The tortilla shell was so crispy and well-made that it actually held up for leftovers the next day. The jalapeño ranch had the perfect amount of heat and flavor. We also tried the Drunken Chicken Sandwich. Sam recommended getting it breaded, and I'm glad we listened. The homemade breadcrumb coating was light, crispy, and flavorful without being overly thick or salty. For appetizers, we shared the Fried Pork Belly Bites, which were paired with a delicious coleslaw and a sweet Korean-style BBQ sauce, and the Deviled Eggs, which were AMAZING. They came prepared three different ways, making it fun to try each variation. Honestly, I couldn't pick a favorite. Their beer selection was impressive, and I was especially excited to find Crow & Wolf's Dark Wolf Seltzer on tap, one of my favorites and not something you see everywhere. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of character. Even the ladies' restroom had quirky, fun artwork that added a unique touch to the atmosphere.
