous in her job. Smiling face and caring hands. Thank u winner. Overall i like this place as its in the mall so whenever i am waiting for my apple appointments , i spend my time here. . Actually it's convenient and not too expensive . My nail technician was very thorough and this was definitely one of the better polish applications I have had in a while. She was very focused on her work and was not the chatty type. I passed the time watching her work, looking around in silence and listening to the music in the background. Nail salon was clean and tidy. I was very impressed with their polish selection. This is the first time I have been to a Korea nail salon and I am quite happy with the results. Parking was easy on the plaza.

There were new flooring, lighting and pedicure chairs from what I can tell for renovations. The nail salon was busy. There seemed to be a lot of regular customers returning to the reopened nail salon. I booked a $35 regular polish pedicure. The pedicure was 50 minutes long which included a foot soak, polish removal, cuticle care, exfoliation, trimming and shaping of nails, massage and polish application. The massage was very good and lasted longer than what I usually expected. My only complaint was the polish application has room for improvement. It was a rushed job as the salon was packed. I think it is good they are offering kits to be more hygienic and environmentally friendly. I did not notice any pedicure salt being used in the foot soak. There was a liner used in the basin. Pedicure service included cuticle care, nail cutting, shaping, foot scrub, a decent lower leg massage and a polish application. The foot scrub consisted of using a pumice stone (part of nail kit) to scrub the foot. I would have liked a body scrub for the lower legs. Overall, it was a decent basic pedicure service for the price. Service was about 40 minutes plus drying time with a fan. I thought that was great that they made sure your nails were dry before you leave. Overall, 3.5 star experience. COVID precautions were in place. Staff wore face masks. Hand sanitizer was available. There were plastic barriers between customers and staff.

I went in to the salon not thinking it would be a big deal to see if I could get it fixed before my trip and the lady who came to assist me was extremely rude and made me very uncomfortable for even asking to get it fixed. I never complained about the service and she made it seem like I was a huge inconvenience, was giving me dirty looks, talking to the other employees and even though I couldn't understand exactly what she was saying it was very obvious she was not talking very nice of me. This was very embarrassing and she even had the nerve to tell me to call next time after she started to fix my nail. The previous owners were wonderful and had great service and staff ALWAYS. Since the recent transition things have changed. I never leave bad reviews but I wanted to this time in hopes the new owners read this and can understand how rude this one particular employee was. Having staff like this will turn clients away very quickly. The day of our appointment, We arrived on time... all the ladies were busy and there was no one at the front desk. The nail techs stared at us... and that's all.. no greetings or anything. After several "Excuse me" and eye stares ... 15mins passed our appointment time, we finally got one of the ladies to send a little reluctant boy to ask if we had an appointment, and to choose colours. After, waiting for several more mins... Now 38mins passed our appointment time. We were under the impression that they didn't care. My friend and I didn't want to waste anymore time, so we told them we were leaving. In which, we received an "OK " as their response. My impression on this place is not bad or good. But, if they cannot be bothered with booked appointments or Greetings.... why waste time coming here.
